I was interested in buying a four burner gas stove in their store. Agreed upon the deal. The guy didn’t have the original package of the stove at his shop and asked me to come after 2 hrs to get it. He was ready to wrap it in cling film and sell it which I did not want. I asked him if he can deliver it at home with the packaging and take money from there. He told me that in that case I will have to pay ₹200/- cartage for the same. I told him that it’s your fault not keeping the package of the stove at the shop, you are asking me (customer) to come after 2 hrs and you are not even ready to deliver it at home without cartage. I left the deal and purchased it at a cheaper price from another store. Who’s loss?

Buyed Panasonic Refrigerator and got the item dented from multiple locations.asked for replacement.now even the replaced Refrigerator is having multiple dents. Not at all happy wit that after sales service. Quite pathetic.
