Rooms were not cleaned properly. Even washroom was dirty. Geyser doesn’t work in some rooms even in winter.
Food taste was good.

The hotel is good and the hotel food also has no parking facilities, The room is clean but the bedsheet and pillow are very dirty TV not working

Best hotel. Best stay ever. Customer rep including pradeep, Sonali and others were super welcoming. Loved to visit Delhi again.

This is nice hotel at mahipalpur. Front office officer sonali is very cooperative to the guest. Also all things you will get from the hotel by a single call. Hotel is neet and clean in all respect.

Only staffs are polite and the room is clean. I ordered food and emphasid no spicy and no chilli. But they made it too spicy. Their taps are leaking most of the time. So, I was hungry and paid for nothing.

The worst hotel wastage of money staff gives excuses that no staff available the only staff has done the night duty the customer will wait for the staff but the hotel wants the full payment this hotel is for dogs not for human never book in this wastage of money

Breakfast caused food poisoning. Service is 3rd class. Got the water after calling multiple times. Ac was not cooling.

An average hotel, very close to airport. Can get food round the clock. Foods are really good compare to local shops. Rooms are reasonably clean. I didn’t paste and brush, other toiletries I got it.

I suppose to get free pickup as package, but didn’t get due to miss communication, instead I got drop at airport after the discussion at hotel.

Stayed here for more than one month. Very good hospitality provided by staffs. Supervisor Mr Vipul is very well experienced and helpfull. He is a good human being also. I got all the requirements full filled on a single call to this guy. Thank you KIAN.

Very good centrally heated Air-conditioned hotel. Our group spent very comfortable and luxury stay here. We had great breakfast and tasty dinner every day. We confirmed our all next group in this hotel. Thanking u pls maintain these thing always.

Receiptionist and staff were ignorant ask them basic stuff like slipper/ toilet paper / they act like inse jaydad mang li inki top of that rooms are just ok.

There are better options choose wisely

Read it before you book-

Hotel stay was below average. The staff is not working properly and do not care about your requirements. For around 1200 Rs per day, they do not clean the hotel properly. The cost of food is expensive, so make sure you eat outside and save money. Just beside the hotel, there are other hotels like Chanakya etc which you can try for the same cost.

The location of the hotel is good and thus the management is not paying much attention to the online reviews because they know that will get customers anyways.

Room size are slightly small but neat and clean hotel will recommend to stay if you need to catch early flight from Delhi Airport

Stayed for a one 3 nights only good part is big room. No restaurants infact they hv ask you to move to next hotel on road for breakfast. Buffet breakfast is just ordinary

I stay 3 weeks in this hotel. This hotel is great for 3 star hotel. Clean room, bath room and Large room. The Restaurant serve indian food for breakfast.

Small budgetary hotel.room rent is around 2k.near by flyover at aerocity metro.walkable distance but auto ll charge around 80-100.24/7 room service available

One of the best places who manage to serve some delicious food. Enjoyed the food service. This place has active and friendly staff. The restaurant's hygiene is at its peak. I'd definitely suggest to try the place at least once

Worst hotel fist they don’t give what the show on the profile the rooms where old and very dirty the bathroom shower handle wAs broken the light switches in the bathroom was also broken and half open and there was an unpleasant smell in the room like it was locked for a long time &there were spider weds in every corner

The restaurant on the hotel is not in hotel if you want to eat you have to go downstairs and cross a road there you will be served the buffet breakfast
Yes there is room service but if the restaurant is not in the hotel it take a lot of time to for your food to reach your room

And the extra bed was in poor condition

Nicely maintained hotel. Near to the airport. Poliet staff. But the food is not up to the mark and its expensive as well.

Be alert they actually take bookings and send some where else and when u know u have to stay their only bcuse taking luggage and roaming around is not possible so and some one came infront of me and he bargained it he has given my same room when i check out i was their waiting for taxi he gave at 1500

My experience at Kian was good. Just stayed there for a night as I had a flight to board early morning. Rooms were clean including the wash room. Staffs were helpful I didn't have any issues with them.

Ok hotel but on my first day A/C was not working and it took hours for them to respond. Some of the staff are so dull that they don't know anything:)

Mauvais accueil, bruyant, mal isolé, mal organisé, réservation mal comprise, taxi non réservé pour l'aéroport le matin. Chambres correctes toutefois

Good rooms, centralized a/c, only problem is no restaurant of the same hotel. We have to go to another hotel for breakfast.

Power goes on and off. Bathroom door got locked. No channels in the tv.no response from manager. Pathetic room service.just the room interiors which are decorative. Don't visit.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice

I was very happy here! The wonderful welcome and friendly service made this hotel feel like a real home, and the perfect location made it easy to slip 'home' for a break - to change shoes, to drop off shopping bags, to shower - during those long days of sightseeing.

This hotel is in an excellent location close to Airport. It was clean and welcoming and we had a good size room. The complimentary snacks and drinks in reception were much appreciated.

I recently stayed in Hotel Kian.it is near to Airport and i recommend this hotel to stay if somebody looking for rooms near by Airport. Hotel Room is very good specially suite room is awesome staff is helpful and courteous. Thank u Hotel Kian Team
