I had the worst experience ever, they are just a commision based cheap agent and not a real customs house agent. They give your work to agents and then sit relaxed and don't even know when the shipment came and what happens to the shipment. They even don't know the basic documentation and procedures of clearning a shipment. You won't beleive but they don't know their own colleagues in the same office. They have a powerful marketing team that easily cheat you and stuck your shipment. Later on they even don't have a clue of when shipment arrived. You will end up with a very huge amount of demurrage, late process of the shipment and custom penalty due to wrong documentation and after submission. Nothing esle.

Pathetic customer service, been more than 2 months, trying to contact their staff via mails, message, calls.nobody respond, it's just a proposal thing, they are not even willing to send proposal on time, how will they handle our shipments, warning every body, proceed with caution, worst service, nobody is responsible in their staff, Everybody know how to waste your time and energy!
