1 star minus because the waste lot of time in vrindhavan and mathunara and drop us back at 2 in midnight
this happens with every tour operator.they must show mathura and vrindhavan first in morning and then take us to taj that would be better because in night time we can't appreciate the beauty of that village.

Bus condition good, timing good.
Shopping ar ITDC unnecessary, wastage of time. Instead, one more place can be covered.
Guide helped for taking some photo printouts. There were argument with most of the passengers for unwanted photos and its print.

Don’t trust this travels. They say they were doing daily packages with Volvo bus. But actually they send only normal Leyland or Tata buses instead of Volvo. Their trip to Agra is sheer waste. The staff is very rude. The bus will return to delhi at early morning 3 o clock only. They were the part of the Incredible India travel agency who were known to cheating people

Be away from purchasing while they show you handicrafts products shops which are costlier than market price. Don't come in their talk.

The tour guide is mannerless and hopeless don't know how to behave worst experience they don't even show vrindavan they visit to a temple and say it's the place where this that happened all is a lie just worst experience the guide was the worst

Bus is so neat and clean and the people are also very good.

We came to Dehli for the first time with me 3 family we total 12 people, we came to Dehli to visit. We stayed at Hotel D inn Hotel manager Amit Bhardwaj sir took us for a tour in Falcon Travels Volvo bas one day Delhi tour in their bus, next day Agra, Mathura, Vrindavan tour same day, tour very good service, Falcon staff very good, very good service, thank you very much

Nice Experience (with some limitations) with Falcon Tour and Travels.
Guide, managing team were coopertive and supportive. Language, Communication was so polite and an impressive one.

They took very nice care of us and our belongings.

*Need to improve following things*: -

1} Minimize time at Handloom shop visit.
2} breakfast, Lunch, Dinner hotels proved expensive. The same food items were in 50% discount in other hotels in that premises. There is high scope for suspicion
of 'close commission connection ' between tour company and hotels/Handloom shops/all other shops also. Need to improve more tourist centred service.

Hope to visit Falcon Tour once again very soon.

Review on travel to Taj Mahal by Falcon tours bus no 6822 on 29th Oct, 2022.

The travel was most uncomfortable and ill-planned I have ever experienced. Three major points which I would like to convey are,

1) For Taj Mahal visit, tourists should be given minimum 3 1/2 hours whereas only 2 hours was given.

2) The U. P Handicrafts emporium people were discourteous including the guide Mr Shahid Khan bossing around tourists like slaves. Total unruly behaviour.

3) The lunch and dinner places where the bus was stopped was of very poor quality, secluded so that tourists are left with no other options. When asked for an alternative, the guide again starts a fight

The entire tour has turned out sour and disappointing. Please consider these above mentioned points for changing the tour plan, location of lunch and dinner and the tour guide.

Very bad service. They don't keep up the timings. Stopped the bus for breakfast, lunch and dinner at costly hotels. Makes unnecessary delay. Driver and guide vanish without informing.

Please never take a tour package with falcon travels. They are fraudulent. They make a setting to cheat people from beginning to the end. Never buy any products from where the guide advised to purchase. They stopped at UP Handicrafts industries at Agra and want us to buy their fake handicrafts. They are not selling marbles products. All are chalky parish plasters. Had a very bad experience

Drivers are maner less, hopeless, they are forcing us to have BF, LUNCH and DINNER on selected hotels where they gate commission. I have done agra tour on 12/12/21 & Delhi darshan on 13/12/21.
Both tours drivers were maner less. I have given complent to mr. Aman Varma of INCREDIBLE But yet he didn't reply me. So I will suggest not to book with this company, both the tours are hectic & hopeless.

Booked Delhi Agra mathura one day trip via travelzapindia website and they attached with this company. Total third class experience. Only commission based system in which they stop the bus for long hours on local handicraft shop which was said by guide that it is state govt.enterprise but it was a private shop which serve fake products without proper bill. The shopping part was not there in the package
Because of that we missed Mathura trip and sightseeing was of very small duration
It is a very cleverly planned trap to fool people and rob people their precious time for Taj Mahal
Money and time waste. Never book any tour bus for sightseeing trips.
They will show you fake tajmahal at the shop for 1 hour claiming that this tajmahal will give you night view of tajmahal which was fake

Taj Mahal was of only 30 mins which is way less

Agra fort was of only 45 mins
And lunch at commission resturant at the chef's hotel near taj mahal wasting time unessecarily. The prices were high and they forced tourists to buy buffet only and when ordered Veg Biryani they said "1 hour lagega bus chali jaayegi buffet le lo"

Good driving but rest time is too tiny, they gave us only 10 min.for dinner and didn't provide enough time to refresh throughout the journey

5 Stars for Bus and driver and for major part of the tour except shopping part and until we reached Vrindavan (worst exp), However, have to reduce 2 stars for following reasons as seems to be the pattern for most of the tour operators.
1) They take you to shops with whom they have tie ups. I purchased certain Marble items from one of the Shops that they take and I am 100% sure that I had paid 100% extra for items purchased there. Same items are available much cheaper outside. So, my advice is to avoid purchasing from shops where in general tour operators take. Even sweets purchased were expensive.
2) The Last stop at Vrindavan was worst The guide who was very fluent in his subject matter took us to one of the places where every one was asked to donate money in some form or the other like in the name of dead parent to perform some puja extra. At a minimum people ended up spending 650 and some even gave 6000 Rs.for pujas. The main temple for which Vrindivan is known for was not even visited. More than 1 hr was wasted in all these activities. We managed to escape in the middle but from what we hear from other passengers they were not at all happy in the way they were kind of forced in parting with money. This is subtle coercion and ground is made for the same by the guide through his speach.
3) There is no point in covering so many things in one day. Mathura and Vrindavan were rushed up affairs. At Vridavan atleast main temple could have been shown. Avoid going with Guide at Vrindavan and go locally making sure you return back in time.
4) They should stop at a place where there are multiple restaurant choices and not where we are forced to go to one place and eat whatever quality and price items are provided just as they get commissions.

Same comment was given by some other reviewer Shaunak Sanzgiri but unfortunately nothing has been done to fix this issue. This means management of Falcon tour is not serious.

Totally commissioned and worst service please don’t opt out. They take amount for each and every where.

We had booked Agra Mathura Vrindavan trip from this SHANTI TRAVEL SERVICE from Karol Bagh, They attached us with Falcon tour and travels.

The trip was completely unorganized and incomplete due to guide’s over cleverness, they wasted lot of time by stopping the bus where they can get commission by venders whether it is a sweet stall or food court. The bus was breakdown 3KM before Mathura, from there we had to go by local rikshaw, the temple was closed before we went there, we couldn’t visit the vrindavan also, almost 40 passengers suffered in that trip.
I couldn’t get the refund also from STS.

They will trap u into their money business and commission making. And u will end up making fool out of urself
So beware!
