Federal bank, Rajouri Garden is the worst bank you could open your account in. Doing exploitation of customers in the name of sales. Even after filing grievance and mailing to the concerned authorities repeatedly, you cannot even expect a reply back from them!

My experience with Federal Bank has been phenomenal, got a connect with them through random SMS, tried to connect and Wow what exceptional services. Initially I went for a loan transfer from ICICI Bank and the connect that the Bank Managers create is something to experience. Travelled on multiple occasions across West Delhi to service me in Noida. Something that I haven't seen with any other bank till date. Basis the experience, I would have recommended the bank to multiple friends. Now availed a car loan from them from the Noida Branch and it was again a similar experience, where the Branch Manager visited me personally and got everything handled in a day and I was ready to pick up my car. Bingo. Go for it to change your ordinary experiences and change them to an extraordinary experience. Keep up the great work Rupendra (Rajouri Branch) and Richa (Noida Branch)

Got the shock of my life when I got a message saying ₹20,000 debited from my account, by the time i could realise I got another message of ₹10,000. I was sure I'm fallen to be a victim of online fraud. Hence I visited my federal bank rajouri garden branch.
Immediately they took up the case with high priority & set up robust frameworks around fraud identification. Within 2-3 days i got my back. All thanks to the staff & manager of the branch because they were really quick to find out where the money is. If i would had gone to any public sector bank they would have taken days.

They are good on technology front. Though from past few months, their high rated app Fedbook doesnt get updated even after 3-4 hours of transaction. This is observed everytime i do a transaction and it doesnt get reflected which was happening previously.there is some glitch on that wonderful product from last 1 year or so. (1 point deducted for that)
Apart from that they ve got a beautiful bouquet of tech products.juz a suggetion: keep adapting and updating with advancement.and dont give up on your strengths.

Rupender sir is the motivation for whole branch staff. Branch staff is very cooperative and nice in behaviour. Banking is now very easy. It's better to go for this bank rather than govt banks
