Staff also not working properly
I have not received my net banking and password from last three months.
If you have deposited cash in bank. Not credited instantly

A fraud bank opening accounts of fraudsters. On 9th June 2022, one account holder of this bank branch did cyber fraud with my Idbi bank account, from that day I am continuously doing follow up and have provided all documents asked by federal bank even court order also I submitted regarding my money reversal but still no positive step have been taken by federal bank. They are still looking into the matter. I am a single mother staying alone with my daughter but this bank has no mercy. My FIR no is 787/22 of Narendrapur police station from Kolkata. I beg you to please revert back the money, I need it urgently.
