Fnp CONNAUGHT PLACE, is not worth called FnP, the flowers were stale and flower arrangement pathetic. Felt ashamed to see the flowers that were delivered. Ordered 2 bouquets. Shabby material. Roadside flower sellers have much better stuff on lesser price. Disappointed.

This is my first and last order with ferns n petal.such poor service, they are not committed to the time at all.

Loved the collection available here. Polite and cooperative staff. Opens by 7.45am (aprox) quality of the flowers are simply outstanding. No wonder they are one of the finest floral Franchisee in the country!

Worst service! If you have an important even don't give them the order, because at the time of delivery they will refuse and say that you placed an order for a different month. Personally faced it!

Great collection of cute gifts for everyone, cakes and collectibles. Plus you get to buy live plants to purify your environment and energies. Also. In winters get a ccd hot cup of coffee while browsing for the perfect gift.

The owner is really helpful with some brilliant gifting ideas too.

The ambience of the place is elegant. Staffs are always ready to help you as well as give you suggestion when you are purchasing flowers. They have ample of flowers variety to choose from. I would highly recommend you to visit once.

There staff behaviour is too good, too manay collection of verities gift, fresh flowers fresh cake and decorations amazing, deliver time perfect.

The quality of flowers and presentation of bouquet has gone down pathetically. Staff is least bothered about the presentation. Even the POS (card machine is not functional). F&P should seriously consider these as this is my last visit here for sure.
