Bill was 1100 and with pen they have written 1700.when asked bill says 1100, they reply sir printer error its acually 1700 they forget to check sum up of all number is 1100

We had a birthday party here. On the terrace. Quite a nice arrangement. Staff behaviour is polite.

I have visited there for dinning with my family as Paytm has given some deal 15%+20% but restaurant manage Mr Shekhar refuse to give this kind of deal. He s is very unprofessional and very arrogant. He is very unskilled for this job. If you are going there to see any deal on Paytm, Swigy or Zomato pls don’t go there, you feel embarrassed at there

Food was not tasty! We ordered masala papad, dahi k sholey, seekh kabab and soup and trust me, not a single thing was tasty.
They offer 60% discount but they also charge thrice the price on beer, so precisely you’ll still pay almost double price

Lastly, they weren’t welcoming at all. It was 12: 00 and they were on our head to leave the place.

We were over billed due to fault of staff and the manager refused to reconcile the bill despite accepting the mistake.

I hv celebrated my sons birthday with 37 guest.very bad experience, service is very poor, snacks quality bad, non veg smell every where, 4 relatives left because of bad smell, only food was good, gulab jamun sweets not upto mark.overall experience is very very average.i will suggest skyroute in place of this.

Fire N Ice is a very good Restaurant and Bar. Restaurant is good for Family and get to gather with friends. It's also very good for Family function like small Birthday Party, Promotion Party, Office Meetings etc. But it's not for a big Party. Their is space problem. Waiters service is not good. I have done a Birthday Party over their. It was awesome. I am sharing some Beautiful pictures of Restaurants

Very bad food taste. Chicken was under cooked.
I saw thin gravy in Kadhai chicken for the first time. Complaint raised but they don't heed. Bad experience.

Love this place but price and does not match. In Dwarka most restaurants are expensive. Dine out is expensive in Dwarka.

We were supposed to go some other restro but as it was 14 aug this option where we land.
It's really bad experience I never want to revisit this reason?
1. Stinky washroom so unhygienic
2. Food has no taste we order chilly garlic noodles what he served look like Singapore noodles.
Chiken tikka not even properly grilled.manchoorian taste less. The only thing I like is fire and ice name mojito.
3. It was not a rush hour still service is not good
4. Most uglies part there was a hair inside paneer tikka when we complaint then one of their service man took that peice to showto their chef later he act nothing happened nd continue his work no sorry no replacement with fresh.
5. Ask for full money after all this bad service

If u want to go spend good tym somewhere I don't think this is good option find out something better there are more better clean and hygienic options available guys

Manager was very rude & staff was unaware about zamato pro pay bill, manger told us we should have informed him about zamato pro pay bill before dinning. Had a very bad evening & experience. If they want customer to inform they should put a board & should get them unregistered, I got this restaurant reference through zamato & they are treating zamato customer as degrade customer, the owner of restaurant should take action against such a misbehavior from his manager. I have visited many restaurants in food industry, I have never gone through such a misbehavior.
As in past I have visited many restaurants through zamato but no such problem faced.

Our experience was not so wow, maybe we thought it would be a normal lounge bar types. Food was average and nothing to expect on music. You can visit for a one time experience.

It was looking good in pictures only, totally different place after visiting. Price was pretty high as a cool nice restaurant but the service was worst

Service is very slow and at some point you may end up giving a thought to move out from the restaurant after keep on waiting for food to be served for ages. You may have to wait for atleast 45-50 minutes for the basic snacks. And, food items will only be served if you'll keep on requesting/reminding the serving staff after every 5 minutes (which is very frustrating). Management should take some serious actions to improve the service.

Hi Guys, Thought to share my experience, visited Fire N Ice on 3rd Nov, and I am Dine out the user and uses that application very frequently, as always booking done through that this time also, had my meal which was quite ok. Coming to the payment part post asking bill I made payment through Dine out and we started moving, but the person sitting on reception and their restaurant manager told me that we don't accept payment from Dine out then I asked what about my money which I have already paid, they told it's your fault you can coordinate with then whereas I have already received confirmation that payment is credited to the restaurant, I told them to deregister from Dine-in such cases if they have a problem in accepting payment from them. So be mindful while making payment from Dine out.

Worst worst and worst services. Guys have just ruined the D Day. You guys really don't care about someone's kids and family.

This restaurant offers three types of space as per your need.
The first one is family space which is totally separate from bar. So you can bring your family, kids without thinking about the drinkers.
The second is the bar for the people fond of drinking.
The third is the rooftop which is my favourite. It offers both covered as well as open rooftop.
Bring your family or friends or kids. You will enjoy here.

I went there for second time and there is not gonna be a third time.the food there was horrible too much spicy. And the spoon was not even washed. Pathetic service. Ohh and there was something on my drink. Never ever in my life i ve been to such horrible restaurant. Will never go there again and would definitely not recommend it to anyone. And if anyone is still interested in going there after reading this i wish them the best of health. Good luck

Nice happy hour packages.some of the chicken delicacies (particularly chicken afghani) are exceptionally good.

Staff is unable to handle full packed restaurant, even on the days like Valentine's. Behavior is nice, it's just they're used to less crowd.

I have this place from long time around 5 years. This place has best snacks. Need to bring a change in theme. Speakers need to be upgraded

We had a terrace party and it was great.

The washrooms on the terrace were bad though as most of them were not in working condition

Food was OK. Staff was professional & courteous. They provided separate place for baby feeding.
Definitely going again.
