I am going to The unique minds first step since 25th July 2023 for my 1.6 year baby as he was not able to sit by his own due to weak muscles and delay devlopment. I joined this centre with a broken heart and sad face with so much negativity around me about my baby.but today when I see my baby in a sitting position and playing with toys. I feel that I am the happiest mother in this world because it's like a dream for me.it's been 20 22 days and there is much improvement in my baby.now I am living with a hope.all thanks to the staff of first step Vandana, reetu, lal sir and other staff too. I am sure one day my baby will be able to stand walk run if we will continue this occupation therapy. I suggest other parents if your baby is facing any development issue or delay in speech or his/her behaviour is not normal, atleast once visit the centre.don't listen people around you who says are ye normal hai time ke sath theek ho jayega.some issues need right solution on right time.

I recently had the opportunity to take my child to the Unique Minds First Steps Pediatric Occupational Therapy Clinic, and I must say I was thoroughly impressed! The staff there is amazing - from the moment we walked in, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. They genuinely cared about my child's well-being and tailored their approach to suit my child's specific needs.

The facility itself is clean, bright, and inviting. It's clear that a lot of thought and care has gone into making it a comfortable and safe environment for children. The therapy rooms are well-equipped with a variety of tools and equipment, and everything is organized in a way that makes it easy for kids to explore and learn.

The therapist we worked with was exceptional. She took the time to get to know my child and was patient, kind, and gentle throughout the session. She clearly has a deep understanding of the needs of children and was able to engage my child in fun and meaningful activities. At the same time, she was able to teach my child important skills that will help him or her in everyday life.

Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at Unique Minds First Steps Pediatric Occupational Therapy Clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic to any parent looking for professional and compassionate care for their child. The staff truly goes above and beyond to make sure that each child is given the best chance to succeed.

People have been trying to defame us posting false messages. We have been working here for the last 5 years as a strong n committed team All team members are very professional working only towards child development approach. Healthy competition should be the correct approach n not growing at the cost of degrading the other on social platforms.

I had been a staff with first steps for 1 and a half year.but after sometime kamia mam gave her centre to this UNIQUE MIND and she left.the unique mind head MR. PANKAJ is the worstest person i have ever seen.they are not giving good therapies any more and not even staff salaries.not even refunding many parents money.plz dont play with ur kids life.they are just wasting ur money.
And also threatning me for no reason.would like to post a screenshot of his chat how mannerful this man is.
They dont know how to talk with a female.if they dont want to give money back they will do such things.threatning, misbehaving.
I personally recommend dont go to this centre.
They are just money minded people who doesnt have emotions for parents, kids, staff or any other person.

Amazing centre which is well equipped and experienced staff. Kids are taken care very well.
Highly recommended.

This is probably the best for therapy. My son is on Autism Spectrum, mild one though but still he needs regular and right therapy for a better life now and for the future. And Dr Kamia and her team is just right for the job.

I had a good experience with Dr Kamya narang.therapists are compassionate & hardworking. Hopefully my son will improve under their supervision
