It's been an year and I shop from this store remotely (from Mumbai) for all my last minute orders.she is very helpful in making me select the best possible gift for my niece and that too over a phone. Staff don't know anything, he has to ask everything from his senior, non cooperative staff. I asked about some product he didn't know anything, many times I faced the problem.

Very very bad experience in store and higher value but online same products discount Dwarka sector- 7 store

Staff totally missed guided by customer for exchange policy
And Store manager also Mr chanchal misbehaviour very bad

I purchased clothes from @firstcryindia offline store at dwarka sector 7, new delhi. They are running store with lying staff first they said online and offline are same discounts on all products. Now i purchased some clothes from offline store and the same clothes online are huge difference on amount. After that i connect with store department staff now they are saying online and offline are not same discounts on clothes and shoes. They are lying why @firstcryindia please respond or connect with your store staff.
