I had a store coupon which comes with the first cry membership. To redeem it, i was asked to give a missed call on 2 numbers, both of which were invalid or switched off. I don't get why do you give customers such coupons when you don't want them to be redeemed.

No tags on the clothes, poor customer service, after buying the product thy dn even hv the brand paper bag, thy are using the normal random bags for their stuff.very disappointed

Please change the opening time of the store if you are not able to open at 9.30

I always go to this store to shop for my kids. The staff is so humble, polite, helpful and friendly, i must say they have become just like my family members to me. Everything at the store is so amazing and all the products at their branch are well organised that you dont face any problem while shopping.
