I have purchased a Pre workout from there online website. When i received it in October there were so many lumps in it. It was looking like a fake product to me. When i have called there customer support they keep stalling me for 1 month that they will change product or refund my amount but I haven’t got any response from them till now. It’s almost 1.5months now and now they are not even picking up my calls. I have attached the pic also. See the condition of the pre workout.
