I must say, I found a gem. Anmona is a great teacher and her detailed instructions are helping me out in this journey. She explains every exercise step in a very detailed way and corrects you whenever it is needed. Love the class.

She is very dedicated teacher and really teaches well, I had recently joined, but I enjoy the classes and able to do the excercise well, hope to see results soon.
