Useless premium membership! Waste of money as they deceive people with their lies about unlimited membership with fine print saying no more than 2 workouts at a gym. It’s a sham, done waste your money!

While buying the Premium Membership, all you can read are clever marketing words like 'Unlimited access' etc. They have a small line which says almost every gym is unlimited access except for a few with 'special arrangements'. These of course are not listed anywhere on their site and not even on the listing of the gym. Then after you get regular you start hearing about restrictions - 10 in some gym, 3 in some other. Ridiculous. Unless Fitpass clearly mentions these clauses, will advice everyone to avoid taking their premium membership. Probably they'll never do it, because then no one will be taking their annual membership.

Best is to avoid these types of scam, after paging the company doesnt listen to anything nor refund you anything. They give so tempting offers that people who really want to explore gym nearby cant resist but at the end you will waste your money as nothing works properly, and being honest enough please check there terms n conditions they have so many terms n conditions that in every way they wont listen to the customer. I wish the company Shuts down soon because they ha e taken away so much if money from customers like us

I will not take membership from fitpass you will take monthly pass to access every day workout with same gym or other! But this is totally fake after you visited gud gym 3 dayz after that you can't go same gym but the pack didint mentioned this. And if you go to gym an ask to desk person he said we have contracted only 3 dayz with FITPASS you can't come again. Like this is a cheating I feel you pay full monthly amount an what you get only 3 dayz in a one gym! After that theses people want respond your call or email! I will not renew fitpass also want suggest in my friend cricle! As you said we don't deal with any patecular gym than i can't reserve my workout sesion with same gym can you explain

When it comes to fitness, I hate missing my workouts. However, due to my job, I had to travel; that too very frequently. No gym would let me workout for just a day or two. I needed a genuine solution, this is when I started looking for fitness apps and came across FITPASS. Let me tell you this, FITPASS according to me is the best fitness and workout application in the market right now. I can workout at any gym I want, that too in any city I want; because these guys have so many gyms to choose from!
I kid you not when I say that the price is BRILLIANT based on the services these guys are offering!

Just a single phone number in Delhi that is hard to connect as it is always busy. It is not open outside of 10am and 5 pm so if you book a session in the morning or evening or weekends then there is no support if you have technical issues which there are many with the scanner.
I was not told about basic plan allowing just 5 workouts per gym in a month which makes no sense as the quality of gyms in the network is bad and once you find something reasonable you wanna stick to it but based on their policy you will then have to travel further to go to new set of average or bad gyms. So now I have to travel 20 mins to 30 mins to try new gym as they have just 4 gyms in my area which means I can at most do 20 days of work out in a month.
I also had issue using discount coupon the second month and their customer care was unreachable. I was charged full amount and I assumed they will retro act but they said they can’t. Basically the burden of bad design and poor gym network is on us.

As I was asked to identify new gym in my area and they will try to recruit them. Funny how their business development is customers problem

It’s a scam and don’t waste your money. The gyms say there’s no membership with FITPASS when you turn up and there’s no proper response when you complain about it.

Absolute nincumppoops running the show. No idea how to manage. No one picks up calls, no replies to e-mails.
They should be sued fir a fraud show like theirs

Don't go with FITPASS, they are very fake on commitment.

I have not received my noise watch yet. I have purchased 3 months fitpass membership for 4500 rs on 1st September still not received my watch and when i am trying to call customer care they didn't respond. Please solve this issue on Priority

Pathetic Fraud company never ever believe them never I had taken the subscription from Fitpass for 3 months for 4500 rs.
There was also Noise watch that was to be sent with the subscription but i didn't received any update on the same on top of that when i tried contacting customer care, social media platforms or even email there was no response the team even which is there in the app named as support section doesn't answers even a single question. What should I do now whom should I contact how will I get the watch.

Worst service.no response from costumer care service, they neither response to call nor to Email, I ordered a Noise watch on 26th August along with the subscription but i didn't received any update on that yet as support section doesn't answers even a single question, so do you have any solution for this or it's just a fraud.

I have not received my match yet.i have taken fotpass 3month subscription for 4500 rs which includes noise watch but the watch is not yet delivered to my watch yet

Customer care service is v poor. Operator is very rude to her customers. Any time according to them, they change their conditions and centers

I have join FITPASS for weight reduce and mentain sugar level. In the one month of period I have reduce weight from 78.5 kg to 74.4 kg and sugar level Hba1c from 7 to 6.6. Dr. Shakshi is Co-operative and understand well. I have glad and thanks to my Dr.doctor

Fitpass subscription is by far the best decision I've ever made. The app has a wide range of fitness options. You have complete freedom to test out new workouts and gyms where ever you want. It's an amazing experience to be a fitpass member.

I had taken fitpass membership a year ago, and tried out many of there gyms, they have been fantastic for me. Their trainers are excellent, the atmosphere is fantastic, and I've had nothing but positive experiences. They are definitely someone I would refer to my friends and family.

Deceptive and misrepresented information. Upgraded information 2 days after I bought membership for 3 months. Shows unlimited but later refuses services. No tie up with gyms around and the one with tie-ups, they dont allow more than 5 enteries.

Refused to extend number of visits to a particular center and then Refused to cancel membership and refund too.

Fraud.pls avoid dealing with fitpass.

I started of using Fitpass thru an offer on CRED never knew it could give such good results, even with the lockdown limitations, my dietitian Ayushi kamboj gave me a diet of easily available vegetables nd other ingredients, gave amazing results too

Come on guys. This is a scam. You can sign up for a subscription on the app. But you can only cancel three days before the next payment. And you'll have to pay to cancel. Classic scam. Congratulations to the founders for being able to pull it off for so long.

It was bad. Most of the gyms denied and few gym receptionist words were they are about to close their contract with fitpass. Mostly good ratings are fake and consumer feel so inferior as gym owner don't treat them the way they treat the one who took membership from the gym itself. Kindly don't trust such apps.

I have been using fitpass for 1 year now, and from this month they started auto-renewal of the membership, without even notifying the customers and when I spoke to the customer care they are saying you have to notify us 72 hours prior to the end of membership to take you off the auto-renewal thing (how would I tell you if I didn't even know), and they can't do anything about it. They told me you can cancel the subscription with cancellation charges, when I asked them how much they said they have no idea as it is machine genrated, after pressing and asking them about the charges they said 800rs. The subscription is 900rs! I am a student and we don't have enough money as it is and you guys are looting us.
Let me get this straight.
1. I have to give you 800rs for not using a single day of your subscription
2. You cheat and loot the customers by not telling them about the policychange auto-renewal
3. You refuse to take me out of your auto-renewal thing, until it's 72 hours prior to the end of the membership? So I have to remember the date now? And if I forget you will charge me again.
People please don't give your card details to this company, you will be screwed.

Does RBI guidelines also state that you cannot take your customer off the auto-renewal program any point in time?
You are not allowing me to get off the auto-renewal 72 hours prior to the end of membership, so that next month when I forget the exact time and date you can charge me again, and if you remove the auto renewal now you will charge 800rs with termination of my current membership. Is that the business model you are working on? Taking money from oblivious customers? If that is it, then my friend your company is doomed.
You don't have payment details on your app, from which I can remove my card details.
So technically you have taken my card details and decline to erase it.
Let me tell you this loud and clear, I don't want to terminate my this months membership, but I want you to take me out of your auto-renewal next month right away or RBI doesn't permit you to do that as well?

Run by arrogant people who think they are the smartest people in the world! I just went there for an interview, and I could sense the 'corporate slavery' culture there despite the fact that it is a start-up.

They want you to submit a business plan during an interview. Terrible experience.

Worst app. They don't have tieup with gyms. Fitternity is better. Don't spend your hard earned money on them.

Bought a membership which said 3 months and unlimited workouts at any of their affiliated centers, which later turned out to be only 5 workouts per center, which is no where mentioned upfront and only written in terms of use which is further under terms of use, i had paid around 2300rs for 3 months and upon contacting them i asked for a full refund or the services they promised, but they reduced my membership duration to only 1 month and refunded around 300 rs and they said this is the best they can do otherwise i can stick around with the limited workouts only, they are advertising a complete scam. BEWARE! DONT FALL THE UNLIMITED WORKOUT SCAM, and this is a complete copy of Fitpass Mexico but those guys mention the limited workouts on the website itself which these guys advertise as "UNLIMITED WORKOUTS", Fitpass you should be ashamed.

I regretted buying from them. I suggest dont fall trap to their adverts. They are not paying the Fitness centres, so one after the other are cancelling their contracts, I witnessed at least 4 of them, I had bought their package considering the acceptance at the nearest fitness centres, but being declined access into those centres, reason being non-payment by Fitpass to the centres, despite of 100% upfront payment by us. BIG NO to buying any package through them.

Worst company and worst people. They cheat their partners, associates, and their clients too. Just a group of people making money through means of fraud. I run a couple of fitness centres and I have provided services to fitpass clients worth more than 1.5 lakhs of which I have not received payment. I hope anyone using this app will stop using it and take membership of their choice of gym/ fitness centre.

It's one of the best application I have come across its very easy to find the nearby gyms in my locality.

You guys are actually not deserving a single star for rating.
You are a very cheap group who are just looting the people. Even their support staff don't have a basic understanding how to talk with customers.
If i talk about their mobile application, it's a worst app. They have hired interns to develop the application and doing testing on the real production server, because of this user's like me getting disturbing by their unwanted notifications.

In short I can't recommend to use fitpass any more.

Different varieties of workouts for different people available here, really satisfied with the service.

Fitpass is a big fraud. Worst customer experience ever.
There are many loopholes that the customer is never informed of.
1. Me and my sister are both registered users. There were some gyms that were shown in her app not mine. No explanation as to why is this happening.
2. The customer support agents are not punctual in responding to time. I have talked to 2 agents and both told me different things!
3. They charge you cancellation fees for the month you paid membership for.
4. You have to email them 3 days before cancelling your account. What a lazy and 16th century way of getting things done. Have you heard Netflix or Spotify or any good company having this policy?
5. Even their gym partners like Fitso and Fitnastic gyms dislike partnership with them. They sell their own membership and sometimes would not allow you to enter premises. I have had such experience in Fitso Gurgaon sector 14.

Overall this is a pure money making business with 0 value for Customer. Save yourself and get a Cure fit plan. Already they are transparent with their policy. Much better gyms and support.

Absolutely pathetic. Asian fitness gym which was in my proximity is not on the app now, and I have to travel far away. The tie up of the gym has ended and still shows on the app. I need refund.

It's a very nice place and a good idea. The trainers are really good and supportive. Amazing concept and no need to rush here and there for gym as it is available near me.

Would have given 0 rating if possible. I have bought fitpass for 3 months expecting I can go to the gym available on the app. But it allows only for 5 days a month. Other gyms are 2 Km away. It doesn't make any sense. They have hidden this in their terms and condition and don't have this mentioned anywhere upfront. Fraud.

Biggest fraud providing worst customer service experience
1. I have been a registered user at fitpass with magnum membership.i used to go to the musclezone gym that was near to my place and convenience. Suddenly one day it disappeared from the app. No explanation as to why this is being done.

2. Talked to customer service agents multiple times. No punctual response and when confirmed them that will be taking actions against you and the loopholes in your policies.
Response was you may surely go with that.

3. When asked that the gym i was going in was near to me and my convenience. Response was to go to another gym as there will be internal grudges between the partner. Such a lame answer this was to befool their customers

This is the worst app in this fitness industry. Today this is the third time I am facing this problem, i have booked my slot for a gym but the gym owner denied to make scan in his gym. He directly denied me to enter into his gym. I don't know what is going between gym and fitpass. But at last customer is suffering. Fitpass plc don't do these silly things after renewal of anybody's account.

Freedom of location, club, timing and workout. There are so many clubs and workout options (Zumba, Bhangra, CrossFit, Weight Training, etc) rather then bound to one club and workout.
