Birthday Dinner of 125 Pax:

Positives: The arrangements done and the quality of food was amazing. Enough space to accommodate 125 pax at one place, everyone enjoyed and liked the venue (3rd floor), hope to the see you soon.

Negatives: There was little bit of communication gap from the sales team but was sorted out.

I booked this place for my Dad’a retirement party and that day I was too busy in greeting my guest, was not totally happy with the decoration part but thought my guests were being well served. But got so embarrassed when my relatives and friends complained about few stuffs.
Talking about drinks, the guy who were making drinks, he was using his bare hands to take out the ice, very very unhygienic. Fortunately one of my family member is expertise in cocktails and came to know that bar guy was not following the right method and not putting the right ingredients which can actually make people catch cold and cough. (which we got)
Then, one of the couch get torn from one corner and that too my guest noticed. The tables near the sofas had not been cleaned properly, it was so sticky.
Food part is good though but 90% our guest was non-vegetarian, in that too for chicken snacks, we noticed they were servicing all the chicken leg piece to the upper floor party and our guest was not happy at all. This party was a gift to my dad on his retirement but he was unsatisfied too with all this.

When we booked this place, the manager told us there will be no disappointment from their end and they will give 10% back if any discrepancy will happen. The next day I called them and mentioned all these but couldn’t meet them because we were out for long vacation. However, despite they know all this I haven’t heard back for one single time.
I am not gonna recommend this place at all if you guys are planning to organize a good function. If you are going spend your good hard earned money please choose a better venue or place who will leave your guests happy at the end. I booked this place quite in hurry because of shortage of time and I still regret.

Food was good but there were lots of? Were there in hall which should have been taken care of before the function starts not after the complaint was done.

One of the popular banquet in West Delhi area. The interior is nice, food and service are good. Parking is a issue here in the wedding season. The vallet will park your car on main road which become reason of heavy traffic jam. They have 3 halls depending upon your gathering and menu you opt for.

Good hall, but poor staff who like to pilfer your drinks and the last section of the hall where buffet layout is done the Air-conditioning is not working.

Well maintained banquet hall with capacity I think upto a few hundred. Looks quite lavish.

This is the amazing place. It is best for small functions like birthday parties, engagement etc. Decoration is awsm but DJ is not so good.

We booked 1st floor of this hall but their ac is not working properly. They said their centralized ac is not working but after we paid whole payment. They didn't told this problem before payment paid.poor service by this five elements by sandoz.
