I am Sidharth Belavi from Karnataka & Goa Dte. I had a very great and knowledgeable experience at Flame Carrier Academy. As a beginner, I had very less knowledge about SSB and got an opportunity to attend this capsule through NCC l, So in my view I have no doubts about SSB Selection procedure and 5 days pattern followed at SSB. I mainly got more knowledge about OIR test and PPDT by Mr. Praversh Kumar sir and many more tricks and points to highlight by Col. Rabi MUKERJEE he was a friendly man and gave us knowledge about PPDT and Group discussions also he took many practice by us through which I could know my improvement in GD even he covered topics about current affairs and also he told how to plan and prepare for it.

J Kurian Sir had an very unique way of teaching and he cleared the doubt that I had about TAT, SRT and WAT and also he counselled us which was very helpful for us to know what actually the story must be like and what the psychologist wants to know about the aspirant. Coming to the Interview Part which Cmdr. Amit Bhandari Sir which he first briefed us and informed us that how an interview goes, what questions are asked by IO. I also had an interview with him which he took and later told my right and wrong answers and ways to improve it.

Hey.freind I am Rahul singh from Mathura. I did a 14 days SSB capsule from Flame Career Academy. The Instructors are excellent especially Col J Kurien who is the Psychologist. He explains WAT, TAT, SRT, SD so well. On 14th day he counselled me for nearly one hour and told me my minus points which I must avoid. The IO took a one hour interview followed by one to one counselling session. I had prepared for my SSB from here and I would be very frank and true about the institution, it is not just an institution for learning about things to how to go for SSB or preparation for any upsc or other exam but they mill mend you in ways that you will become not only an officer but a good human being. This place is not overcrowded and they look onto each and every individual here. If still in doubt just visit and you’ll know the difference between this institute and others, because there you’ll see a huge crowd just unfocused and undirected but here you will receive complete focus and attention from each teacher and they are sooo experienced that you can’t imagine.
