I am reproducing a chat I had after my Rakhi gift of a special Mug was delivered to my sister in a broken condition. There were other items like nuts and chocolates which were obviously unbreakable. My one sided chat was with Ankur, who didn't reply one word to my comments. I am an old customer andsand I can say service was nevers bad before.

Me: 4634320 is my order number. Mug received in broken condition. Complained yesterday also. No response or acknowledgement. Now you people are trying to evade. You ruined my Rakhi.

Instead the FlowerAura keeps sending thank you for your patronage messages, saying the delivery process is completed successfully. They have also credited Rs. 60 in my account for next order.

Very worst experienced.yet now not deliver the order and didn't respond calls any update.and the Money is also stuck because they didn't respond anything.

Worst customer service, they dont even deserve single star. Ordered a cake combo, chose same day delivery option (paid extra for that). And website still showing "processing".

I'm giving one star because there is nothing lower. I prepaid an order from them for delivery to Jaipur on the 14th of Feb.i went to their site to check the status of the order. Saw its still in transit.went on the courier's site to track the order and saw that the order is still lying in Gurugram for the last three days. If they can't handle the rush then why are they in the business.absolutely pathetic service.their assistance is giving a standard reply.they are not replying to my tweet too.

I shall recommend people not to order any product from FlowerAura. They provide the worst services possible to the customer. I have tried getting in touch with their customer care support, but there is no response from them. If this is the way they are delivering goods for the customer, I am sorry but the customers are smart enough to choose a better option for online delivery of flowers/combos. In my opinion, I personally would never order from FlowerAura and neither would i recommend any of my dear ones to order from them.

Have used this company twice for services. All I can say is they are excellent. Prices, service, quality of product delivered, follow up feedback from customers. Everything is very good. Do try them out!

There is no point of ordering form the site as they fail to deliver product on required day post that there is no use of sending gift to the person.

I request you to take away the plant and refund my points to CRED account. First and last time I ordered something from your site. Inefficient services. I had ordered 'Serenity in Divinity' flowers, but one of their representative called up that this product is out of stock. Thus, I replaced my order with chocolates. But even after informing them 10 times, they delivered wrong product. The Floweraura representatives always pretend that issue is being resolved but they are never concerned about customer values and instructions.

The cake was delivered and replaced without the customer being informed about it and that too was of very bad quality. Moreover, other items ordered were not delivered. This ruined the occasion completely. Also, the flowers were replaced at the last moment for one of the previous orders. Besides, they took a hell lot of time for looking into the issue and multiple follow-ups for providing the resolution. Also, they were providing more compensation in the form of voucher when compared to the monetary one so that they can dupe the customer again, the next time. Ordering from Floweraura was a complete waste of time and money and ruining of the important day/occasion of someone's life.

Cheats customers! Horrible customer care! Recently a friend of my ordered the product on their web site.she paid the full price online arround Rupees 1099. She didn't receive the product and didn't get the refund.when she contacted customer care no one responded and secondly they balmed her. Now common sense question why wouldn't someone receive prepaid order.horrible customer service and really bad customer care representative. It's better to order cake from a good bakery in your locality or use swiggy or Zomato etc.

Odered a product through this website on 5th august 2019 which was to be delivered on 13th august.it delivered the product on 23rd august 2019.totally spoiled my surprise to my relative.they never provided me the contact no.of courier person.nor the courier boy ever called me or the receipient.daily they used to give me new excuses.daily morning they used to say that today my courier will be delivered and in the evening they said that today it hasn't delivered but tomorrow your product will definitely be delivered.i even requested for the refund of amount.but they didn't refund me.

The customer support executives and their leads are been trained for false commitments only!
I switched from ferns n petals to floweraura services just because the quality of their deliverables and the well punctual deliveries, but now, the services are pathetic, with only false commitments and badly timed deliveries!
Common guys wake up, with this approach you are just losing your honest/loyal customers!

It is so disappointing. I ordered for a flower bouquet and cake for my sister's birthday. It was a mid night delivery and look at this it is still not delivered. There is jo one to contact. Terrible service.they should be black listed

Got a Father’s Day gift, both plants in bad shape with one on its death bed. Second time this has happened. Lousy service and really bad follow up. Hope you guys go broke soon.
