They are cheaters…Do not ever give your clothes to them…they will make fool of you by saying that noone took your clothes so no rent but in actual they have used your clothes multiple times and hav not given you a single penny for the same

It's been 03 weeks and I haven't heard back from your team @Owner. Please expedite as you guys have given my item on rent even then wilfully and maliciously giving false information to me.

We had a great experience in the flyrobe. The staff was really helpful and the designs are really pretty.

Poorest Ever. I would not say poorest service provider bcoz services had not been taken. No policy. For the cancellation from dere side. They can cancel the stuff aften booking. After paying amount. Sheer negligence. Zero coordination within staff. No PR skills. No customer value.

Lower range dresses that you see on the website are not there in the store. Rent starts from Rs 3000 approx. If your budget is less than 5k for renting, then better to buy a fresh piece from shops nearby. The store is spacious with all dresses hanging for display. The trial rooms are pretty good too. But the dresses are not very clean and some of them even have lint. At least not what I had expected after seeing their website. Staff is courteous. It seems too much of a hassle to self-pick and -drop while paying so much rent for clothes that don't look clean.

I an writing this post to let you know guys, how bad is flyrobe service. I gave my measurement and it was not done accordingly, I will never order anything again from flyrobe and never suggest any one for any order from flyrobe.

Flyrobe customer care number never works and they don’t even care to respond timely on mails.
Again, bad and pathetic service from flyrobe end!

These guys are such big cheats! Gave my reception lehange for rent a year back. Not only have I not received any payment for last 3 months, I am also unable to contact them on phone or mail. All I want is to get my product back, chuck the money. Beware before dealing with dese guys!

SCAM! TOTAL FRAUD! Once you pay the security money, u might as well just forget about it. They dont reply to mails, they dont reply to calls, they have 1 customer care number for all the stores which is not reachable. They should drop the 'e' from flyrobe cause they will rob your money and fly away with it!

Never ever use flyrobe its just a scam, i iavent got my refund of 1k till now it been more then a month.

My sister ordered a costume from Flyrobe in November (Order No. FDR178625). They took security deposit of INR 12,000/- which is 150% of rental (Astonishingly high). They ensured the dress was picked up back on the exact date and confirmed that dress was in perfect order at the time of taking back delivery. It's been almost 4 months and security money is not returned. Almost 50 mails are sent to the Company marking the management but always received standard response as there is some technical issue and will refund soon.
The matter was raised to Co-Founder Pranay, but again no response and no action.
This seems like a fraud business and work on keeping security deposit of customers (almost 150% of the actual rental).
BEWARE of ordering anything from FLY"ROB"E unless you want to be robbed.

They're the worst. In any case you have to cancel the order and you've done advance payment, just forget about your money. They don't give it back. It's been 3 months and I haven't got my refund, I've wrote tens of emails (cause they don't pick up calls) everytime they say in 7-10 days it'll get refunded. I don't know which planet's calendar they're using cause it's been really big 7-10 days now. Be careful guys they'll just tire you out but not give your money back.

Placed order for Tuxedo and kurta pajama last Sunday for wedding ceremony. The delivery date was 17th 2020. Flyrobe cancelled order one day before function. Which is really disappointing.

This company is not reliable and trustworthy to deliver their promise.

they were suppose to alter it and i got it there was no alteration done.took my security deposit and aren't ready to return it.customer service girl shalini and riya/priya are pathetic in dealing.and the senior executives mr.vipin, kapil and sanjay are avoiding to connect.

We were a large group renting dresses for a wedding and at least 5 of us got our cards blocked for fraud after our transaction here. This was the first place we used it in Delhi and that we all had in common.

The dresses were nice and clean. Overall it is a great alternative for a wedding. Just make sure that if you use it, go to the store and pay in cash. And if you choose a dress that requires a deposit, forget about it.

To attend a wedding in December, I had booked a lehenga in August itself. I have used Flyrobe at least 3 times in the past, so they have always had my measurements. 3 days before the event, I got a call from their team saying the piece cannot be altered as per my measurements! I was left aghast - I had absolutely no back up plan here. All the other pieces on Flyrobe were either more expensive than I had planned, or not available. They said my only option was to visit their store. 3 days before the event, and in the middle of the work week - I had absolutely no way of doing so! After multiple rounds of discussions, they finally sent me a list of lehengas that was available (even though the website showed them as blocked). I finally selected one. However, when it got delivered - it was soiled, stained, and smelly. Without a back up option I had to go ahead with it and really regretted my decision to shop from Flyrobe! Am sharing this experience, so that others can be careful and be prepared in case of such last minute surprises!

Rented an outfit for 4500+3000 (security) for a relative's wedding. I rented it for 3 days and ordered it well before time. They took the measurements and everything. The outfit however didn't get delivered on time i.e. A day before the event. Neither did it arrive on the day of. I was furious, and asked them to deliver and they kept offering the delivery the day after. Never even got the full refund btw. Been a year and my mistake is that I haven't followed up. I don't care anymore but it just shows what service they have to offer.

Firstly, you have the most unprofessional customer service in the market. You literally harrass people to get their refund. Ive been waiting for your delivery executive to come and pick up the outfit but its been 3 days since Ashok ji (delivery guy) was assigned. I dont think so you are interested in having your outfit back, and that doesnt bother me. All I want is my refund to be initiated whether you want ur outfit back or not because its not my problem.
I would never rent again from Flyrobe and would suggest the same to others. Thanks
