Worst hospital in refunding the security deposit.i was told by account department.the refund will be given in the account in next 7 days.but from November 2023 till 15 January 2024.they cant able to refund back the amount.after so much follow after them they keep giving excuses that there software have some issues.patients be alert against them.they are fraud people

I have been visiting this hospital since last four- five years.staff is helpful specially Ms. Aparna.

The doctor was good.
But on all other aspects the services of the hospital are really poor. They will charge extra for medicines you haven’t been given. I had to remain here for 6 hours for a 30 minute thing. The staff is extremely poor and unhelpful. They took 4 hours to send my correspondence to the insurance company. Till then I haven’t been asked for any snacks or beverages. The overall experience has remained extremely stressful.

The staff and nurses were the best.
Dr. P S. Bajaj and his team is good.

But the billing department was not helpful when you know that treatment is more than 1 lakh.
How can you give the estimate of 1lakh only?
You can't deny that you don't know the exact amount of the treatment.
The concerned person dealing with this seat knows the exact payment.

Wonderful experience with Fortis C-DOC. Dr. B. B. Dash was a wonderful surgeon, and the staff was always helpful and kind. Administration department very well-done. Very critical and important part is TPA clearance very difficult but with the help of MR. JITENDER helped a lot and the journey of 3 days very easier for my me and my father. He helped me (attendant) to avoid up and down and avoid my efforts to take the clearance from TPA. He did all the things from his (Mr. JITENDER) end only.

It was a pleasant and smooth experience for my mother who had total knee replacement surgery as suggested by Dr Puspender Singh Bajaj. Starting from the beginning Mr Jitender, he is a gem of a person and without his efforts the TPA thing cannot be done he helped me a lot to get the process so smooth. The approval was taken well in advance by Jitender and his team. A big thanks to Dr PS Bajaj and Dr Devanshu Gupta and team for the successful surgery. The nurshing and house keeping staff are very well trained and experienced to handel all kind of situations. The pantry service and cafeteria is also equally good for thier excellent service. I had undergone a surgical procedure under dire emergency at fortis c doc Nehru enclave. If it wasn’t for the ultra speedy action by Mr. Jitender at TPA in processing my papers at 8: 30 pm I don’t what would occurred. Inspire of an emergency at his home he waited beyond his working hours and got the paper work done.

After consulting with Dr. P S Bajaj he referred me to Fortis C-doc hospital for my Knee Ligament Surgery.
Honestly I heard about this hospital for the first time and I had a lot of reservation about getting myself operated here.
All the paperwork hassle and tpa approval were the other things which we had to deal with.
But as soon as I got a call from the hospital things started getting smooth.
I got the initial approval from the Tpa with the help of Mr. Jitender and Mr. Tarun.
Once admitted in the hospital the staff took care of all the tasks.
Surgery was conducted really well and professionally.
Post surgery we had a lot of support from the hospital staff, nurses, and doctors and from Jitender ji too.
He even helped my family personally.
Indeed I was afraid about the extra charges and not getting it approved by the Tpa, but Jitender ji took care of all the doubts I had and helped me get the Tpa approval as well with just a blink of an eye.
Trust me when I say this, I have never felt at home in any hospital except Fortis C-Doc.

Hi all,

I had got my lypoma surgery at Fortis C-Doc, on 24th Nov 2021. The surgery was okay. But in the night, i had very severe intense pain in my both hands. The duty doctor Dr. Sanjay gave me medicine dose but it was not working at all. I was literally crying in the night. When the pain did not get okay my brother called the doctor once more. But he started saying i was lying. He was very rude, immature and frustrating. The duty doctor at hospital said go complain, i am not afraid. Dr. Sanjay was acting as if he was the doctor of a government hospital. I was in very pain for 6-7 hours. Next day in the night he did not even came to check me even once although he was on duty. I paid 1.14 lakh to the hospital, but it was all waste of money.

If you think of getting admitted there, let me remind you that they are highly understaffed during the night shift. On that night, there was no nursing staff available in the Emergency ward.

I feel cheated after getting my surgery at Fortis C-Doc. Please think once before getting surgery at Fortis C-Doc. Till now there has been no action on the doctor.

Based on my experience, This hospital deserves a negative rating but there is no option to give negative rating so have to give 1 star.

Hospital is ok, small though comapred to other Fortis hospitals. At night service and food for attendeant with patient becomes a problem. There is no canteen or pharmacy that is open after 9pm.

Coming from a small town of Bihar, I was unsure of the services provided by the hospital nor I was sure that I will get an appointment with my preferred choice, Dr. Anoop Mishra. Unsure, I rang up the hospital number for appointment and luckily for me, it was picked up Miss Shagufta. Not only she patiently listened to my problems, but also she ensured that I got an appointment with Dr. Anoop Mishra at a convenient date. She was also in regular touch with me and assured me of any help in case I face any difficulty. Not only I felt assured but also I am very touched by her actions which were more than her professional duties demanded. I sincerely thank her from bottom of my heart for all the help and courtesies.
The overall experience here has been highly satisfying. The staff behaviour is quite good, pay attention to your every small details explain everything nicely and are never in hurry.

The hospital itself can be confusing for a foreign traveller but my friend Joyti helped me with everything including translating, procedure tests, pre surgery, after surgery care, pharmacy and travel. I was always directed to what I needed. Very efficient and helpful!

This review is only for the reception and back office department. I paid by scanning their QR code. Transaction was successful from my side but unsuccessful from their. They asked to mail their customer service and complaint in paytm for refund. I complaint they sent me the same screenshot of the failed transaction. I kept asking to check the bank statement as we all know failed statement in the machine won't gonna change in successful transaction. But they didn't.
Then finally after a month I got reply from payment that they have told them that I have recieved service for that money. Wow isn't it amazing. I mailed them the whole details but still the hospital didn't care to reply.

Once your money is gone to them it's gone just don't expect any help from the hospital. Carry cash everyone just don't waste your money on them. It's been 2 months now still my money isn't back neither they are replying to my mail. Clearly I can see what they are trying to do here.

The facilities of this hospital are very good.

I am Professional athlete and i got hurt in my knee during my MMA training so i visit there and face a surgery by the sports specialist Dr Madhur Chaddha and it was very nice experience of mine in Fortis C-doc all staff was very caring and supportive

My mother went for vaccination here. They charge lowest amount among private hospitals for covaxin and before vaccinating a person the nurse showed vaccine bottle to each patient to maintain zero probability of doubt in patient. But there is a parking issue.

My experience at Fortis was very good. At the vaccination center, social distancing was maintained and everything was comfortable and easy to navigate. The staff, especially Ms. Bhawna Arora was very helpful and supportive and made the entire process very easy. She provided me with guidance and clarified all my doubts whenever I had any!

My father Knee replacement was successfully done in this hospital. I found overall team was cooperative but special thanks to Mr Danish who helped us in getting the documentations and other formalities done without any glitch.

I visited the hospital for my father, a diabetic for over 40 years to consult Dr. Anoop Mishra. We weren't satisfied with the Doctor, Hospital and overall administration.

My suggestion do not go with the accolades of the Dr and Brand name of the hospital. There are better hospitals and Doctors.

In addition, do not undergo tests in the hospital, it will drain your pocket and you will be thoroughly disappointed. They would push you to take unnecessary tests aswell.

Fortis c-doc is a very good hospital and the behaviour of nursing staff is excellent. They provide lunch, breakfast and dinner on time. The overall facilities are excellent.
