Worst experience in fortis vasant kunj I am ews patient There is discrimination between genral patient and ews patient According to government guidelines which services you providing to general patient you have to provide ews patient. But you are not providing opthamlic, dental, etc services to ews patient. And your staff is misbehaving with ews patient they always say these services are outsourced they can't provide these to ews patient. This is my request to you read the government guidelines and give all facilities to ews patient

No provision for attended night stay. At least recliners should be there. Almost all hospitals provide it. It's quite difficult for night stay for attendants. Caffateria is very small food options is low and quite expensive.

Firstly, I ended up at Fortis with my sister who was diagnosed with CKD (Chronic kidney disease) and needed a kidney transplant at the earliest, we had explored different hospitals in Delhi but from the moment i met Nephrologist head Dr. Sanjeev Gulati at Fortis i was convinced we want to do further treatment and surgery here, as we were undergoing process for transplant i discovered all the Doctors were true gentlemen, especially the Urologist team Dr Aman Gupta and Dr. Anil Mandhani which instill confidence in me for surgery. We came to Fortis on 20th July 2022 and all the process to transplant happened within 10 days including the examination of donor and recipient and we went ahead for surgery on 2nd of August, all thanks to Ms. Shifali Gupta, co-ordinator of the kidney transplant who work tirelessly and guided us through out the procedures. Surgery was successful and my sister is recovering faster than expected, I can proudly say I am the donor for my sister and with all doctors and nurses care i am discharged from hospital on 5th August with good health conditions. I really appreciate the efforts from dietician team, house keeping team for good service and last but not the least everyone involved to keep us safe and healthy. Thank you.
The employee of Fortis Vasanth Kunj were very friendly and professional. The ambiance was clean and service was also good and took care of the patient very well. Mr. Madhav the supervisor at the hospital was very helpful and professional in dealing with the clients. Overall service was excellent and the hospitality of all the staff were very Good. Very disappointed with the photoshoot, next day after the delivery she came for photoshoot we enrolled for the package and was told that she will send to home address, now it's been 3weeks and we didn't get any photos, no follow up no calls nothing. One for photoshoot
Dr Muneendra Gupta and the team did a superb job. Taken care by the specialists themselves was icing on the cake. Nurses and the housekeeping team were warm and caring. The food served was a bummer but was rectified later on by the kitchen team so that needs to be taken care of while serving the patients.
This is a good hospital for the treatment of health issues, doctor, and all staffs are very caring, but bit costlier, if you have health insurance or allow your budget than it is one of the best hospital of this area.

The entire staff of Fortis Vasant Kunj hospital is very nice and highly co-operative and their service is extremely good. I am very grateful to Dr. Nivedita Raizada (Gynecologist) and the other senior doctors and the team of the hospital who made feel at ease and comfortable during my surgeries. I was literally taken care like a child post my two surgeries. I was put under observation (around the clock) with all the necessary care and support by the staff. I would also like to thank my dietitian and the staff at the kitchen (F&B) for on time good healthy food. And I thank all the hospital nurses, housekeeping staff, sanitation workers, etc for all the support, care and help. I thank Fortis hospital VK from bottom of my heart for all the best of services and care and making me feel at home, especially all the nurses, the GDA and the F&B department. Extremely satisfied with the hospital and the team serving here.

V stayed for a week in fortis for my mom's knees surgery mr Bhagat food supervisor took full care of patient food was polite caring and understanding even at times on delay he n mr vishnu were alwys dere to help us miss ruchika head of patients care department was just a phone call away to take care of our complaints
During my 1 week stay in the hospital, my experience was average except the food services and the housekeeping. Was expensive, had a small issue with the nurses staffs but overall it was good, was expecting to be a lot better from the nurse's staffs. During those 7 days, Mr. Bhagat Singh, the supervisor helped us out a lot. He was understanding and was very co operative. My dad is a diabetic patient, I requested him to kindly serve the food prior to the given scheduled time and he did so as I requested him. I also requested him to kindly allow us home meal too and he did helped me out for which I m very thankful to him. His staffs were very polite, fast and respectful. Even for the attendant too, the foods were delivered in just a few minutes otherwise ordering from the canteen itself took more than 1hr to deliver.
Services for Hospital was excellent, Dr Tarun kaushik of nephrology is an excellent Doctor. His calm, cool and his approach to treatment is excellent and world class, India needs more doctor like Dr Sanjeev Gulati and Dr. Tarun Kaushik.nurses staff too was excellent, there was no flaw.room services too are excellent, guy name Dev of room service was damn good.dietician was coperative and helpful in managing proper diet chart. Food served was also very tasty and nutritious.
Hospital facilities and services are very good. Rooms are cleaned properly. Bhagat Singh, the supervisor also monitoring everyday. He is very helpful and ask problems every time.
My sister was admitted here for three days and we had a seamless experience over here. The staff and nurses were quite cordial and supportive. Bhagat singh ji from food department took special care of food related needs at all hours.

The doctors, Dr. Tapan Ghose and his team have been very good to us. They have not only provided expert medical help but have been very supportive to us in every way to make our stay comfortable. The addmission process is very smooth, the doctors are good but it's like a one way entry, after discharge of the patient the coordinator BHAVESH (coordinator of Dr Sanjeev Gulati) don't even listen what you have to say to the doctor, he doesn't allow to meet the patient with the doctor.
Few good and some not so good experience. Admission process smooth, room, housekeeping, GDV, nurses, food delivering boys, and dietician Menu all good. However had problem with food for attendent. As what was ordered turned out to be spicy and not that good quality as my previous experience was. Though after complain, it was fixed and better food received.special mention to Bhagat Singh who took special care in providing correct food as per my requirement. Made extra efforts. Found him to be very polite, approachable and pleasant personality.kailash and Few other boys, also made the stay very comfortable. Dietician Menu helped in adjusting the food for patient as per his choice and gave good alternate options. Neha from patient care was also very cordial n pleasant. However some issues was addressed to Ms. Neha, not mentioning here. Discharge was smooth n pleasant. Overall good experience.

The worst hospital I've been to. My father was admitted in it for 4 days and the quality of service was very very poor. The nursing staff was very casual and under trained. The doctors are very unprofessional and does not value time of its patients. They have been very unprofessional and inconsiderate with us. Never ever going back to this so called best hospital. Worst one could get.
For the first time I met dr Hemant he is very calm and cool type.helping the patient. I feel wierd to consult him bcz of girlish prblm.but after that I share all my problems.he listein my problems very calmly.very good doctor not every doctor is like him.
I had my slot allotted in Fortis, Vasant Kunj on 30th May 2021. I was pleasantly surprised to see how seamless and efficient the whole process was and it took me only 1 hour from reaching the place, having the billing done, getting vaccinated and then sitting for 30 minutes in the observation area. It was a nice experience getting my first dose of Covishield vaccine there.
Went for my first dose of Covid vaccine at Fortis Hospital Site 2, VK.
Since there were quite a few people waiting for the vaccination and only 2-3 billing kiosks that were operational that time, it took roughly 30-45 mins for my name to be announced for billing and payment formalities.
Next up at the vaccination administration site I had to wait another 30 mins or so for the ID verification and actual inoculation. They were giving slight priority to people aged above 45+ in that queue which is understandable.
Special shoutout to Dr Sujata who administered the vaccine dose for me which was surprisingly painless and brisk. Also to the entire team handling the operations as they were cleared under immense pressure all round the clock. (Some agitated people cribbing about waiting time, some had ID information mismatch, some came without prior appointment etc.)
Just a small suggestion to the team and management, during peak hours, allocate more kiosks for covid vaccination billing and also add additional manpower and systems for the final ID verification and formalities (It so happened someone in front of my queue had some discrepancies in his online appointment details and one reflecting in the Hospital's system causing a major choke and delay for other candidates waiting in queue for their turn).
Overall still it was systematic and well organized given the magnitude of people who were there for their doses.
