Fortis hospital are the best hospital in caring I admit in 2b2 ward here isee all staff are very good and helpful name's are jatin sona aarzoo arti antipa asha all staff are very good and ms reena incharge she is very cooperative and supportive and thank to all doctor team

I liked the service of nurse sanchita and vaibhav. Very loving and caring nurses who are always available for you.loved them both.

The doctor (Dr. Rajender yadav, urology) apparently refused and told us that he would only consult private patients, his team members would consult panel patients, otherwise come to my clinic.
I called the manager and told him, the manager said that we cannot help him, at last I changed the hospital.
Also this hospital doctors behaviour not good for panel patient.
It's the patient's choice as to which doctor he should consult.

My experience with Dr Nymphea was absolutely amazing. We visited many gynaecologists when I conceived but the moment we met Dr Nymphea, my husband and me, we had no doubts and didn’t look any further. My case was critical (placenta previa), so we were a bit too cautious and scared that all goes well. Dr Nymphea guided us very well throughout the pregnancy and at every point she was equally concerned as we were. I had an emergency c-sec late night but we trusted her for what she did. We were blessed with a beautiful and healthy baby. Thankyou for making this journey easier and happier for us

Dr Nymphea walecha is really a gem for fortis. She is one the best doctors we have ever visited. During my wife's pregnancy, she helped her not only as a doctor but as a mother. She knew very well in advance that my wife will have a normal delivery. What a great doctor I would say otherwise Doctors now a days encourage to have a cesarian instead of Normal one but she tried everything possible to make it happen and responded on whatsapp at late night hours as well when we really need help which we really appreciate. I wanted to give my daughter her name but could not due to some Hindu rituals but still she is the reason for our good memories during my wife's pregnancy. My name is Asha kishore I had gone through surgery on 17 June 2023. After discharge I had diarrhoea n finding my C.difficile toxin test positive. Your hospital acquired C.difficile. I have accute diarrhoea n now a very senior doctor of Max is treating me. We don't have any medical policy n pay rs. 263000 /- from our hard earned money now paying for Fortis hospital 's mistake to another doctor fee, so many test bills and bill of medicine. Very poor hospital. "18/6/2023 "after watching my review Fortis responded very soon n very politely sent it's mail ID n asked to write my concern. I sent 3 mails n called many times to speak to chief medical officer but no-one wanted to respond.in my first mail I apologise to wrote wrong amount by mistake n write exact amount rs. 253000/- for my n my family sufferings I demanded refund n compensation but not get any response. Fortis hospital management is so poor n hospital doesn't accept its moral duty. Hospital continuously neglected my mails n requests. Even one of their staff was shouting at me in morning.today.

2021 started with bad news of my mother having fracture hip. She was operated at other hospital for the same. But after that surgery she was bedridden and her rheumatoid disease led to deformity of knees. She was not able to do her toileting or self care.we were tense with that.

With recommendation from our office colleagues, we met Dr Punit in Fortis hospital Shalimar Bagh.
He gave patient hearing to all the problems and after detailed investigations. Dr Punit planned a line of management.
RA disease was controlled and her both knees were replaced by Dr Punit K Jain. He gave special personalised attention to the post surgery care.

It's been 3 months to the surgery. My mother is independent and able to take care of her needs.
So the year 2022 brings happiness to my mother and the family.

Went there in emergency and no one to look for. All beds were full and we were waiting for half an hour. Had to leave for other hospital.

Best place for issues related to kidney stones. Was hospitalized, operated and discharged withing 24 hours, with not a single isuue and percent recovery.

My mom visited today to meet Dr. Amite pankaj Aggarwal one of the most worst doctor just because of we are in govt panel he took 5hr to meet her just for 2min after appointment.
And staff was after her asking for to do operation right away.
Fortis is just money making factory insaan jiye ya mare inhe ghanta farak ni padta.

I knw nothing will happend to write here but likhna jaruri hai.

In respect to my recent experience and the very first experience at fortis shalimarbagh I am highly disappointed. The very first test conducted by them for my dad showed wrong reports.we spent 10k for mri and they gave us the wrong report again.secondly ecg conducted conducted there mentions someone elses name and not my dad and i am not sure whether it's my dad's or someone elses.i am highly disappointed by the carelessness of the staff because it's about a life of a person and it, s not a joke.they also lack coordination between there departments.giving 1 star for the nurses who took care of my dad and 1 for doctors.highly disappointed!

I met Ms JYOTI Sharma co ordinator Ultrasound section for myself Parveen chhabra Ultrasound and also Ultrasound of my wife a few days back. She is most cooperative person i have ever met during my age of 67 years. She is very polite and well behaved personality.

I am extremely thankful to gynaologist Dr Gauri for helping me and guiding me during my pregnancy time and she also helped me in delivering. The experience I faced was very good the staff was very caring and helping. I am also thankful to the incharge Dr Sarita the staff sonia neha and madhavi were also helping and caring it was my best experience in fortis hospital i will suggest all to visit once.

You really need to review your management for Sharlimar Bagh. Hospital is so understaffed. There is only 1 nurse in entire ER and so is labour room.

Half of OPD billing counter never works, no matter how long Lines are there.

Dr Manoj Orthopedic - was very rude and unprofessional. He did not let us talk and made mean statements. He did not respect me because I am a woman and constantly interrupted me when I was explaining the issues my husband has.
We were told and confirmed by the emergency doc that the X-rays were fine and my husband had no fracture.

Dr Manoj came and approached us like a goon and lied to us that my husband had two fracture and wanted us to go get a CT scans and get plaster. We left immediately after talking to this very rude and dishonest doctor to another outside the Fortis hospital Doc and he confirmed that my husband has no fracture and no plaster is needed. I feel cheated and just because my husband is from the Netherlands fortis tried to make extra money.

Highly not recommended because they do not want to treat people in pain, instead they want to take the advantage of the situation.

Dr Vikas Maurya is a senior practitioner.very supportive and gives adequate time to his patients.all the tests are done for the benefit of the patients.for proper diagnosis and treatment. The patient follow up mechanism and communication is also very well managed by his team including Ms Poonam. Highly Recommended.

It good known and branded hospital, you can get good treatment and care but in case or health I always suggest to check it twice and ask questions always to get better treatment and care. I recommend this for treatment but it's a costly hospital.

Worst hospital and worst doctors team. You should be ashamed to be called as doctors. Fortis only care about money and they almost killed by patient. People came to get treated not to die. Have some humanity some dignity
Feel like abusing and slapping doctors and Fortis team. Doctors should not take fake vows. You should shut down this hospital. In brain hemorrhage they are giving medicine for blood thining. Be ashamed of yourself.

My mother admitted in emergency and as per the duty doctor she need icu + ventilator but hospital denied saying no availability. Then need to transfer to other hospital. Till today no confirmation from their side. Not keen to entertain ECHS card holders. I got a call today for the feedback given yesterday but have not received any required till now. What say fortis only quick money making machine? Thats why not taking in account for ECHS holders

The infrastructure seems ok but the staff is pathetic, no basic curtsy.may be because of new identified term warriers.they have taken the term literally.seems they are in battle field and the patient is their enemy.management has given up on staff.

Pathetic experience. Most mis managed hospital i have ever been too. I am 30 weeks pregnant, and my gynae sits at fortis, i was having high bp and pulse rate, and they asked me to come to hospital, meet a physician and then meet them. Just imagine for meeting a physician it took me 1 hour almost. And then just imagine, which physician doesn't keep a bp machine and thermometer? She asked me in that condition to go to room no 1 and get my vitals check, get Ecg done or else get admitted, then again come and see me, i again went there, kept waiting then what she checked only bp and weight, i said temperature and pulse? She said yaha nhi hota! Imagine, entire fortis didnt had a thermometer i believe. This entire time my husband was just standing in the queue to pay for one service or other. Finally i barged in my gynae's room for help, i was literally crying. She Said go to labour room, take rest, your ecg would b done dere.
Somehow i reached that 1st floor, and again staff was like r u admitted, i said doctor asked me to rest, she confirmed, and gave me a room with a stretcher to lie down. No A/c, i was so uncomfortable and tired and starving literally, i asked her plz call my husband, she denied, i said i am not feeling good, get my ecg done quickly, she said, yaha nhi hoga aapko niche hi jana hoga, i asked for water, she didnt even bothered to listen. Ultimately i just got up, n moved straight out of the hospital. Pathetic pathetic experience. Now very doubtful for considering it for my delivery also, though my gynae dere is good.

One of the worst hospital! Rather than improving patients life, they make it worse! Dr Sanjay Khanna, (Gastro) is least concerned with the patient’s problems. Inspite of telling that the pain is still not going away, wouldn’t do anything about it and discharge the patient. Used to visit him in BLK hospital, now he is HOD in Fortis Shalimar Bagh, would hardly make any visit and he is so hard to reach now just because he has become HOD here.
Pathetic dieticians, who can not even provide the right meal for the patient.

My father in law was admitted in Fortis Shalimar Bagh. I found that doctors were very good and knowledgeable. There were some minor issues in communication and we needed to do a bit of follow ups. The co-ordination between various departments and doctors was also sluggish at times. Attendant has to be very vigilant and do regular followups.

Another good point was that staff and doctors in general were very co-operative and non-reactive to complaints. They listened and tried to do their best to resolve them.

Bhateri Devi sister was one of the best amongst all. Very hard working, skilled and present minded. We often relied on her to get things done right when some of the other nurses did not know how to properly fit a cannula in the hand.

It was not the best experience of all, but we were at least satisfied that doctors did the operation well.

Very poor medical care may be due to overload of COVID patients. Casualty system is just okay.other wise treatment is costly.

Poor administration in terms of controlling secondary infections rate on covid patients and irrational antibiotics given with no proof of much approvals that is properly given by authority like ICMR.

But we have not received any call from hospital and Dr Priyanka Kharbanda for consultantion. Now it's 6: 37 pm and no response from hospital and doctors nad we are continuously calling to the hospital from morning. This is totally harasment of the patients and casual approach with the life and health of patients. They are doing cheating and frode with the people for the name of online consultation.

Pathetic services, I came here to vaccinate my wife for covishield.
They take more than 3 hours.
My wife requested multiple times that we have 1 year old kid. But they rudely mentioned better you can leave.

Good qualified and experineced doctors. Hospital is clean. Enough parking space. CCD is also there inside hospital. Support staff is always present with wheelchair and stretchers at the gate to help the patients.

Worse physiotherapy treatment, unprofessional staff and somewhere hygiene is compromised. Especially Dr. Menka she is always on phone even while treating her patient.really so unprofessional! Murders happen in Fortis hospital. Treatment is a distant illusion. Greed with extortion for money, nothing else. Hopeless inefficient staff, unethical practices, malfunctioning machines, substandard worst responsibility. Just eye wash, superficial treatment. The most operative and busy part of the hospital is the Mortuary. Beware of this Hospital.

From my experience i will prefer visiting Government hospitals than these kind of garbage. When you have money they treat you like king and can make alive a dead person but when your money is over than alive person become dead. This is not only about this place this happens in vps Rockland Hospital Dwarka and Bhagat Chandra hospital Palam too. So beware of these kind of fraud places if you love your loved ones.

I was treated at the hospital for a blocked artery and as expected, the medical care provided at the hospital was world class. Before the operation, the doctor patiently explained the procedure to me and made sure that I was comfortable with the surgery. Everything was, as I expected, top-notch.

I have visited fortis shalimar on 29 oct 18. Tge experience was very bad. Long Queue for appointment opd whereas i have generated thru online.paed soc arvind kumar was too busy on phone while seeing my child. Hardly 30 sec he have seen. I think not worth for paying 900. Its better to opt clinic.

It's been almost 3 years I had my niece born in this hospital on 2 aug 2016. Its d worst hospital doc who did csection to my sis she still suffer from infection due to stitches. Doc name was sunita she was only after money n time slots given to every client cz i wont call patients she was so money minded. My sis was in serious pain she came on her own time she wasnt even bother about her patient life. I wish could give minus stars. My sis still suffer from infection

For last 9 months, we were following/consulting every week up with a doctor (attached to Fortis hospital) for my wife's pregnancy.

Then on the final day of delivery when my wife suddenly was in pain (mid night), the doctor did not take the call. We called the doctor atleast 70 times and dropped SMSes. Hospital also tried calling the doctor multiple times. The DOCTOR did not take the call.
And the hospital insisted that, we do the delivery with another doctor. And the our original doctor will attend in the morning.

We immediately, refused and shifted my wife to another trusted doctor, where my delivered the baby via Normal Delivery.

Sources tell me, that this is very normal in Fortis, changing the doctor last minute.
They should understand that delivery is still is a very personal thing, and has to be done by someone very trusted.

Overall, I will try my best to never visit and recommend Fortis ever again.

The next morning, our original doctor called just said that "My Phone was on Silent".

Good hospital overall. Improvements can be done regarding room service and nursing staff. Well experienced doctors.

my grandfather was in this hospital and we have had a very very disgusting experience.my grandfather suffered a lot.when consulted with another doctor of some other hospital we came to know that they were giving improper medicines.

It is better than other healtcare in Sonipat however you are getting value for money. Cleanliness and service is adequate for the price. I would expect much better service on next time.

A great hospital if you want world class medical services, my son was treated there after he fractured his arm playing football. As soon as we reached at the hospital, my son was rushed to x-ray to assess the damage. Turned out it was bad, but the doctors swiftly took action and put his arm in a protective cast. He was later operated and metal rod was affixed. He went through post operation physiotherapy at the same hospital. Everything is now okay with my son, thanks to the treatment at Fortis, Shalimar Bagh.
