Fortune Park Boulevard - Hotel in New Delhi

My daughter's mehendi, sagan & wedding function was hosted in SkyHigh, Belvedere and Astoria lawns in Park Boulevard. Starting from the rooms to decor and food everything was top notch. The owners - Mr Anil, Nipun, Yogesh, Rubal took special care of us which made everything special.
Sanjita and each staff member provided the best hospitality. Thank You.

Nice Ambience & Greenery, place inside chattarpur, lawns are good for functions, food quality & presentation good.

We organised my brothers wedding here. We did 2 events and also hired the rooms. The food, stay, decoration and service all are impeccable. I asked for milk for my 2 year old at 1AM and they delivered within 5 minutes. I even misplaced my shoes at the party and Mr. Pradeep helped by checking the camera footage and he found it! Ive not seen such great service at a hotel. Extremely happy we chose this venue. Special shoutout to Mr. Govind for being extra supportive throughout our stay!

Though it is a bit of a drive, once you are at the venue you will be floored by the ambience, the impeccable arrangements and delectable and extensive menu. We had our son’s wedding reception at Belvedere and it was truly a wonderful experience. Yogesh, Govind, Shiv, Sanjita and others were very very accomodative and helpful. Highly recommend!

We hosted our sister's marriage in Park Boulevard (in the name of Payal Makkar on 30th Nov 2021) and thanks to staff and the management for completely SPOILING it. The service was so BAD that the marriage only brought bad name to our family.
The snacks got finished, no waiters for the service, no taste in food, no proper arrangement, people are looking for food and they are not getting it. What kind of service it was?
Being one of the expensive hotels, we expected better service, better quality and better management but YOU HAVE SERIOUSLY DISAPPOINTED US. Your one action has just brought bad name to our whole function and family. We did various other functions at lesser cost than YOUR hotel and received much better service n quality. But it wasn't expected at all from Park Boulevard.
Marriages are lifetime moments and spoiling it, one can never imagine. If you don't know how to manage, please hire better managers. Being in the business from past 20 years and still don't know how to run it?
It's such a SHAME. I will NEVER ever recommend this hotel to anyone for any kind of functions.

This a cool venue for destination wedding and for other events. Also, it has plenty of rooms and efficient staff which will make your stay all the more comfortable and enjoyable.
One thing to be cautious of is if you are heading towards this place in for a marriage you may find 3 mile long almost stand still traffic jam on your way to Delhi.
I by passed that by taking a detour via the opposite direction.
If in case you like being in jam it is up to you.

Such an lovely experience. Food, decor, services everything is soo perfect. They takecare of each n everything soo minorly.

Very good and supportive staff. Specially manager Sanjita and team were very cooperative and understanding.

Over expensive venue, charging heavily for an average quality food. Although few of the starters like stuffed mushrooms, cigar rolls, paneer tikka were really good, but dessert preparation of bakery and oil used for jalebi were below average. The moongdal halwa was kept without any garnish of dry fruits. The lawn was decorated but was quite expensive as per our recent experience with other properties, the hall was over polluted with noise of DJ, neither we could stand inside nor outside due to cold. Mocktail counter had an issue with shakes, which was more or less watery, however a few mocktails were well prepared. Last but not the least the DJ floor had a crumbled flex sheet which looked very untidy. Lastly the valet had parked the car with driver side full mirror open, we got to know when we gave the valet coupon in exchange of key as we had to take out few stuff from car and realised the same, luckily we did not found anything stolen. This is my experience, yours can vary.

Huge open lawns and beautiful banquet halls for weddings and get together parties. Courteous staff and delicious food. All this made our stay enjoyable and memorable

Good venue. Good ambience. Ample parking space. Large garden and terrace spaces. Great for hosting all types of functions.

One of the finest hotels in the City with the most professional and courteous staff. We did an event with 35 people and their team managed it flawlessly. Needless to say, will be visiting more often.

Its a beautiful property. Kindly do not book this property for a vacation type stay but having a farm house for a good, more than decent wedding with most modern amenities is the best thing you can expect of this property. It is very well maintained with very friendly staff. I attended my friends wedding where we stayed for 3 nights. Arrangements were good, rooms are good. No swimming pool is a thing this property should have had.

The only thing that they can do better is have more variety when it comes to their buffet dinner and breakfast.

Worst decoration of ring ceremony held at the venue. The attitude of the decorator was stubborn and adamant. We did not get value for money and whatever decoration was promised has not been given. The material used for decoration was of sub standard quality like curtains & table & seat covers had stains over them and were not even washed properly. The food area was left open where as it was promised that there would be roof top over it. Inspite of multiple reminders to provide what was to shown to us they kept on asking for more money till the very end moment of the occasion. Such a greedy decorators and no value for money. DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE FOR ANY OCCASSION.

8kms away from Chattarpur Metro Station. Place is clean & peaceful. The only thing they need to work on is the availability of staff at night because the service is slow and poor after 10.

Very disappointed with staff in the hotel and specially the people on the reception please never go to this hotel because no one coordinates with you and only objective is money and not service. They spoilt my birthday.

Fortune Park Boulevard is a good resort in South Delhi. The only issue is that it is very far from chattarpur metro station and traveling through ola or Uber can also be a costly affair. It's located in outskirts of Dera more, a village area. The room are very spacious and park facing. There is also swimming pool but it's not used much. Complementary breakfast with the room is there.

Place is at decent location and very beautiful, away from Delhi crowd.
Service is also good but I have only one complaint that food taste is too bad.

Excellent wedding destination with an excellent set up of outdoor green space. More than 30 Rooms to accommodate guests, all are quite big and most of them are located on ground floor level only. Excellent facility for Bride & Groom`s side people to accommodate. Nice set up of Restaurant, which can cater good quality food (Veg & Non-Veg). The overall wedding project was nicely executed for my son`s wedding on 7th/8th Mar with the great cohesive support as provided by Mr. Raj Panda, Mr. Govind, Miss Sanjita and the entire catering and house keeping staff. Food as served was very much enjoyed by our guests / friends & relatives.
Very large parking area is available, which is quite safe. Slight scope is there for an improvement for house keeping in regard to room cleanliness, which was not up to the mark due to less staff. It needs to be checked. Rest all perfect. Overall score & rating are - 100% & 5/5.

Awesome place for a wedding or engagement ceremony with excellent staying facilities. Just a tad bit costly.

We had all our wedding ceremonies at this place and I am glad we did. The management is cooperative (the best in my experience), good food, some nice locations for pre-wedding functions, and decorator is little expensive but delivers high on expectations. Selecting from their work gives you best results rather than giving your own design. The rooms are comfortable with little slow room service, but if you have them occupied for all wedding preparations it is bound to happen. I would recommend them to everyone.

A/c in Lobby is always kept turned off. Very discomforting! Don't know how they get a Star-rating for such Hotels.
Had to ask 4 times, before could get someone to replenish the Toiletries.

This place is excellent.but access is nerve breaking.it took me 90 mts to drive 6 kms upto red light near Tivoli that too at 1030pm.you need to coordinate with traffic police to regulate the traffic.it is ridiculous that trucks on access roads are permitted at 9pm itself even though the return traffic from events starts after 1030pm.
