I visited Fossil Store in Pacific Mall, Delhi today and I am very impressed with the service. Very polite and helping staff.

They have a good collection of watches, and smartwatches they even engraved a shot of best wishes or love notes on the back of your watch (but not for smartwatches). They also have a small service station plus some accessories for ladies.

Got the watch on my birthday! Best collection available. Sales Rep (Raveena) was very friendly in getting me the best deal and watch!

The staff is very polite and helpful. I got my issue heard by Rajesh and got it fixed by Technician named Shahid.
It took 15 minutes. I like the Fossil Service

Policy on receipt says Exchange or Credit Note within 30 days, but the store people don’t agree to give Credit Note. They will ask you to buy equal or higher value product. Pathetic! I had to buy a product of 1000 more because difference in my return product and what I liked was Rs. 22 less.

Here i am sharing my review of fossil brand after sales service, i have been wearing a watch for one year, some how the hour needle of the watch the came out so i went to fossil store in Pacific Mall, showed my watch to technician Mr. Shahid who fixed it within half an hour and clean my watch properly, good service i have received from the staff. Happy to had this exceptional service by Mr. Shahid.

Very calmed envoirement. It will be easier to choose your custom watch. Even there are many more things like jewellery, Wallets, Etc. It was great experience there. Fast and prompt service. No hassles faced while shopping. It was really good to have such help full assistance by Mr. Kuljit.
