We have been dealing for our export Pharma shipments for Ireland and America and they have been very professional in handling our shipments.

Worst services, always no response your product will be delivered and then gotten a call, He said his is Bharat.and started asking money to clear the customs.
There Main Focus to demand:
1. They say your Declaration is not matching
2. You should have proper documents
3. You can come to office to discuss
4. Demand money to get the goods from the customs.
5. After receive money again no response.

Very bad courier service do not get materials timely 20 or 25 day delay i request you do not book this courier your money and time waste.

FPS Logistics is a Fraudulent Logistics run by some Bharat & Amit. Cheating Customers by holding up their packages and then asking Customers to pay huge amounts to get their own packages. International logistics should not partner with this logistics as their reputation may get harmed due this Fraudulent team. My package held up for more than a month and still not delivered. Now asking me around ₹2500/- (430 duty + 2000 COD charges) INR for a package valued around ₹1400/- (20usd) INR. Openly looting, demanding ransom for our own products. Isn't this a loot!?

Suggest everyone, especially international logistics who might be thinking of partnering with this FPS Logistics, please Stay Away, your Reputation is at stake.

In Actual this FPS Logistics is a Fraudulent Logistics. Cheaters.

FPS logistics is a Fraudulent Logistics. They take money from international shipping company and then also ask Money from the customers (receivers) means earning 2way profits for a single shippment. And seriously doubt they also make fake or forged Customs Duty invoice to make extra earning from Customers. International logistics should stay away from this Fraudulent Logistics. Not at all worth doing business with such.

3rd class service provided by the company. Receptionist (shikha) doesn't have any knowledge and (asha) her senior is so irresponsible.they let me wait for my parcel for 5 days.and at the end I have go to their office 15 km from my place to collect my parcel myself.

Very very bad customer support. Very disappointed. Multiple times email sent them but no responsibility so I call they have 3 customer care number but 2 number not working only 1 number work but agent's not good they not know how to resolve customers inquiry and they don't know English so very difficult to speak them. Totally very very bad customer support
