Best store in najafgarh location and staff behaviour is very nice, this store is neat and clean and product quality is awesome

Staff at Najafgarh branch is high headed and behaviour is totally in appropriate in prefessional terms. The main staff on 16th April don't have etiquette to speak with customers. He speak very loud and when asked to be little polite, feel offended and don't show any item available in shop. Please don't visit these people.

Worst customer support. Frame fitting was not proper due to which within 3 month of purchase glass auto out from frame Same issues faces with my brother specs and others customer.

I am highly un satisfied with the service of Najafgarh store they have broken my glasses and changed my frames I am very much disappointed.

Frames are good but the main thing is that this time I chose prime lenses to see what the difference is. I got it in offer 1000rs. Let's see. But till now my spec are good
