I had the opportunity to work for 1.6 years at Franchise India Holdings Limited, and it was an excellent experience. Before joining, I researched the company's reviews and decided to take up a 1-month tenure. I must say, I loved their work culture, supportive team leaders, and cooperative colleagues. Some people have given one star citing salary issues, but in my experience, the company paid salaries on time every month, on the 1st of the month. Overall, I had a positive experience at Franchise India Holdings Limited and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good work environment.

Salary deduction is their primary goal
Do not pay salaries after proper resignation.
Once you leave and sign the documents their HR team and management will never pick up your call and will never pay you the amount

The management is involved in Unethical Practices.
HR of the company Sunita Sinha (an old Lady) is a big fraud. Don't provide salary slips to there employees. They even forget to pay the salary to there employees.
Filed a case against them In labour court.
May be this company gets closed in future years because of frauds and huge debts

If you have extra money and really wants to waste it then franchise India is the best platform to do it.

Lost 10 L to them after they promised so many franchisees for my brand now they don't even bother to pick up call

Employees who are working there. They have not get there salaries from last 5 months for which they have worked also And also not replying to there calls also like human resource.very bad company

Spent 15000 on yearly membership rather should have burned that money than giving these fraudsters. Before membership there was regular follow-up and after I paid no-one from the company gave any updates or shown any opportunities.fraud company

Franchise India was my first Company my career started with i only worked for 3 months (depressing 3 months it was) trust me when i say here employee never retain like hire and fire process company and have lot of pressure being a fresher they didn't even provided training all they care about is business and only business and even doesn't pay the salary for many months, its a worst company and a pathetic first career experience of my life

Worst company to join please don’t ever join this company, the management is soo poor.
They only hire people just to fire them after few weeks soo much politics no training provided and they expect the candidate to learn by himself/herself.
I won’t be naming my HR manager but she is soo cruel and rude don’t even have manners to talk to the employees.

Only one word describes this company "TORTURE". Never Ever Ever join this company even if you are not currently working. They treat you as slaves. They say saturdays are off, but on each and every saturday they have some or the other event. Above all its a HIRE and FIRE company. They will HIRE you and then FIRE within 3 months.

This company takes hard earned money from people. They have an aggressive sales team which will pitch you the world. Once you fall in their trap, things start changing. They will first put so many consultants on your project that you will be confused who to deal with. There consultants work in silo. They don’t even talk to each other. Rather than learning and unlearning and coming up with new ideas. They copy paste their old ideas. This company is outdated. They will make u meet the owner after you pay 7 lacs. Who will share out his number but will never reply to your problems. They demotivated us to do franchise models in India. As they kept pushing us for a FOCO model which we didn’t want to do. Anyways I don’t want more people to fall there trap. Don’t do business with them. They will take your money. These are the companies governments should start taking some serious actions on. We are startup’s of India and we will not let our spirit die because of these old medieval companies.

Fraud Company. They deduct weekly offs from monthly salaries. They deduct TDS from employees and charge their clients GST, but do not deposit with the Govt. THIEVES. Income tax raid in their offices on 1st Feb 2019. They misbehave with their employees, treat them as dogs and slaves.

Office is lovely! But what I come to know is, people won't pay salary on time. And work culture is not that upto the mark. Location is very remote.

We are a menswear brand based in Gurgaon. We got on board with Francorp in March 2018. The sales team guaranteed 2 store opening within 6 months. We paid them 5.9 Lacs for a 15 month contract. Since then we have not heard from them. They dont respond to calls or texts. They just make a basic franchise model which is already common with most brands. Franchise India & Francorp are nothing but a big SCAM.

Total fake company setup. Money talks type of company.corrupt and unprofessional people in this company

Ridiculous services they are showing and providing. I I have subscribed for 1 year business magazine 13 issues in the month of April 2018, so far I just have got 3 issues after so many follow ups, I after that people stopped receiving my calls. Money makers only customer service skills is in negative marks
