It was an amazing weekend at Queen of Hills Masoori. Location, cleanliness and peace, Everything will give you a real mental peace. Food was delicious. Like a good homestyle country meal. I Enjoyed the whole trio and will recommend this place for a perfect weekend to others.

Zero stars. Very poor service. I had called for inquiring about the trip, they did not explain properly at all. Post that, I spoke to a person who explained a bit more in detail and I said that I'll get back in 2 days. When I called back, no one answered. 10 days later when I called again, they said that the trip I inquired for is now cancelled. They were quite rude for no reason.
Do not book through them!

FREE ROAM INDIA They have wonderfull knowledge about trip, and hotel booking, food even they book a great texi and Mr. Abhinav Sharma has Excellent nature. So i think everyone must be planning their trip under FRI

Poor customer Service. The guy doesn't pick calls.
The booking of hotels was not done as decided. The tour sucked because of unprofessional attitude of the owner. The booking changes last minute.
There is no group (customers) of Free roam India. Its a Shell company. They outsource the tours to other companies and get the commission.

Free roam India is the very very pathetic service and all group leaders are Baroque. So suggest you don't go with free roam india.

Comfortable bus with gud experienced driver.lovely experience.little bit hustle bustle regarding hotel accommodation but that all sorted on reachable phone calls by advisor abhinav and his guide anmol.they both make trip v v comfortable.overall v v nice experience with this free roam india service
