I found Friday Informatics and Inder Ji considerate over the phone. He held the phone while i took time to come back over. I needed advice on my 11 year old mac as it had started showing oldage symptoms. He asked me to come over. As I arrived, he was most helpful, spoke calmly, respectfully even with his staff. As repairing took time, we could speak on various subjects. He even offered his services for our social organization, which if ever needs a technical support I will with no doubt call him over.
