I took a street cat who met with an accident, Cats condition was so bad Jaw, legs was broken, Tongue was torn, eyes were pushed out of ota original place. I requested them to keep him as his condition was very critical. They charged me bill for the treatment they not even provided, They asked me to pay 500 in advance of the treatment and said you have to go out because of network issue, when I asked what treatment have you provided They told we have given injection and drip. If drip was given it takes minimum 5 minutes they did not do any thing. Just kept him in front of heater for 2 mins and asked me to take him home and bring back in evening. What NGO is this? That cat needed proper care and they were not bothered. Then asked me to check with reception that if he needs to be admitted. What kind of doctors degree is that that reception will decide not doctors.

They don't want to help you. They just need your money and that's all. We brought a street dog to them who had a tumor. They said surgery can save him even though they knew it would not do anything. They operated on him just to make money and when the surgery was done and it did absolutely nothing, they said he has 2 types of tick fevers to distract us from the tumor. Then they made an excuse that he is not eating food due to the environment he is in and asked us to take him home (they just wanted him gone now that they got the money for the surgery). We got him checked at 2 other places and tick fever came negative.

Usually I go there to by liquor.although there is pet Shop where you can find vets.and pet accessories

Good service. Awful parking though. I went there to make a donation and it took me about 20 minutes just to find a parking spot.

The hospital is good, the treatment is also good, but if someone takes a road side dog or cat, then they charge the same amount as they charge for pet dogs.

Frankly speaking it's a crowded place and have to wait alottt and you can not get satisfactory response/ans from the vet but they will do their work nicely

It's the most prominent veterinary clinic located in Jangpura Extn. It's good to get your pet treated here if you are ready to spend from your pocket. However, they don't handle the cases properly for stray animals.

I am trying to reach them since 2 days on all the 3 numbers. But no one answered the call. Secondly even though it's a charitable hospital. Still they charge you for meds and tests for stray dogs. Highly unacceptable. PLEASE WHOEVER IS FUNDING THEM STOP FUNDING THEM.

Friendicoes treat all animals alike. Dr.are highly experienced and friendly. Staff is skilled. Well maintained token system for queue.

I have been taking my dog here since almost a year to Doctor Prabhakaran. She had some small lumps on her mammary glands doctor recommended medicine to supress the growth. Just with less than a month they grew into tumor. Doctor started more medicines which were quite expensive but I never cared about the price as she was our family member and our love and was always ready to spend everything to save her. We kept giving her medicines and doctor kept running tests each week. Doctor is so busy that he keeps his phone in DND Mode and won't answer your calls and would rarely reply to your messages that too when you would beg for help in emergency. My love passed away because of the carelessness of the doctor and wrong treatment, wish she was diagnosed and treated 2 months before he started with medicines. I have lost her but i don want anyone else to lose their loved ones by going here. This doctor is here just to make money by putting your dog under medication instead of doing all the tests at once. I asked the doctor in the end when she was in a lot of pain to run surgery then he said lets run tests. I wish he had run those tests himself when i came to him first time. I am not a doctor i just trusted the doctor to what all he recommended and finally lost her.

I wish i had taken her to someone else instead of letting her die myself by taking her here.

Its a lie, I went recently and wanted to neuter my dog who is a Indi they told me it will cost me Rs. 7000/- + medicines etc.nothing is free at Friendicoes.

Misled us by promising shelter for a stray and then refused last minute. Denial after confirming cost us valuable time in looking for proper care and as a result, still haven't found it. Cost us crucial time

Worst experience.even if you report an animal in worst condition they will take their time to reach, sometime 24hours infact you have to pay for the ambulance and it reaches when dog disappears.

Hi dear animal lovers, two kittens up for adoption, 2wks old now.will be ready for adoption once 2months old.they are born on janmashtami, same day lord krishna was born.i feel they will bring luck to their owners.

I dont even want to give a 1 star, i initially want to visit dr prabhakar there but he had a waiting list of 2 hours so i went to visit dr. Hari who was the worst and most rude doctor for a child like baby dog. When i asked him to sanitize his hands first he got angry and didnt allow me to put my dog on slap and just prescribed an x-ray without stating any illness. I highly disrecomment dr Hari among all. He was not at all professional.

Worst NGO i have ever seen i abandoned my 1 year old German Shephard dog there i don't know what they've done with her bt after a month my friend visited to adopt her and they said she is dead they don't even call me after knowing that she is in depression bt still they haven't called me coz of their useless policies.if they called me then I'll get her back and maybe she's alive

Best place for emergency. They saved my rabbit. May god bless those heavenly doctors they also give free treatment to stray dogs

Ver bad Centre, They ask for money higher then private hospital and if u want to save a pet go to a priavate hospital money will pet will save but if u r going here. Money waste higher quantity quality poor

They are not taking care of street animals without pay. Previously i used to visit with street dogs so they gave free treatment but now they are not allowing treatment without pay. I had taken a female dog who is suffering cyst tumor they directly refused to gave her tretment without pay then I paid Rs. 2000 for her treatmen so kept her.

Doctor is misleading the clients and given wrong dose to my pets, they got died because of over dose of injections, my both pets died at same day same time even after talking consultation of 30 days.

Worst service ever.i dont know why they opened ngo for dogs.i am keep on calling from last 12 days for the sterlization of 7 street dogs. Mr ram talked to me 2 times.but he didnot send the van for picking up the dogs.i am very much disappointed with them

Have token system and is quite and calm place. Have 3 OPDs with experienced doctors mainly for cats and dogs but also can treat exotic animals like squirrels.

I rescued an indie after she got hit by a car at 9 pm.
When I called them for help, they were closed for the day.
Anyway, after getting her treated at a private hospital we turned up to them for further help.
After meeting a representative, we got a confirmation for her admission the time they were closing.
According to them all the spots available got filled overnight and they refused to accept her at the last moment.
Interesting how they work. Isn't it?

This Vet place is good for vaccination and meds for pets but not so much for stray dogs, they don't really care about the accident cases either.

One of my stray dogs met an accident and broke her pelvic bone so I brought her here at Frendicoes but all they asked is to buy a token first and wait for the turn, the reception was disinterested, their was no staff or stretcher to pick my dog up and at last when they saw her, they just asked to leave her here with a consent that they are not responsible if anything happens to her, and by the next morning she passed away.
I would suggest everyone to not leave your dog there, they are a lil ignorant.

Efficient Doctors and Attendents but very dirty area. They need to clean the area and provide clean food and water otherwise very good

Payment counter staff do not have manners to deal with customer though the doctors knowledge is fine but they will convince you to irrelevant test to profit the hospital.

I had rushed there with a stray dog and had no money as unemployed due to pandemic, Dr. Amit ill- treated and behaved really bad, asked to pay money only then he can treat him. The dog weighed 30 kgs and within 3 days he was dead. I told Dr. Amit precisely that he has met an accident and has hidden injuries in his stomach but he did not diagnose him, no ultrasound done only x-ray was done that too post a hot discussion with him when he demanded Rs1200/- for the same. He prescribed blood tests worth 2000 and said only when you pay something we can start doing something for him. No further diagnosis were done, not even admitted the dog and told to stop feeding him even water. He died within 3 days. Guys please stop funding this place. We have lost such a great buddy because of this greedy doctor sitting there.friendicoes should fire such greedy doctors or else start treting only pets and stop asking for donations from people.

You need to have patience if you want your pet to get treated here, the doctors are very over worked as the treatment is cheap on monetary aspects. But it's better than other pet docs.

I am coming to friendicoes for my rabbit treatment and their staff members at counter has no knowledge of public dealing they talk with me very badly they don't reply my question for more than 10 times and then I complaint to senior member They suggest me things but they didn't talk with their staff members. They appreciate them for doing such things. They have no. I even don't come to this hospital again in my life. I suggest you to not come to this place.

All type of facilities are provided to animals at reasonable cost. Also street animals which need extra medical care for survival are treated here and taken care

Overall. The experience is much better than the private clinic I had visited. The doctors are good and they are charging reasonable amount for their valuable service. Earlier, I was treating my cat at a private clinic who they looted me well. Then, one of my friends had recommended me to visit this place. The doctor didn't start new treatment, they did consider the earlier report from private clinic and start treatment based on their reports. I have been visiting here since last 3 days. I can see better changes in the health of beloved.

I literally cried seeing the types of Ill animals they handle
But I must say.they're doing a great job
Helping these little buddies with what ever resources they have.
I would request everybody to contribute whatever they can.

I was visiting there last Sunday with a street dog suffering from Parvo virus they start treatment after a waiting of 2 hours but denying to admit the puppy and insisted to pay me treatment charges of Rs. 300 while I was already paid Rs. 100 towards registration charges. However after my argument they waive off but This is my humble request please give free of cost treatment to street dogs.

They sent over an ambulance within 15 minutes for an injured stray cat that had fallen from a second floor terrace onto a steel rod. Thank you for saving a life.

I had seen puppy out side my office his mother died he was in very unbearable condition so I decided to take that puppy to Friendicoes Defence Colony, I was thinking that they will adopt or accept in that unbearable condition but they asked for token when I go there for token than they asked charges than I told them it’s street dog than they asked for 100 Rs, I did the same whatever they were saying after that DOCTER inspected him and give me a prescription to show in their counter, but they knew it’s street puppy so they were neither giving any response due to street dog nor saying what I will have to do than I request them to take that puppy as a orphan but indirectly they were trying to leave him from where I took, finally what I have realised that they are money beggars and not bothered about any street dog because they have to invest on him but they were just trying to grab money in the form of NGO, according to them they are dog lovers but they not, i was not dog lover but puppy’s condition was not well so I decided to take that puppy to them, but they are spreading everywhere that they are dog lovers but they are only lovers of money whatever they are taking from Govt or from individuals, finally they told me to take that puppy and send it back from where you took him, but I decided to go another place that was in Noida, they accepted, after 3 days unfortunately they called me to tell that “ Puppy is no more”

No use of buying such an expensive phone I used Asus phone worth 5000 worked excellent for 6 years excellent after sales service this phone really not usefull

I have had the worst experiences ever at Frendicoes, every single time I have come here. Highly unprofessional, unethical, and inconsiderate. No respect for people's time, no value for what the pets go through as they wait for hours outside till their token number gets called out. Super disorganised.

They do not understand that pets, especially cats, get stressed out very easily anytime they have to visit the vet. They will make you wait for hours only to send you back with no answers and feeling even more clueless than you did before you arrived at their clinic. We had to get our cat neutered and we were sent back without that happening more than 3 times. We had to starve our cat the night before the surgery. On three different days. Yet, the surgery never happened. Absolutely ridiculous. Never ever bringing my pet here again and I will ensure that none of my friends and family do the same either.

They keep the dogs in cages and the dogs excrete in the cages
This place claims to help out if any animal is in danger
I tried calling them as one dog needed help but nobody answered the phone.
I feel it is deteriorating every time I visit
Giving one extra star to the dogs.not the place.
