My dog Charlie was suffering from canine atopic dermatitis from last one year. It's very pathetic condition for him as he scratch his body severely. I got treatment from various hospitals. But not significant results was there. Later I got treatment from friendly paws pet clinic. Although it's not completely cured, but he got significant improvement. It's was very satisfying for me. Thanks to Dr pankaj for his wonderful skills.

Not worth to visit. No prescription is given of what injection is given and charge is unreasonable. Visit twice for treatment of my dog's skin infection, no progress only deteriorated further.

This clinic is really a good choice for your pets. My dog was being treated here for canine distemper virus (CDV) and she's perfectly fine now. The doctors are really well behaved and experienced. Their treatment is very accurate. Doctors and the staff are really friendly and dedicated to their job.

Had called up this clinic for a general advice regarding a minor health condition of my dog for which clinic visit was not needed. Doctor was unresponsive after asking me to send pics via whatsapp probably because a free advice would not bring in money.

A veterinary doctors primary responsibility should be to help an ailing animal and relieve it of distress, whether his pockets stand to gain or not. Else all his education and knowledge is worthless and he is unworthy of the respect due for this noble profession. Such Doctors are simply money minded business operators masquerading as Doctors.

Fortunately, I got prompt medical advice from a less money minded clinic. Thanks to the Doctor there for not sacrificing ethics to considrrations of money.

Vaccination of my cat. These people are gem truly knowledgeable and they will care for your pet. This clinic does surgeries but still refuses to crop ears for show purpose you can get an idea of how high they hold their ethics.

I GOT A LABRA PUPPY ON 20 MAY 2021 (2 MONTHS OLD, NAMED ALEX). HE WAS THE FIRST PET IN LIFE. ON 24 MAY HE WAS NOT WELL. I TOOK HIM TO FRIENDLY PAW AND WAS SEEN BY DR PANKAJ. I ASKED DR PANKAJ ABOUT HIS ILLNESS HE CATEGORICALLY TOLD ME IT MIGHT BE EITHER STOMACH DISORDER OR PARVO. SINCE THE WORD PARVO WAS TOTALLY NEW TO ME THEN HE EXPLAINED ME ABOUT THE DISEASE AND ALSO TOLD ME IT IS A VERY FATAL DISEASE.
ALEX WAS DIAGNOSED WITH PARVO AND THIS WAS THE TURNING POINT WHICH HAS FORCED ME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. FIRST OF ALL LET ME TELL YOU ALEX IS RECOVERED BUT I WILL FAIL IN MY DUTY IF I DON'T PUT ON RECORD THE EFFORT PUT IN BY DR PANKAJ, DR VIKASH, SRI MANISH AND THEIR ENTIRE TEAM.
THEY CONSTANTLY MONITERED HIS HEALTH AND MEDICATED HIM AS PER REQUIREMENT. IRRESPECTIVE OF THEIR BUSY SCHEDULE THEY VISITED MY HOME EVERYDAY TO SEE ALEX EVEN LATE IN EVENINGS. BOTH OF THEM SPENT HOURS AND HOURS JUST TO OBSERVE ALEX'S BEHAVIOUR. EVEN SRI MANISH ALSO PUT HIS ALL OUT EFFORT SO THAT HE IS CURED.
I WOULD LIKE TO QUOTE AN INSTANCE WHEN DR PANKAJ CAME TO KNOW THE HEARTBEAT OF ALEX IS HIGH. HE RUSHED TO MY HOME JUST TO SEE WHY IT IS SO. HATS OFF TO SUCH A DEVOTION TO THE DUTY.

Go to vet for vaccinations, basic check ups, all accessories and toys and medicines. Dr. Vikas and Dr. Pankaj have worked wonders on some of my rescues, some very severe accident cases got the final care at their hands. And Manish ji has made sure to drop by at my house to do post-op care for the most snappy feral cat ever. Have always given special discounts for rescue dogs.

As the suggest Friendly paws pet shop is an amicable place for the pets, who get good care and treatment from qualified and experienced doctors and helpful staff.

Good and caring staff. I took a stray puppy for treatment. He was attended by Dr vikas on 1st day. He is a good and caring doc, he attended him patiently and lovingly even after the puppy bit him. Dr Pankaj is gem of a person, he doesn't differentiate between stray dogs and pets. He provided best possible treatment at nominal charges. It's hard to find a person like him specially when everyone is running after money, fame and power and values are taking a backseat. Just one meeting with Dr pankaj will make your day. I got to know about Friendly Paws Pet Clinic through online search. I have a 3 yr old tomcat, who is an indoor-outdoor cat. He has been visiting us since 2 and a half years now. He developed dirrahea and there was a lot of blood discharge. He became very sick, lost half of his weight and his health condition was very critical. Then we took him to the clinic. Dr. Vikas was very helpful and supportive and so were his assistants. With his treatment, and after just one visit my cat gained his health back. We are now giving him the prescribed medicines which are working well for him. I highly recommend!
