Worst Experience.

They misguide you and speak high about themself.

Even they don't have manners to deal with the client

Do not recommend at all.

Fraud. They don't respect their customers and cheat them whenever they can. Their prices are higher than usual and they don't provide good quality lenses instead they sell cheap quality lenses in the name of Zeiss company.
I used to be their regular customer and i was really impressed and happy with the recommendations they used to gave me and also the authentic Zeiss lense they used to provide but now in the name of big lense companies they are running their business and give local lenses to their customer. When i object they started argument with me and treat me poorly. I paid them 8k for zeise lense. They gave me Nova_T. When i find hard to adjust and i went back and complaint about that and force them to change the lense because the lense was really bad they agreed to change it but this time they gave me third class poor quality lense which was local without any authentication and worst then Nova _T.
There are some really really good authentic lense shops in lajpat nagar.please go there and don't waste your money here

Had a very bad experience with them getting my Progressive glasses. From day one I had issues with the glasses, went to their shop few times they tried to fix it but its still not useful for me as I cant see clearly both near and far. I came to india from overseas for a limited time and therefore did not get a chance to go again and get them fixed. I have been wearing Progressive glasses for atleast a decade but never had problems with them. I wasted my money, but these guys dont know what Progressive glasses are. I would NOT recommend them strictly. Stay away from them.
