The place of the varieties of hand works, lehenga gows and suits are really beautiful and the hand design is soo elegant

The manager is soo rude they don’t even know how to deal with customers. Pathetic services. Worst brand to deal with. Regret getting my wedding clothes from here. Not at all recommended. Not sure how are they surviving on fake publicity

Horrible experience. They will treat you very nicely at start but then neither they will give you on time nor they’ll inform. Don’t spoil your wedding by buying from here. They have literally given me the worst experience

I purchased all my wedding outfits (wedding, sangeet, reception) from Frontier. My parents visited India while I was in Canada. Sumedha Gumber was very helpful and incredibly patient. My parents received exceptional service (bottled water, lunch, and tea) during all visits. My parents said everyone was very kind. This type of service you would never get back in Canada. I saw all my outfits on what’s app video. My wedding and sangeet outfits were stunning. Especially my wedding outfit. Loved it very much.

Two negatives. My wedding outfit which arrived with my parents was not altered to my size when it was supposed to be. Therefore, I needed the blouse altered. Fortunately, this is minor. My sangeet and reception outfits arrived by mail well in advance before my wedding week… no stress there. They arrived altered to size.

Second negative was that my sisters outfit that she picked for my wedding that was coordinated with my other sister went missing therefore they could not ship. They didn’t know what happened to it. Therefore she had to pick something else that wasn’t what any of us liked/wanted and did not match to my other sister. For this reason my review is 4 stars.

Overall, I would highly recommend Frontier for your wedding shopping needs.

Ordered my Bridal lengha and sangeet lengha from Frontier Bazarr virtually through Canada, was able to customize to my heart’s desire. Absolutely loved how they turned out. Service and updates were consistent, and the workmanship is unparallelled. Everything is exactly how I wanted it and it was delivered well in time.

This place is the perfect example of WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.
I am a 27 year old independent woman who shopped 1 full length suit from 1st floor. Worst experience and will not buy from this store ever again.
1. The staff is very rude, one staff made the bill and rounded off the figure which led to 50rs extra bill. The point is not a small amount, but the way they mislead.
2. Not at all happy with the fitting, the tailor is very incompetent and does not know the job well. They make you wait even for smallest of things.
I know it's a famous store, that is why I decided to buy from here for my wedding but Overall very bad experience.

The worst part is, the store does not care, the staff does not care if you leave the store happy or not. They will agree to everything when you buy but while fitting and finishing they show true colors.

The lady who claims to head the first floor is the worst person you want to deal with.
Had a very very very bad experience. I have my wedding in 10 days and I am sitting here for past hour.

I visited this store for the engagement and wedding shopping and had a bad customer experience.

The sales woman (who is a little heavy) there is extremely rude. I am a 28 year old independent woman and she refused to show me the bridal outfits saying that she will entertain me when I come back with my mother. I have been shopping for my own self for many years now and have made myself capable of buying any damn outfit.

She was acting as if she is the owner of the store. Surprising to see such people on the sales team and behaving so disrespectfully with the customer.

Never ever go there to get your bridal clothes.
They only care about money and don't pay an iota of attention towards customer preference and handling.
The worst lady working there is ms ANJU.
She is very rude in temperament.

You'll never get a call from them, everytime you have to call them and ask, the lady is very rude, i still think coming here for my bridal lehnga is the biggest mistake.i have given them the amount but i might search some other stores these people are cheats and very rude

Collection is good but items are very overpriced. You can get similar items at half the price in nearby shops.

We bought two Sarees. One was girly and one for a lady. They have good collection and is reasonably priced

1. The privacy of ladies while trying clothes is not proper.

2. It provides for only high end selection and not properly classified.

3. The sales staff is not well trained

My fiance went there with a very little time left for my wedding. Mr. Gaurav Ahaluwalia did an amazing job in providing us great assistance. She was so happy when She wore her lehnga. He gave us her dream lehnga and I cant thank him enough.

I bought my bridal lehenga from here and I am so satisfied with the collection, fitting and services. I totally recommend every bride to consider frontier Bazar of their lehenga.

Worst staff. Collection is pathetic. I visited the showroom today to buy a suit for my mother and the staff mistreated us. They were not willing to show their collection properly. When asked to show suits between the range of 5-15k for an unstitched suit the salesman told us he has variety for the range 45-50k only. All in all would not recommend anyone to visit the showroom if you are planning to.

We came to frontier and were assisted by Gaurav. We all know wedding bridal outfits can take so so so long to find but with everyone helping us and showing us the bestest of best pieces for a good price. My fiancé’s lehnga is absolutely stunning. Coming from the US and my fiancé from London we were worried we were not gonna find something on time and something good but we did at Frontier. 10/10 customer service and product. Would highly recommend!

I have been to this place many times. No doubt, the collection is superb, exotic and at the same time they have got collection from all parts of India. They are maintaining the culture and heritage of different states of India in their variety. Moreover, last but of course not the least their customers are at pivotal. They endeavour to give their services to the customers. Mrs Minki Jain is the gem of this store. She knows the tactics to deal with the customers. Along with her Mr Anand Singh also perform his duties whole heartedely and he would not stop showing the variety unless customer is satisfied. I recommend this store for the faboulous sarees, suits and dresses to eveyone.
