I visited the store for the first time and had a wonderful experience in terms of variety available, colours and price suitable for all. At first the price seemed high, but the collection available in the basement are quite affordable. Mr Surmeet, the manager treated us well and also offered the best possible diacount.

Love the collection of Frontier Raas. The store has fantabulous collections of mesmerising dresses. If someone want rich and classy material and design then they must visit this store. I’m happy to purchase amazing lehenga from this showroom & get alterations fast as we had a very short duration.

Customer Satisfaction is just not important for these people, my experience sucked, like the staff will say anything just to make a sale but at the end they don't even stand by there own statements, like I bought a ₹1.25l lehenga, which is not less money, but the experience I had was not even worth ₹1.25, even Decathlon have a better customer experience. I hated the experience and I would never consider or even recommend anybody to buy from here, they might have a good collection but they don't have any principles.

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR, AND DON'T BUY FROM HERE.

Beautiful name and fame it has. But be no fool this place is overrated and products are overpriced as well. Since, they are in the heart of Delhi location wise so prices are bound to be on higher side. Even the colours available and choices aren’t so great. Pastel colours and subtle it is. If you have enough money from your family to splurge, I’d still say look for better place than this and visit this store just to gain an experience. I hope it helps before you head here.

So good designer suits for gents and ladies. They are given so much personal touch to dresses and connect with customers.

My favorite shop for costume jewelry. They have an excellent selection and it’s all made with fine quality.

I bought a dress bill no. 0028031 dt 13/01/2020 for my daughter’s roka ceremony which was delivered to us next day with minor adjustments.
I regret to say that the dress got badly torn from the armpit and bottom within two hrs of wearing right in The middle of the function leading to extreme embarrassment and frustration.
Next day we took it back to the store n the sales rep says n followed by the manager Ms Ruchika says this can be due to mishandling or dancing
My question is the dress meant for display or wearing?

Great lengha selection. We literally went around all of Delhi looking for a wedding lehnga and ended up finding the perfect one here. Staff was really nice, responsive and helpful.

Most stunning dresses / lehengas and service to match. I got all my wedding ceremony lehenga, reception gown & mehendi outfit from here. Expect to pay +1.8 lakhs per bridal outfit

This store is not for middle class family because rates are very high. Staff is professionally trained.

Nice stuff but seriously bad customer service, and far too expensive. Lehenga not ready on the day I asked for it, despite 3 calls to the store on the same day enquiring if it was. Showed up to the store and they said it's not done! They significantly mark up costs also. Go somewhere else!

We had a great experience! Manish and Dinesh were so helpful and patient with us. I came here for the first time with my mom. My mom comes here every time she goes to Delhi. Beautiful Sarees and jewelry!

Just love the collection of sarees. Might be a little more on the expense but you get everything you wish for. They are very prompt in their service and provide home delivery also.

Sold my mom material worth 5000 with holes in it. Apparently their tag had some issue and by mistake they had billed the item at a discount. I had already paid for it and so they had no choice but to give it but they definitely messed up. Initially when we saw the material it had no defects and then a sardarji who manages the shop for some reason took the material and went to the back and muddled around for half an hour. After that he gave us the fabric and not realising they might have committed a fraud we went home. Had to come back from Gurgaon to return the fabric and they refused to take it back and then told us we had to buy something else instead and showed us all kinds of rubbish fabric for that price. Horrible store and customer service, trying to steal from my mom. Would not recommend it to anyone.

Frontier Raas is always a savior. The collection is amazing. If you have no time and want to wear something classy, just try them. Their service is also good.

Sweet on face, very promising on your demands and suggestions, but they will do what they want after they charge grands from your pockets.

Owner Mr. Tushar, the arrogant guy.may be after reading this become sweet to new customers, he think customers are fool, they dont know anything.

Ms. Suruchi (so called designer of that sick showroom) she ll say yes to every thing and listen nothing or doesnt get any thing in her head.

You will ask for changes and alterations in your lehngas, they will say yes to each and every thing.

They say that they make new dresses for just to get air to their showroom and prestige, give fake waiting time for a month or so, show that they r too buzy with their orders but actually they just wait to show off that they r buzy. They just give the same old dress (sample pc) that you try on.

They charge a large, they took lakhs for an old lehnga, they gave the same lehnga and asked us to wait for a month and commited delivery date of 12th, delivered on 19th, our event was on 20th, when we hv no option rather to wear it.

Really disappointed with these guys.they hv a huge showroom on prime location in south ex but for me they hv zero, (a big zero) business ethics, they just charge and fool their customers.

Right now we are at a point when we hv no option.

Very bad experience at south ex outlet.
Bought a half jacket which was different from what i had ordered. Since i had already paid in full so there was no effort from the managent to rectify their mistake (indirectly conveyed by the salesman). And the salesman in the mens section was very smug and arrogant and consistently tried to blame us for the wrong peice. Very dissapointing exp considering their reputation. Wanted to give a half star, guess thats not possible.

My fiance bought a white lehenga from there and when she went to collect, their were shoe prints and pencil marks over the peice. The salesman tried to convince her that it is supposed to be like that

Very disappointing to visit ambience mall frontier raas store today by 4 to 5 pm. A person who was sales man stopping us to browsing store. He said our Boss is around there hence we are not allowed to visit store. OMG! What kind of customer service they are offering?
Requesting to management please educate your sales staff more polite and well show manners with customer

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED with the service. I selected a lenhenga but preferred a blouse which was more matching (but belonged to another lehenga). After getting the approval from their management that they are able to sell that, I confirmed the final price with the staff.

Having some doubt that the price might be increased with the new matching blouse, I had to ask the final price 3 times before I got an answer. I was happy with the price and proceeded to get my fittings.

After re-trialing several times (which took another 40 minutes) and finalising my fitting, I get informed that the price has suddenly been DOUBLED due to the blouse change.

I can understand that confusion could have been made, hence I previously asked THREE times before investing more time. They waited until we had finalised everything before advising us the DOUBLED price.

What was even more disappointing was that the staff refused to accept his mistake and denied that he had given me the false final price. This was even more disappointing when management supported their staff and refused to accept his mistake.

Would have considered buying my second favourite but not after the poor service and dishonesty that was provided by management and staff.

I had really high hopes but would not recommend to anyone now!

I recently flew from the US to buy my wedding outfits from Frontier. Deepak has helped me with everything from beginning to end. The shop was closed when I arrived (before my appointment) but once I called Deepak, he came to assist me right away. The staff is really friendly and professional. I was scared to shop in India because I wasn’t sure about prices and bargaining. This place is really nice and you don’t have to worry about anyone pushing you to buy their stuff. I was able to buy my wedding leghenga, reception gown, 8 bridesmaids Saree, my fiancé’s wedding and reception outfits as well. Thank you frontier for the best customer service and most of all thank you, Deepak! Can’t wait to come back again.
