Good place for celebration child birthdays party Fun but parking issue and no parking area

Absolutely a delight to visit this place. Hygienic, affable staff, well stocked cafeteria, all in all a total relaxation for kids as well as parents. Play dates, birthday parties or impromptu walk ins, it's always enjoyable.

Good place for kids, they will enjoy lot there cafe is also there for food for kids you can also celebrate your kids birthday there

Greedy little munchkins is the correct name for this place. I reached 10 minutes early to pick up my kid and they asked for ₹200 if you want to wait indoors. They literally didn't allow me to wait for another 10 minutes without money. It was such a hot day today and they just grabbed the opportunity to make money off it. Absolutely shameful. Thumbs down.

No waiting area. 200/- parents entry if two parents come along you have to shell out extra for sitting. Saving sanitizer money, kept water instead of sanitizer. So much for a south Delhi gig! Gurgaon is much better.

Girls at the counter are very very rude
They didn’t even open their zip lining. Said already we did it many times in the day tim. And if we are particular about zip lining call and come. Bhavna was encouraging to mid behave. They were acting as if they are obliging us

I called at the funky Li'l for the query but the person who picked up the call (lady) she didn't answer all the query and disconnect the call. How I am gonna visit with my child if your staff didn't answer properly. Bad staff

Such an amazing place for kids. Looks tiny but there is a lot for the kids to be kept busy for an hour. The staff is kind and courteous. Happy place.

It's for very small kids.like upto 3-4 years of age. Zip line was not working.not worth the money they r charging

Most suitable place for kids to have fun. I was visited this place with my family. My kids really enjoyed it.overall experience was really awesome. Most things I like to mention that all foods for both adults and kids are really awesome.

It was bad experience of my kids birthday. We have booked small play date cafe for food. When we have reached they said mam we also provide u this table. How 20 people 10 kids and 10 adults will sit. We have booked for 530 730. They have started announcing that pls make the bill final at 715. They have switch off the lights at 730.staff was soo rude. And one day afte they have called and said we have done wrong billing

I dont want to give a star even. Very very bad experience.too much conjusted. Service is worst and staff is also not good and cooperative. On the name of christmas carnival they are charging huge amount and against that nothing is satisfied.neither activities nor the play area. I dont recommend it at all.reception area is way too conjusted.

Over Priced…1200 for 1 kid for 1 hr…200 Inr for second parent to even sit at so called cafeteria…no waiting area…if u even stand at reception for 5 mins…they will ask to get out…really…?

For Trampoline…u again need to pay 200/300 Inr for Anti Slip Socks…. R u serious? Should hv told in the beginning else need to make 1 pkg for all….

This place is too small and very expensive, it cost almost 10usd for only one hour. Not worth in comparison with other countries.

It is so crowded as well.

Also it looks risky if there is a fire as I notice no clear instructions for signage and emergency exits, the signage is almost hidden given the indoor background lighting. Imagine if there is fire here it can be a disaster as smoke with basically cover the dark red signage.

Trampoline is too simple not good for kids above 8 years olds.

It is a nice place for both kids & parents. As kids can have fun in play area and parents can sit and eat and also keep an eye on their kids. It's a nice place to hangout with your kids

Not at all a good place. The first and the foremost thing is not a single play are in Delhi charges you after playing for kids to sit in cafe and eat as a parent we are paying for it (it's not complimentary). No bands, no reminder for time up. Just for kids to eat after playing I was taken a back who can charge extra money. Not at all good experience. Make ypur area more oragabis3r.

Very commercial. Staff are really funny, unprofessional, had a forgettable experience with my kids. 700 per kid for 1 hour, the staff members swarm like flies eager to cut the bills. Narrow passages. My wife had to shout at them and ask for refund.

Must visit for travellers with kids. This place will give you that much needed break from kids while you catch up on your breath.

Funky lil munchkins was a nice place to take the kids. To start with it had a valet parking, so parking was not an issue, especially since it was located in a crowded area on Hauz Khas. Next the place had all different types of slides, trampoline, balloon zone and a nice kids area. For when the kids/parents are hungry there is also a cafe to provide food. The place is spread over 2 floors. Ample play area for the kids.

Only flaw was that it is super crowded. Also, the place took reservation despite being booked for a party. Ideally they should have informed us while booking of the party being hosted, so that was a major management flaw for me, specifically since we are still not in the green where COVID is concerned.

Ok place for kids. Not too much to expect. Very expensive and not worth hosting large gathering of kids birthday party. Also the menu is expensive and not worth.

Very nice place. They are very good for birthday parties. It was a very smooth affair. The food, the catering service, birthday celebration and the play area is very well organised. The staff and the management is also great. There will be no cause for complaint.

Amazing and outstanding place. Along with kids even mommies enjoy here. Excellent food at par with 5 star quality and standards. Really looking forward for hosting my kids birthday party here.

Very Rude Staff. The Manager Bhavna doesn't even care about the senior citizens in being rude n bossy!
She didn't let my senior citizen mother n my aunty wait inside the premises while I went to get the car that too while we were the host of the party that just ended for my nephew's birthday. They were forced yo step out & wait in the scorching heat under the sun of 48 degrees.

The staff at the reception is too rude & highly arrogant, don't risk your kid in the hands of total unprofessional & mishandling rude staff.

Overall Extremely Bad experience.

Place:
Very Small and congested place. Even with only few kids, it was looking like very crowded. Not much space for kids to actually roam around. There is no limit on number of kids per session set by the management. Even though the place is small, cleanliness is an issue as well.

Management:
Uncourteous staff. 'Lady' who is incharge is arrogant with an aura of 'i'll-have-the-last-say' attitude around her. Not ready to accept they made a mistake by collecting excess money from us. We had made UPI payment. When it came to returning the excess amount, at first she refused that they can't refund payment made through Online mode! Instead she would give pass for next visit. (After all their behaviour, we are least likely to visit the once again!) When we refused, she said she has to talk to higher management. That sounded all the more fishy. Finally when she was about to pay the money back, she continuously saying it was our mistake and not theirs. She was speaking with an air of putrid superiority which augurs her personality! Long story short, attitude of management was extremely poor. Probably the sole reason for poor rating.

"No place is bad, until the attitude of the person running it is humble". This was a classic example when it was bad.

Any self-respecting person would be highly offended at this place.

Funcky Lil Munchkins is a home away from home for my children. I’ve been going to FLM since 2014 and every experience has been truly memorable. Their consistency in maintaining excellent standards with a focus on quality combined with their devotion to children is what gives them an edge over the rest. It’s a fabulous place for kids to enjoy, have fun and parents to relax over coffee and scrumptious food. A special mention to the food at Funcky Lil Munchkins which is praise worthy, it’s made with so much love and is absolutely delicious! What stands out about FLM is their professionalism and seriousness in providing a safe, healthy, fun environment to the overall well being of a child. I love how creative they are with their games and their trampoline park is super fun. Also, appreciate their passion to constantly change and evolve according to the latest trends. This places exudes warmth and a sense of belonging. The amount of effort and attention to detail while planning a birthday party is commendable. The entire staff is so kind and respectful but most importantly full of love which is the main ingredient and reason for a child’s happy face. Kudos to the entire team and from the bottom of my heart thank you for bringing a smile on the faces of my kids.

Pathetic experience rude staff, they want you to buy anti skid socks separately. Normal socks don’t work and they won’t allow on trampoline. Essex playhouse is much better. Pls avoid.

It cannot get more personalised than this, best place to have your kids party, where the host walks in like a guest and all gets done without lifting a finger. Kudos to the staff and the management

Didn't like the behavior of the staff at the reception. They tactically indulge parents to things that they end up paying more than required. When I tried to enter the playing arena with my son, they said to charge me with extra 200 and additional for socks. When I told that I'll stay outside the arena but inside the building, she said to stay outside or buy socks and additional tickets. I mean how rude or cunning is there way of looting people. Though I was already paying 600 for half n hour.

Thanks for the reply Lil Munchin. But what I mentioned was the attitude and behaviour exhibited by your staff. I know that today you may have got a good footfall of children however with such attitude it is not going to resist with such attitude being reflected towards parents.

Mostly negative reviews due to staff behaviour and some lady with serious attitue issue. Most negative comments have no response from the management shows we care less for the patrons comfort. Avoid

Funky Lil Munchkins, is one of the best places to celebrate kids birthday. Located in South Delhi, its one of the best places and favourite place among the kids to chill out and have fun. They have a variety of play areas where the kids can move as per their wish and desire, to do and try various activities. Overall a very relaxing place for the kids to play.

The place is very nice for kids. But the staff mostly busy in entertain bday parties.
Today what happened i hv visited there with 3 kids for an hour at 5: 40 they charged 1.5k and my kids waited for an half n hour just only for ZIP LINE Activity because the staff is busy in bday parties so because of that we left this place by 7: 10 and they asked for extra bucks for extra timing. We refused to pay so they said " agar aap nhi de na chahate toh mat dijiye agey se dhyan rakhna". Some staff is good but some are very rude. But still place is very happening.

Bad place with arrogant staff. The owner is not seen at the facility and no one knows about his whereabouts. They should have complaint box to gather feedback

Attended a party, everything was well organized.very hygienic and safe place for kids. Food was excellent, the decor was amazing.staff is too interactive and cooperative.

Had my daughter’s birthday party yesterday at this amazing place. The play area is by far the best in south Delhi. The kids had a blast there which I always knew being to this place multiple times.
Coming to the food.it’s just out of the world. What a Menu.be it their Chana kulcha. Thai curry or Lebanese rolls name it.
The staff is so so well trained and organised. Every little thing is being taken care of and with so much warmth.

A lot of fun for kids. Take a kids for at least once. Charges is 500/- for child and one care taker, I r, Mother or father or else. 200 additional if additional member wanted to enter.

The playground is definitely very good. However, the kids care takers are way too much interfering even though the parents are there to take care. One of the care taker stopped my kid to sit one of the slide thinking it’s not safe for her alone ignoring the fact I am around and watching. Also there stupid rule of cafeteria timings included in play time is biggest disappointment. My kid takes almost an hour to finish food and drink which means I need to pay 500 extra just to feed her. Would rather go to select city hangout where there’s no restrictions for parents to enjoy food and beverage. Also they have a stupid rule wearing anti skid socks for using the trampoline which my kid was wearing but were different then what they sell in the store and therefore they did not allow my kid to go on the trampoline. Poor money making techniques.

On 27th July, a woman was harassed by your Valet boys. The woman was hit on head and when she complained, the Valet boys laughed and teased her more. One of the boys also said- 'per pakad ke maafi maange kya aapke' means should we hold your legs to ask for forgiveness. People can understand how pathetic this place must be when the staff do not even have an iota of respect towards women nor they are scared of the law. When the victim complained to the owner, the owner didn't even scold the valet boys and let this incident slip through just like any other normal incident. The most sad thing is that owner was a woman herself. She could have atleast taken the right step. Women are already shamed for speaking up about such incidents and such apathy from people worsen their mental and emotional condition. Please people talk about this and keep asking for justice.

People, be vary of places owned by an unsympathetic soul and which employs eve-teasers. On Friday, 27th July 2018, two boys who work as Valet staff for Funky lil Munchkins hit a female friend on the head with a key chain, refused to acknowledge their misdeed nor apologised. Worse they laughed and snickered at her. Apparently the owner is a woman who refused to take any action against the employees when informed by my friend, not even made them apologise. For a city like Delhi, every such laxity could turn today's eve teasers into tomorrows molesters.

Try out other play zones, this place is best avoided! (i) the area is divided in two parts and does not seem inclusive, kids keep shuffling in order to make sense of place. (ii) there was handful of sand in name if sand box (iii) extremely money minded

Very safe and nice big place for kids plz carry your own anti skid socks for kids and plain for you to save money 500 for 1 hour
