This is the worst company I have ever known. They won't tell you till last date that their contract with client is over. They told me on last date that you can search for your job, our contract is over.

Cons

No work life balance.
There is no employee learning as well as growth. All they want that some donkey come every day and do their jobs.
Every day is a deadline and every day it is surpassed.
No work appreciation.
There is no work management. No process, no methodology, code never reviewed.
Higher ups are non-technical.

Completely waist of time, if you are going to an interview for this organisation, at the time of scheduling of interview they talked about 6 months service agreement contract, when you will reach office to give interview they will tell its 1 and half year service agreement, also they asked about expected salary before scheduling the interview and if you cracked the interview they will offer you very low amount which is near to your Current CTC, they actually offer me salary below then my current CTC.i don't know if they haven't budget then why they people called those people who are getting much salary.
Also one unprofessional things for their they won't take you calls when you called them after interview. So bad experience.lowen then one star.
