My friend and I recently visited your center to obtain an EEG report, as referred by the Government Hospital. Upon arrival, we encountered three receptionists whose names unfortunately escape me. However, I must mention that the behavior of two of them, a young woman and a young man in their late twenties or early thirties, was quite disappointing. Due to our haste, my friend had forgotten to bring the original documents required for the scan. Despite our suggestion of providing a high-resolution soft copy of the documents, they firmly refused to proceed without the originals. As a result, we had to waste an additional 2-3 hours retrieving the necessary documents.

Staff Behavior should be very cooperative with every person.

My experience was very worst and their receptionist people were not cooperative, their behavior was also very bad. Because of hurry I reached their center with photo copy of my document, I forgot to carry my original documents but even i provide them one photo copy of my documents but they directly denied, No we want your original documents, I requested in front of both receptionist, because my house was very far from their center, they told me without hard copy we will not do any scan. And because of that i wasted my 2 hr for coming my home and taking original documents with me.

Their receptionist staff behavior was very worst.

I have been to collect my mothers report and invoice for which i have to visit for teo days and very rude behaviour of staff eho has to issue invoice whereas person who has issued repirt does help in prompting things

Decent kind of experience here.came 2 times here with the referral of hospitals.facilities are good.

Gagan path lab is one of the best labs in rohini, with very professional, polite and helpful staff.

The experience was really great. The receptionist Nisha mam was so sweet and soft spoken she really takes care of the patients and customers. I was not in a good condition but she took care of me and my old aged grandfather. So good experience really recommended

Do not visit that pathology they denied our documents and after that we go to ganesh diagnostics to just verify the documents and everything was fine so that means they were not willing to do a test of EWS patient

Not suggested for people looking for paid tests as it is too crowded from people getting tested by govt.panel on free basis.

Firstly i was assisted my Mr Anand his behaviour was rude then i was assisted by pradeep and nisha they both were very poliet and helpful.

Very nice and homly treatment by the staff members, things goes yimlu no delay in services and polite behavior of the staff.

Pathetic service they do not have UPS for their MRI and CT machines, suddenly power supply fails and the pateint stuck in machine.

Don't go guys this is very bad diagnostic centre govt return your DGHES and CHS facilities because here are not allowed and reception person say doctor ar not available but you give money for Tests doctor are available very partially person and very bad don't go free person.

They are very unprofessional peoples if you are reffered through mohlla clinic then they are treated you very badly. Delhi govt should stop tigh up with gagan lab as soon as possible.

Dr. Akansha is very polite and explain everything in detail. I go for all my pregnancy ultrasound to her. Even the receptionist Jyoti is very good in handling appointments and attending patients.
