I recently placed an order with Gaia Good Health on 10th June, valued at INR 12,750. Unfortunately, my entire experience with this company has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing.

To begin with, after making the purchase, I received no confirmation or intimation regarding the delivery date. Attempting to get in touch with their customer care team proved to be an exercise in futility. There was no customer care number available, and the only means of communication was dropping a message on their website, to which replies took days, if not longer.

Realizing that the lack of communication was highly unprofessional, I requested a cancellation and refund as I received no proper response regarding the status of my order. After several days of waiting, finally, a lady from Gaia Good Health contacted me, confirming the cancellation. However, the ordeal did not end there.

Following up on the refund, I was met with complete silence. It took until 22nd June to receive a response, which was far from satisfactory. Gaia Good Health claimed that they didn't have the balance required to process my refund, despite debiting my account promptly when I placed the order. This explanation sounded dubious, and my concerns grew.

I have diligently followed up with them since then, seeking clarity on the refund status, but to no avail. Today, it's 18th July, and I am still left without any response or refund. When I provided a screenshot showing the canceled refund, they remained silent when I asked if it could be refunded to an alternate account number.

The lack of professionalism and customer service demonstrated by Gaia Good Health is appalling. As a consumer, I feel cheated and misled. I have lost both my hard-earned money and precious time dealing with this company's negligence.

I urge anyone considering shopping with Gaia Good Health to think twice before making a purchase. The company's disregard for customers and their inability to provide basic support and refunds are deeply concerning. I sincerely hope that my negative experience serves as a warning to others.

To Gaia Good Health: Your customers deserve respect, transparency, and prompt resolutions. Please take responsibility for your actions and rectify this situation immediately. As a paying customer, I demand the refund I am rightfully owed.

I now have no choice but to pursue legal options and report this matter to consumer protection agencies to seek justice.

Remember to remain cautious when dealing with Gaia Good Health and always prioritize your financial security and peace of mind.

BEWARE! Very bad customers support they don’t refund money. The website is run by fraudsters u will not get your product and money if you order from them.

Food products are good. But buy from shops or Amazon/flipkart etc. Please be very careful. Never buy online directly from the company's website. Fraud company, worst shopping experience. Product never got delivered. Ekart and Shipeasese are their service and delivery partners, equally Fraudulent.

Worst ginger tea. Its dont even taste like a ginger. Its like black tea, wasted my money.
