WORST PLACE TO GET TESTED FOR ANYTHING. THE STAFF IS REALLY RUDE AND TELL YOU TO GO TO HELL.
THE WAITING TIME IS MORE THAN AN HOUR FOR ANY TEST.
A FEMALE REPRESENTATIVE CALLED ME AND SAID "AAPKI AWAAZ TOH SAHIL SE MIL HI NAHI", I WAS LIKE WHAT THE HELL?
THESE GUYS ARE ONLY LOOTING PEOPLE.
I HAD A COMPLETE HEALTH CHECKUP PACKAGE ORGANISED FROM MY EMPLOYER, I WENT TO GALAXY IMAGING FOR TESTING AND THEY TOLD ME THAT ONLY A FEW TEST CAN BE DONE AND NOT ALL TESTS.
THEY DON'T HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT FOR TESTING.
IT'S A "DUKAAN" FOR THEM AND NOT A MEDICAL CLINIC.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE STAFF IS THE WORST.
I WISH I COULD GIVE THEM 0 STARS.

We visited first time in galaxy lab. It was really very good experience for us. Dr shuchita is very polite and knowledgeable doctor. I really appreciate her work. And I would like to give a big thanks to miss Sheetal she is very professional and humble. She is doing very good customer care service. Highly recommend galaxy imaging and path lab.

I went to galaxy for my ultrasound today. It was an emergency as I was feeling so much pain in my abdomen. I thank Neha and Sheetal Mam from bottom of my heart. They both understood my emergency and quickly helped me and arranged my ultrasound. Process was very smooth. Sheetal Mam is a wonderful person. She guided me so well today. Radiologist also made me understood everything nicely. I will go for all my further pregnancy ultrasound here only. Once again a big thank you neha and sheetal for helping me today! God bless you!

This was our very first visit to this place. The staff is also very cooperative specially Sheetal who was managing the queue for Ultrasound

Extremely poor experience despite being the returning client. I called up the centre today morning to fix an appointment for an ultrasound and ws told it is a walk in service and no appointment is given. We reached the centre in the evening today and paid for the service in advance and was told that my number is after two patients. But, when our turn came after waiting for half an hour the staff sent another client who was behind us as she was an acquaintance of the incharge saying that she has taken appointment in the morning itself. When we argued the staff asked to wait for fives minutes. We asked to refund the money but they didn't return. We said whether you refund or not we are not going to get the ultrasound done in your center as we cannot accept this principle. We had to walk out without taking refund. We went to another center and got it done and imagine the person who was sent ahead for the ultrasound came to this famous center in Dwarka sector 22 again for the same ultrasound. This is called poetic justice. But, will never go to this galaxy imaging center again in future. They have taken money for doing injustice. You will meet the same fate sometime.

The doctor is quite proficient and knowledgeable. She attended us well and answered all our queries patiently

Lab is good provides quality result, suggest visit and make payment before check Dr. Nanda only will check or do ultrasound otherwise your money will waste.if other person will do they are not familier with ultrasound machine and not show complete result. I have good exprience of Galaxy lab, whenever Dr. Nanda does ultrasound gives clear and visible output.

Worst service ever, gone there just because of ratings, no idea how genuine or paid the ratings are. They told, you will get the reports within few hours, now since yesterday whole day seems to have passed, they are just giving timings, Mam you will get within an hour same reply getting since morning. First you should not give false information about the report timings, should be clear, charging more but the service is pathetic, wish i could give 0 or negative stars, do not ever go here.

Excellent experience at Galaxy Imaging and Path lab and Dr. Shuchita Nanda who helped me with my Level II pregnancy ultrasound. Great hands and very brief in providing the services. She is extremely helpful and I would highly recommend her for her professionalism and services. We will visit again for all our future requirements.

My daughter had visited Galaxy labs for her ultrasound. She had a really good experience with Dr. Suchita and Sheetal mam. Doctor was really very friendly and she gave all the required information in detail while doing the scan. I would highly recommend Galaxy labs for scanning services.

Today visited for my wife's ultrasound. All the staff are courteous and friendly. Above all the experience with Dr. Suchita Nanda was amazing. She is friendly and helpful. Gave proper advice. Will advice to everyone to visit the lab.

I strongly recommend that no one should choose this diagnostic lab because they don't have any etiquettes and they don't understand patient urgency. If any patient have strong stone pain they just ignore that person and don't care. The doctors here are superhumans as they are able to perform a ultrasound scan in 2 to 3 minutes which usually takes 15 to 20 minutes and shows very unprofessional behaviour. In my case, the radiologist was discussing and talking to another colleague during ultrasound scan.

An amazing, peaceful and stressfree experience. This is the 4th time we have visited this place and eveytime, the staff takes good care of all of their customers, be it politeness and handling the queries. Most importantly, today I had an interaction with the doctor here and must say she is not only professional in her field but also do her duties diligently. She is very polite as well. Overall a comfortable and peace of mind experience:)
