If you love your loved ones, please do not prefer this hospital. Micu staff is totally irresponsible. Self Pawan Gandhi is not a doctor, he only wants money. I lost my father because of carelessness of staff

Entire process is design in old government hospital style.

They don't have internal boys for timely internal file work.

They are leveraging energy and time of patients 's family.

These days payment is in online mode, then why people stand in queue and sitting on bench for whole day.

Please plan carefully before entering in such kind of hospital.

I don't want to rate this hospital and will not recommend anyone.

May be they will call me and ask for changing comments.

I dont know how this hospital is so popular even after having such a low quality staff. Only few docs are good and they always try to make money by making us purchase useless medicines which doesn't even help in patient's situation. My father once had an accident and we took him in the emergency ward where they kept on telling us he is fine and he doesn't have any fracture but after that when we took him again to the hospital after a week, the doc says he has fracture and excuses that people in emergency are not so skilled. If this is the case then why they even have emergency ward. The nurses and staff at front office are also very abusive and they treat us like we are not humans and they are helping us for free. Govt hospitals are way better. One day when I went to this hospital because I had 101°F fever, they made me wait for 2 hours and kept on saying that the doctor is in a meeting and when my turn came, doctor just wrote 6 medicines and an injection and didn't even take 1 min to check me. Most of the medcines were just painkillers and anti allergic, the injection was also a painkiller. You would feel like you're ok after taking the injection but would have a lot of dizziness and laziness for over a week and many side effects. Anyone who's reading this till here, please don't waste your money and make your healyh worse in long term by going to this hospital.

Mansi and Pawan are superb doctors!
They prioritise not just the treatment but a patient’s mental well-being as well! Shoutout to the nursing team for such good care!

Staff behavior is so rude and they dont know to talk to peoples and too massy area there is no parking space

Front desk staff is totally worst. They worked like working in government hospital.
No responsibility. Doctors are good but people sitting on reception is totally worst.

Worst experience with this hospital. Don't waste your money. No proper food given to patient and food quality very cheap. Semi private rooms doors are very noisy and outside staff sought near room. Patient uniform/dress not given by hospital. Doctors are not checking properly to patient at the time of visit.

There's a huge number of South Indian staff, but they are had no sense to talk with patients and also with the persons who are along with the patients (attendents)

And Day Nursing staff little bit need improvement for their services.

In admission, hospital should be provided Admission kit to patient also for basic things like other hospitals

Ur billing staff Mr. Subhash Chandra is too much cooperative and very helpful person in ur hospital.

Dr. Anita maithani was excellent, but staff are very unprofessional and rude, specially reception staff. Doctors are good but facilities are very sub-standard they behaving like they are working in Govt Hospital.

Poor facility with absolutely no care and Concern for patient. They would just perform test as long as as they can do, without providing treatment to patient.totally money making policy they followed. Nurses hardly pay attention to patient and you should only take their recommended medicine when you have determined you do not want to recover.

Ek bimari ka treatment karane jao ye log 10 bimari bata detein hain.

Dr. Pawan Gandhi sometimes prefer a phone call rather than looking a patient in his cabin but overall he is a good doctor.

Other things are gud but usha and sonia staff are so worst they dont know how to behave so bad and rude. Really dont even go to them for any thing so bad these both are. Manner less attitude problem worst behaviour. Dr.gandhi should keep a look into this. Very pathetic.

Very cooperative staff and Senior doctors. Early help at 4 Am was also very fast. People tend to be sleep deprived in that period but very smartly and efficiently staff was able to diagnose the problem. All the needed facilities are available here.

Vry bad experience. Worst than the Government Hospitals in Delhi, Poor hygiene, uneducated staff (only female staff). Also the Hospital is at very congested location. All doctors specifically Dr. Pawan gandhi is good person.

Worst hospital my grandmother was admitted here they have done nothing no improvement so we discharged here and a bill of more than 1 lakh was made. So they are completely money minded no just think of making money and problem remains the same. No improvement they just write 3 test a day and do nothing. Just doing business so if uhh don't want too waste ur money don't go there coz they think of only making money.

K Thakur.worst service than a government hospital dodging patients around.even their bp machine doesn't work.doctor said that the patient needs to be hospitalized (by only checking the pulse which was okay and by just asking if my stomach hurts) but doesn't even provided a chair to the patient to sit and talk.you have to stand there and talk to the doctor no matter how ill you are.a nurse was sitting on the patients chair.
Apart from that he wrote some injections on the prescription but didn't even bother to tell the patient or the attendant about it.we got to know about it when the pharmacist told us.

Worst hospital. Infact it’s not a hospital, it’s a torture centre for patient. So unhygienic, illiterate n ill mannered staff around. Patients get traumatised by nurses staff. Sweepers do the treatment there. Government hospitals would be much better than this hospital. They keep the patient moral down. This hospital has police complaint aswell. Every next day police visits there with the complaint of patients. Don’t go in this torture centre. If you care for your loved ones.

Worse than the Government Hospitals in Delhi, Lack of Management, poor hygiene, uneducated staff (Specially Reception). Also the Hospital is at very congested location, you hardly find any parking. The only good thing about is that it's reasonable but wait here Doctors play with your pocket and don't discharge the patient unless they make good money.

One of the worst hospital I have seen till now, pawan gandhi owner of Gandhi hospital taking money for admitting in hospital and asking for extra money (50,000 to 1 lakh) and those can't pay denying to their admission DELHI government should take strict action against this.

Please do for treatment of covid 19, don't admit the patient in this nursing home. I guarantee patient will not come back to home.

You can check the casualty percentage of this nursing home. Doctors not responding of your call and messages. In isolation ward all nursing staff don't do any nurse course they come from BCom or BA background.

Please don't go there. Dr Pawan Gandhi not involved in his hospital they handover to his daughter Ms Manasi Gandhi. She is not available or not responding for your calls and messages.

I have seen daily around 10 dead in this hospital in isolation ward during covid.

Worst hospital and worst doctor. Mr. Gandhi tries to treat more than one patient at a time. He prescribed for 10 types of test for simple fever and cough problem. He had also prescribed 10 types of medicine at a time for simple cough and fever problem. Very bad experience.

This hospital only admits patients and does not provide adequate care to current covid patients. Management is acting in an unprofessional manner.

Dr. Gandhi is good, Hospital and treatment cost are reasonable, but the staff specially at reception will treat you even worse than a government hospital. Discharge procedure for cash payment customer takes 2 to 3 hours.
Come here for better and cheaper treatment, but be ready for staff misbehaviour.

Govt hospitals and doctors are much better then this hospital. The management of hospital is just focus on patient money only. Then doesn't even care about the patient and their problems. Worst hospitality, pethetic environment, no rules and responsibilities for OPD.

Came here today for a blood test of one of my relatives. The attendant behaved very rudely. Government hospital staff is more professional than Gandhi hospital.

I found Gandhi Hospital after comprehensive research. This turned out to be one of the best hospitals for treatment in India and the specialist doctors helped my father return to normal life, soon enough.

This is the worst hospital with worst doctors, nurses and ward boys. It is a personal request to every body don't ever get admit in this hospital, if you do you will definitely loose your life and this is for sure. My father and my brother were admitted for 3 days and they made their condition to the worst. Its my personal request to everyone don't go to this hospital.
