Ganesh Diagnostic Centre

I pinged them on WhatsApp the prescription and it took them 2 hours to reply.
And I then visited Hari Nagar Branch and they could not even read the name of the tests.

Worse diagnostic lab I have ever been. No staff at all. They ask you to come by 8 am and leave you sitting there till by 3 pm. Very very bad service. Neither I will go to it again nor I recommend to anyone to visit and waste your precious time waiting there

A man picked up very rude behavior
Giving different prices for the test
When u ask for discount 50 percent which they claim they don't give
Charges are higher than market price if receptionist is so rude what about the reports and doctor
If u ask for discount and compare with other diagnostics prices they say wahi chale jaye madam

Worst management. I referred my patient from Mohalla clinic and was given the time of 8am. Then came to know the concerned doctor will be coming by 9: 30. My patient is still waiting there and it’s been 10: 30.

We had called Hari Nagar centre and booked an appointment yesterday. On arriving, the lab was locked. We called their number again only to be told that they had booked an appointment at their Rohini centre.
Am I supposed to travel 13kms (as shown on map) ?
Would have given 0 stars if possible.

It was nice experience visiting there. I was referred there for the USG of my Mrs. By Aap Moholla Clinic under DAK scheme.

This place literally is hell. Dirty, not maintained, staff is dumb as bread. Never ever go here!

Worst centre, the attendant picking up the call is so rude in behaviour. Make sure you have a sense to talk to your customers! Never going to come here! The call information just showed up that how they would behave with their customers and how is the environment of this place.
