Very old n poular diagonestic center in North Delhi. Fantastic efficent service n arrngements. Docotor n staff care n positive. Dealing 2008 with them.

Mums CT coronary angiography was done here and the person who explained to her what was happening during the procedure was very nice and kind. I’ve taken one star for apathetic and unprofessional staff at the reception though. Other than that, end to end experience was great!

Pathetic service, they called me for lactose tolerance test and then they made me wait for 1 hour and said sorry we dont do the test. Unprofessional people.

It was pathetic experience going there. I gone to get lab test of my father firstly they told me a much higher amount nearly 2x than the market rate for the test but after insisting for some discount she asked to talk to some person on the call after waiting for 5 min on call she offered me 40% discount.this make me look something fishy so I came out from there

Not easy to find, no parking, dirty place. One of the worst managed centre. People on phone give wrong price and lie to lure customers to their centre. When you reach its a chaos. Nobody knows what they are doing and who are the right people to talk to. No manners to talk to customers. Every customer in centre was frustrated with the staff.

I was facing a lots of bone pain in my body and done bone scan at Ganesh Diagnostic and after scanning take medicine and now feel much better.

I was having continuous back pain early this year due to gym. I got tested at 3 labs but none of them told me the root cause of pain.

Later I visited Dr. Ravin through one of my close friend. He suggested USG Spine & MRI Spine.
Later I got diagnosed after I got accurate lab reports.

I have done my ultrasound last week and feel awesome. Ganesh Diagnostic is one of best plcae for health test and scans.

I was first time visit at Ganesh Diagnostic for whole body check up and fell that this is one of best pathology labs for health test and scans.

Pathetic experience, very poor services and not caring for customer at all especially cash paying. Not visit again

Ganesh diagnostic centre is the best diagnostic centre in delhi. Doctor and staffs are very helpful. I have book my appointment for mri test, reports are 100 % accurate.

I am 8 month pregnant women, visited this centre today. Staff behaviour is too bad to handle. I never see such behaviour in my whole life. Today I am feeling so shameful that I visited this centre. I will never come to this centre again and also request to reputed people to not to visit this centre if you love your self respect.

If u want to make your son/daughter future bright please don't choose Ganesh diagnostic centre for paramedical course the whole staff is senseless. After few months I got understand that how big mistake I done in my life to take admission here

Today my respect for the government employees increases more when I saw behaviour of the employees of this 3rd class diagnostic centre. Security gaurd was typing reports of an ultrasound.will you believe that? If authorities of this filthy diagnostic centre read this comment, then please check your CCTV of ultrasound section of today's date. Everyone is officer here. They don't have time to answer any query of the patients. Even at the time of report receiving, they are behaving like that I made a big mistake to book an appointment here.very disappointed. Please don't go here.please.

Facilities were good but everyone in staff was frustrated. Security guards were doing clerical work and clerks were doing doctor's work. Pathetic experience.booked a appointment 2 days before visit and waited almost 4 hours.if you have an extra self respect with you, then you can surely visit this centre. I did not see a single employee of this centre respecting towards patients. Using the word like, " mere se puch ke aaye ho kya idhar". Is this the language to use for a patient come for testing in your centre? Bad experience

Worst lab. Never get covid checked from them. Recently I got my mom tested from them for covid. They given a positive report, while I hot her testex from 2 other labs they given her negative report. Now ganesh lab dint have any option. They returned my money and also tried to threaten me on personal level. They are very cheap with a very cheap management. There is a manager who is very rude and uneducated jagdish chander who tried to avoid all my questions and kept giving nuinsense replies and threats

Shared wrong report with me. Gracefully my doc was good to identify that the report is wrong. These guys are money extortionists.

Pathetic experience. The staff is soo rude and unethical. Treating everyone like dogs thinking they're doing some favor. The lady at the first floor has probably never heard of the term mannerism much less politeness or professionalism.worthless lab worthless people. I'm bound to give one star otherwise I would have given negative rating to this dumpster.

I posted a review earlier because i thought its a good place, but let me tell you this is important, doctor ravin was registered in a case of molestation some years ago, and he is Torchering the employees everyday by charging penalties for no reason, and he has no rules for work and he forces his employees to either work as he says or leave. Means first 10 day you will feel its a good place then you will realize you are stuck with a filthy person who hires women just to molest.

Horrible experience. Once payment is done no one cares. No one respond to when you will get report. No punctuality at the time of test. Just horrible experience after you paid them

I went there recently during the lockdown period. Didn't faced any issue.every staff is working hard. The doctors, reception everyone is working upto the mark and helping thier patients.
There was lot of crowd, people themselves are not following the social distancing norms inspite of many warning by the authorities.

Not a good Ultrasound Quality, I was not tested in a good way, in 8 minutes I had an ultrasound, I did not understand what to do. The money was charged to me completely, but the ultrasound quality is not so worthless as nothing is seen. I do not know whether the ultrasound machine is professional or not.

But Total Waste of Time and Money.

Third class staff and lab, I don't think so that there will be any professional working there, all were trainee staff, be aware of such labs and diagnosis.

Best place for PET -CT Test.well experienced staff and proper system for managing to the patients.

Good place for ECG, ECHO and X-Ray for me. I will also suggest to everyone please come for any test in ganesh diagnostic.
