Overall nice building and huge rooms but there are many dangerous mosquitoes.

Residential area located in Dwarka sector 4/5. Radison Blue hotel is at 3 km. Dwarka sector 12 is the nearest metro station. Flats are built by DDA as per the area and income class. Security guards and CCTV cameras are available 24*7.

Not a good place to live, not secure for women, you will find lot of people sitting late night on gate and most of them drunk. It's like open bar in night. Not secure.

Not clean and posh as much, but this society is BIG so that's a plus point!

The apartment is old. Rooms are small and rent for 2 BHK is 13-14 k and. Location is very good. School and hospital is very close

When you rent a flat you only care for your flat, the same thing we did. I love this flat. As we are on ground floor there’s no balcony just a small yard with open drains.
This society has security guards but they are only good for keeping the door open at night. CCTV cameras are installed but last time we checked those were not working.
No parking space assigned.
Sweepers are there but they will only clean when they want to.
Maintenance is ₹ 250/-
This place could be better if the authority will give a Little attention.
One play ground for kids and one tennis court for a name sake is there.
