Dr SS Bhagat is the most careless, irresponsible and greedy doctor I have ever met in my entire life because of whom entire doctors' community's image gets tarnished. I contacted him on 05th July 2023 in max vaishalli hospital for ingrowing nail surgery for my wife and clarified that I want to go for the insurance since I have been paying premium for that and he was ready.then I followed him for almost 20 days to get the surgery done in Garg hospital kurkurduma, Delhi and 22nd july was the date to do the surgery and again I clarified that I will go for the insurance. We reached Garg hospital on 22nd july at 9: 30 am but when this doctor didn't come till 10: 15 am, I came to know he took some other cases in Goyal hospital, Delhi where he was getting more money for someone's surgery. When I talked to him he asked us to come to Goyal hospital, My wife was unable to walk because of pain in her toes but then too we were ready to go there. When we reached there and informed that we will use our insurance this greedy doctor denied the treatment and told that he will not allow insurance and I have to pay from my pocket and as per him it was illegal to take insurance for toe nail surgery and then left the place. Mr.doctor first of all 1-why did you go to another hospital just because you were getting more money, aren't you careless? 2-Why didn't you inform to Garg hospital people if you were not coming there, are we your servants who will wait for you? 3-I paid huge premium for this day, this was none of your business how I am paying. 4-you were terming insurance as illegal, how it is illegal when I had already taken the approval for this treatment from my insurer? 5-you are giving treatment in your private clinic "Bhagat Clinic" without giving bill receipt to the patient, you are stealing tax of Indian government this is called "illegal" and "unethical". I hope you will become responsible and careful next time and will not run after money like this but Be sure I will take this matter forward. Vaibhav

Admitted under Dr Sanjay Garg. With the complaint of HTN which was managed very well. Now I discharged. All staff and facility are up to the mark

Today, feeling cheated, I went to Garg Hospital at one o'clock in the night with my mother, she was feeling nervous. Fees in Emergency OPD Pay the fee which is 350 rs Panel done 10 to 15 minutes doctor did checkup and did basic treatment ecg, blood pressure normal medicines and injection I have paid opd fee 350 plus medicine charges around 700rs it's ok but hospital add 500rs extra hospital charge. I asked question why you saying 500rs exta hospital employes and doctor say hospital charge. I m also pay 350 rs opd + medicine 700 + 500rs extra charge hospital fees

Best hospital of east Delhi. All patient care staff as well as reception housekeeping is doing a brilliant job

The doctor was nice and knowledgeable and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The waiting was a little long but otherwise everything was good.

Avoid this hospital at all costs.
They are the worst of all.
They just want money from you and your dispensary, they don't care about the patients.
One of there doctors Dr. Sharad singhi Ent Specialist asked me for extra money after all the payments were done.
Not only he asked me for money he asked me for money in the operation theatre after giving me a dose of anesthesia.
Can't even imagine what he would have done if I had said no at that time.
I even emails a complaint against him to this hospital but they didn't take any actions.
I told my dispensary doctor about this and a few months later I got to know that they thugged him for 15k the same way.
All the doctors and the staff were involved in this and this seems to be a common practice amongst these people.
They all should be behind bars for what they are doing to people.

Staff behaviour is also very polite. On billing desk Ms. Bhawna was very cooperative and professional.

I visited at Garg hospital for my mother treatment and I experienced very great and polite behavior from receptionist there. Seriously bht hi acha treatment hota h Bina thermometer on kiye hi bhukar check hota h. Or puchne p jhut bol diya jta h ki bukhar nhi h.or staff behaviour so disgusting especially sisters ka just like govt hospital. Or bina dhng se treatment k ghr bhjdete h.chahe patient well feel kre ya nhi.seriously wrost experience.

No responsible official presents to rectify the queries.
Billing counter have specially rude behave.
So many mistakes done by Billing staff, for remedy there is no proper responsible person. Attendant of patient walks here & there. It is very headache task.
MTC of rooms are not proper, Rooms are not clean & whitewashed.

Reception behave like as a government hospital, and mostly time without informing cut the call and every time they don't have know correct timing of his doctor. Due to which we have to wait for one to 2 hours.very worst service and ward condition very poor.

Dr. Sanjay Garg work fine for me, Don't know about other Doctors but Test facilities are good. And If you are under CGHS then it is worth for money
