It was a terrific experience. The doctors, medical staff, admin staff, including the accounts department, all are seasoned and helpful. Despite the baby delivery being a extremely anxious event for a person, the same went absolutely smoothly for my family.

Gauri doctor is good but staff is not helpful mere claim ke paper ko chakkar Laga rahi hun per taiyar nahin karte deve

It was my mistake that I choose gouri hospital for pregnancy.
If you want to talk to dr.gouri on call in case of emergency also u can't be able to contact her because she don't prefer to give her contact number to her patients. U can call in reception but still can't be able to discuss your problem with dr.gauri.your call will be passed to another team member who is even not aware of your case.
Even not satisfied with prescription of dr.gauri due to which I lost my pregnancy.

Everything is soo perfect from cleaning staff, kitchen, doctors and Nurses

My wife got her delivered on 17th after her labor pain started early morning. Special thanks to Dr. Gouri Devi who supported us from the beginning and guided us through out my wife’s pregnancy. And hats off all the staff.

The environment is soo clean and the behaviour of the doctors is so nice. All the facilities are provided inside the hospital. Behaviour of other staff members is also nice and friendly.

Our experience with Dr Gouri and Dr Meeta has been great. Their team took care of my wife and daughter properly. The services provided by the hospital are also up to the mark.

Very bad experience, conducted D&C of my mother and left the cotton bandaid inside which gave her a lot of pain and after demanding an answer they said it was not left knowingly. Such careless staff and doctors.

The doctors are professional but careless as the hospital became popular! They feed the newborn baby formula milk without parents' consent and don't even let the mothers know to feed the baby.

This is a great health facility for pregnant women. The doctors, nurses and other support staff has always been cordial and helpful. The best part is availability of on-call senior doctors 24X7. I remember how helpful it was during the recent lockdown. I highly recommend this facility for any one planning a family.

Brilliant doctor with massive experience. Always keep expected mother calm help in small issues. Also staff was brilliant during admission and food quality for patient and attendant was marvelous.

Dr. Runaway from Duty, mystery Doctor comes from nowhere. 2add spice to it, untrained staff. Save your newborn as they send more then 40% of your newborns to Fortis Hospital just to make money

Very irresponsible people including receptionists, nurses etc. They speak rudely, laugh incessantly without any reason, don't give ATM cards back when the transaction is done and then tell us that the card isn't with them rather we knew that the receptionist did not give the card back to us.

Yes recently I gave birth to little angel with Normal Delivery.during this covid pandemic they cared & handle nicely. However it took much time to meet gauri mam but it worthy. She won't forced for c section. Thank you very much I highly recommend.

Worst place. They are not doctors just money makers. I was consulting Dr Gauri for last 4 years she suggested me IVF but by god’s grace I had conceived naturally. So she lost interest in my case as now she couldn’t make money out of me I lost my child and suffered through a lot because Dr Gauri has refused to handle my case on last moment. I begged her, my mother also pleaded her but she refused. I can’t forgive her.

My experience with gauri hospital has been great.the staff and doctors are very polite, soft spoken and expert in their work. I have been trying for baby from quite a time and in the first consultation here I got positive result. I am very grateful to all the staff and doctors of Gauri hospital and will recommend it to everyone.

The doctor has no manners to talk. No empathy and starts shouting. I had a pathetic experience and will never go to her again. The day u pay is fine for a follow up consultation, she treats pathetically. Stay away.

Dr. Gouri and her team has been a blessing to me. I had my first child delivered without any complications just because of her efforts. She is a great doctor and her team of doctors are very empathetic, trained, and professional. Recommended to every one.

I am still at the first stage of my motherhood but I wanted to share my views after reading all the reviews. I have been born here in Gouri Hospital though my other 3 siblings too. My mother had 4 normal deliveries by Dr. Gouri and that's why I visited Dr. Gouri for my own pregnancy because I do have a lots of faith in her. She is a tremendous doctor I have ever met.

This hospital doesn't even deserve one star my wife was coming here regular maternity checkup and when her bp shoot up high she had to go for operation well before her due date so they referered us to some other hospital stating they do not have good nursery for kid which they never explained during our regular visit

Pathetic experience. Dr Gauri checked but didn't adviced medicine to pregnant lady suffering from thyroid.n acting so innocent when asked same.full business minded people.will not recommend to anyone.

With Gouri madam n Meeta madam 's guidance I had a smooth pregnancy. The hospital has a warm n professional environment. Madam would even answer my silly queries on phone & whats app during pregnancy. A doctor available 24*7 on phone n duty gave a sense of comfort n confidence. The length of stay in this hospital has been optimum and the services provided are at par excellence.i strongly recommend the clinical and operational services of this hospital.

It was very bad experience for me. In was referred to Dr gauri but I was seen by some other doctors. They took double the charge for one ivf.initially I was told to pay 2: 10 lacs but later they said we didn't get enough embryo from egg.donor so you have to pay for two ivf.i told them that the charge for egg donor is 55k only.but they didn't listen to me coz I paid 50%of the money.it was our 5th ivf. I explained Dr gauri that please take extra care.they put 3 gradeA embyo but it failed.i don't blame for failed ivf.it happens.but I was referred to Dr gauri they why someone else was.seeing my wife. Dr gauri is.good but all other don't know how to talk even Dr meeta.i paid almost 4: 35 lacs excluding medicine, anaesthesia and other test. (40k + medicine). Most expensive ivf centre.

Hospital staff is very helpful & doctors are very knowledgable and are very highly experienced.

After marriage m only consulting Dr Gauri. She is so good and the staff is also nice. They are not at all money minded. They are so experienced they never let down our hope. And if you get to wait for the best treatment to meet dr Gauri then I think it’s worth to wait. I recommend everyone to consult Dr Gauri for their treatment
