I use their service for the last 5 years and when we have issue with the connectivity and call them. They start disconnecting you calls.the most pathetic service provider in Vasant Kunj. Their customer service sucks and their employees are pathetic

Worst provider not providing proper network Plus not giving up net for the Full payment full.need to be deal with the issue

Horrible internet. Horrible service. We haven’t had internet for a month now and they don’t attend our calls and hang up while the person is talking

Pathetic service. Internet can go down anytime of the day, and won't come back for atleast 2 hours. Not reliable at all if you are a working individual. They don't care about customer satisfaction or complaints at all.

Absolutely gloat over their service! In a day i have to text and call them multiple times because the internet is always going on and off.once they even shouted at me and were accusing me that it's my fault! That was very proffesional and helpful of them.i regret using their service.

They charge extra here in Rangpuri pahari. And very slow response time, they take too much time to fix the problems.
Official plan charges starts from Rs 499 for 20mbps unlimited per month but they charge extra Rs 200 and the basic Rs 700 for 20mbps plan.

Service is not good. When i disconnected my internet connection they said they will not refund my security amount. Security amount is meant to be refunded after disconnection, they are highly unprofessional and greedy people.
Please don't take their internet connection.

Zero rating. Thankfully I have terminated their service. Poor service and worst staff.totally uncouth and unprofessional.

I would rate this Zero, if there was an option. My account was hacked and I gave him the IP address of the device but they refused to help. Will be seeking legal action against them

Good internet but are not able to handle it have no power back up even one fluctuation of electricity turn of their devices and no one is there to handle them each time we have to call them and it hours to get back online this service is not stable at all and there Techs are certified dumbs

and i have no option in my area they are charging me too much Rs 700 for 20 Mbps

where now airtel is offering 40 Mbps unlimited in just Rs 400
im just hoping they will make their service available here soon

I was most disgusted with the experience by Gayatri. Recently I needed to send an urgent document to work but couldn't cause the net went down. I tried contacting people continuously and rather than saying they weren't going to fix the connection they rather just kept on sending me in loops till it was time to close.
Then the craziest stuff happened, the guy starts abusing my dad for some reason even though I was still cool after disconnecting I tried calling again and the next guy must've been drunk cause I kid you not he asked me to download "ANY DISC" to fix my internet connection and send log files, LMAO. Anyway I decided to humor this guy and so I asked which email to send the log files and this guy started abusing me then.
Somehow I maintained my cool even though, I lost my job the next morning. I couldn't send the file using a hotspot cause well it was just too big for my hotspot to support.
The next day a guy came and it took him all of 5, that's right 5 huge minutes to fix the issue (just stack refreshment that was required which they refused to do the previous day and refused to allow me to do for them).
So I asked the guy to close out my account and return the rest of my advance for the next 6 months, which he said he'd have to get in touch with the owner.
The owner well, never contacted me and it's now been two months or so and since I made the mistake of paying in advance I now have to wait till January of 2021.
That's my take, this bdw is just one experience apart from this their service is pretty decent. I wouldn't suggest getting them if you don't have patience though cause you'd really get irritated with the language these local support guys use.

One of the patheric service providers.dont even pick up the call.whenever payment is required they will call you.and if you are facing any issues in the internet then they dont even pick the call.

The most unprofessional internet service provider. The connection is down for the last 10 days, no one responds. We made a big mistake by choosing Gayatri in Vasant Kunj.

Best service, i am using gayatri internet since last 1yr and i am satisfied with the services & Support.

I'm really satisfied with Gayatri Communication they provide Good services and all staff do excellent work

Poor customer service. Been their customer for 3 years and still they treated me badly. So I’ve switched.

It was better before. Now it is worst. Extremely poor service. Just don't fall in the trap thinking it is a cheaper option
