Staff is pathetic. Specially the receptionist Mandy. These people con their customers by asking for payment online and saying we have not received it then asking for cash as well. Then you will only follow up and they will never give your money back. It’s been 3 months I am following up with them and daily they come up with new excuses like staff is on leave etc.

I visited geetanjali for my hair styling with my sister who have booked bridal makeup and i can say that they are the big scam and i am highly dissatisfied by my visit to the so called brand. So this was my experience:
1. If you dont fix price with them they will definitely take advantage from you by charging any unreasonable price they want and when you ask for explanation they give you lame excuses for the same (in my case the reason was heavy hairs).
2. And secondly they are not at all punctual with their timmings my sister had an appointment with them at 3 pm and they alloted her stylist at 4: 30 pm due to which we got late and her whole big day was ruined. Thanks to GEETANJALI.
3. My sister booked bridal makeup with them and they refused to give even a single complementary service to her even after charging her an extravagance amount of 30k. SUCH A SHAME.
3. And even if they touch you for 1 sec they will also charge for that. (in my case they charged 500 for just fixing safety pins) and yes its not enough they also charged 18% gst for that.

So yes geetanjali greenpark is the big thumbs down for me and i will never return there for any further services since they take monetary advantages from there customers.

Horrible experience. The hairstylist did not know what he was doing. He did not listen to me, did the haircut in a rush. Never returning to any geetanjali salon ever again.

Terrible! I don't know what shampoo the hairdresser used that made my hair very sticky and heavy. He didn't remove the shampoo properly, and kept criticizing my hair that it's oily and I use a lot of products - gaslighting me into believing that there's something wrong with my hair when he did not wash the hair mask off. My hair is all weird and heavy now because of this - I didn't pay for a hair wash to wash my own hair the next day. Please avoid this place - they have really subpar services!

Worst experience. They're not professionals. Gave me a very bad haircut, went only for getting hair trimmed. Select citywalk's geetanjali is much better

This is one of the best Saloons I have ever been. The staffs are well behaved and knows what they are doing. Excellent floor Manager, guided me to ensure correct services were provided. Highly disappointed, this was my first visit to this salon and made me realise that it was a mistake.
First of all i went for a haircut and the guy asked me when did I washed my hair n i told him today itself then he was like they are feeling sticky so we need to wash it here now (which was not the case) so basically they will force you to do so!

Secondly i asked him specifically i only want to trim my hair or may be a step cut from the bottom so it would look good but instead of just trimming he actually cut down my hair short and don’t know what pathetic cut he gave me my hair looks horrible now.

And i asked him for bangs in front but he cut them in a way that I can’t keep them in front or nor on sides, they keeps on falling from the sides and it makes me look like a guy.

And lastly they charge you so high for that stupid cut and you have to pay for that wash which was not even required plus for blow drying also you have to without even asking and they won’t even tell you how much they charged for each.

Earlier it used to be good but now, they are letting their pedicurists do hair colour of the clients so u can imagine what colour are they doing. Also the new beauticians are so untrained that u tell them to do face wax and they will wax you half eye brow.anddddd the prices are no less than a 5 star salon but services are worst than a roadside barber.totallyyy shitttty

I have been going to Geetanjali in Green Park for the past 5 years and they have never disappointed me for the quality of service.

I am coming to this branch for more than 15 years. I always come to Rahul Sheikh, he is the most dynamic person here.he is very very good at his work.
Rahul serves his clients with all his heart and soul.i give 5/5

Undoubtedly Geetanjali (Green Park) was supposed to be one of the best salons in the town and over 15 years I have recommended it to many people for different services however I haven't been able to visit myself that frequent. I'm surprised to see how things have changed to worse over these years
1. Receptionist at that centre was extremely rude and unprofessional
2. Centre was unhygienic
3. Hairstylist didn't do their job properly moreover didn't even bother to check with me before chopping my hair

Guess it's all now a brand with pathetic quality and services

This salon used to be good in terms of price and quality service. Sad no more, unfriendly gesture by the staff too

Utterly disappointed with the haircut and blowdry. I took haircut on monday, after the hair dresser suggestion, i went for layer steps and then a blow dry. I took manicure service after that a d in this short span only the blowdry was destroyed and the cut appeared to be uneven. Whn i reported the same to the manager, he asked me to again get the blow dry done in the interval of 1 hr. Any sensible person would not get it done on same day which will further damage hair.

I had my hair done with smooth ending and colouring. They did all this after analysing my hair critically, giving adequate advice, doing multiple expensive treatments. The end result charged me multiple thousands of rupees in a tricky way and ended up with no colour on my hair. The hair colour never took up. It looked just rough and horrible. It started knotting badly after treatment. After going to them for correction, they refused to do any correction without charging more thousands of rupees.
On some other instance I’ve gone to them for facial and they charge extremely high amount for the facial. The minimum charge is 4.5k for a facial which doesn’t even include any back massage! And doesn’t seem to have great effects either!
I am never going to this place ever. It is okay to make mistakes but if you refuse to correct them then it’s not worth it!

Horribly rude staff, unprofessional and absolutely clueless about what they’re doing and what’s going on in their own establishment. The way they treat customers is disgraceful.

I got my engagement make-up done from geetanjali green park. The make up was pathetic. They did completely different make-up which was told to me. They put a foundation which was darker than my actual skin tone. Instead of making me beautiful they made me look completely bad. My curls didn't even last for an hour. I had patches of make-up on my face. And when I called the salon to share my experience they didn't even talk to me in a good way. They didn't even entertained us in a respectful way.
I wouldn't recommend you this branch especially if you are planning for your big day.

Most expensive and third class salon ever visited. Never go there again. Not even one star rating. They are basically thieves.

One of the worst places to go for a service. The staff is below average and the salon is dirty. Went for a haircut for my daughter and observed the staff attitude is so casual and unprofessional. We waited for a long time for a hair wash before the cut. The entire experience depends upon the staff quality. No one complains about the prices as when we walk into a salon in south delhi that too “Geetanjali” we expect some standard but here it was just like walking into some shady below average unknown parlour. Right from the gentleman at the reception, to hairdresser Radhika, the boy who did the hairwash, to a lost girl who came to ask for coffee but never got back with any damn thing it was a terrible experience. Not at all worth the money!

I went there to get makeup done and I was looking Clown in that make up. I will never going again in this parlour. Very unprofessional parlour and most of things that they used very cheap quality products.very disappointed ️.

One of the worst experiences that I had at Geetanjali. The staff is not so courteous and doesn't provide the kind of service it charges for. One of the staff unwillingly took the task of my grooming after being asked by her manager. It looked like she was forced to do it and was in a hurry. It's better if you visit any other branch.

Highly recommended for hair related treatments. I did my hair cut, keratin and nail extensions; and they did magic. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Unlike others who just try to force their expensive services. They recommended me services according to my problem and budget.

While the hair services were acceptable but there has been a drastic drop in look feel and quality of staff and services. I had doubled checked the rate of k water treatment which I was told is 1200 rs by the staff who was attending me however at reception while billing to my surprise they charged me 1800 for the same I highlighted this to the receptionist but despite confirming with staff that I was told 1200 as the rate for treatment I had to pay 1800 only… they do not publish rates anywhere so better ensure that staff and receptionist both are calibrated else you may be flinched for extra money at check out.service quality is acceptable however I remember it to be much better a few years back when Sumeet was incharge.

Getting a haircut from a salon you've never been to can either turn out to be really good or really bad, thankfully mine was great. I assume it's a very popular salon because the place was packed with customers even during its closing time.

I'm so happy with the services! Mr Sumit got me exactly what I wanted! I had been looking for a hairdresser since 4yrs and he is the perfect guy! My wait is finally over! Highly highly recommend!

Worst hair cut experience ever. I came for the first time and my experience was very bad the barber gave me a bad haircut and even justified repeatedly that it looks better on you.

Had a wonderful experience. I was served by Hari Om ji, who was very careful and precise with his job, very experienced, and made me feel comfortable. Goes without saying, I am very impressed with the place!

Had been to this salon. The staff particularly Hair Dressers are not at all courteous and very rude. Almost insulting customer. Absolutely no customer satisfaction. Need to improve a lot. This is our experience for 4th time consecutively. Though experience with beauty service is ok. Even the front office staff is not capable enough to manage the rude staff.

Saru is one of the finest hair dressers, very sincere. I've been taking her services since almost a decade. No matter where I am I always go to green park branch. Got eye make up done on Karwachauth by Anita, she's fab!

Vishnu is an expert. Honestly he's the only one I have gone to for the last 6 years for haircuts and highlights. I always leave amazed. Ask for him.

They gave me an appointment for 11: 30 and made me wait till 12 in an place where there was someones used tea cup and near a lady who wasn't wearing a mask and her hair dresser wasn't also properly. Noone came to wash my hair and when i made a fuss they said people wear masks. I wouldn't advise in Covid situation to go here. As you will be sitting next to strangers and hairdressers who don't wear masks.

I have been coming to Geetanjali salon since the last 15 years. Rahul bhaiya is excellent at his job and had outdone himself every time. He is very courteous and I can’t trust anyone but him for my hair

I visit Geetanjali often as I trust the hairstylists here, my personal favourites are Saru for haircuts and Brijesh for Hair spa, they give the best advise as per the one's requirements and you can trust them completely.
The reception staff is helpful and cordial too.

Excellent experience with Hair Stylist Rahul. He is top of the game. He does magical transformation to my hair every time. You can trust him with your hair. Highly recommend him for hair color and treatments.

I am a client of Hemu di and Saru Di from the past 4 years and the experience has been above what I expected. They're very professional and trained in terms of their services. They're very diligent. They remain calm and very much composed throughout. Both of them are much much recommended

I go to this salon for hair, and waxing. It’s not too far from the hotel I’ve stayed at.

It’s a very busy place, yet they make time for whatever services I require. Because it’s always busy, the place can use a big clean up. It’s a bit unkept, can use a good sweep and tidying up.

Last I went, March 2020, for a head and leg-foot massage. My lower legs were pain free once the massage was done.

My head massage, consisted of not just my head but neck and upper back with arms. It was bliss! The massage was by Varun. If you’re there, ask for him!
My favourites are Radika, for hair and blow drying and any other hair needs
I look forward to my visits to Geetanjli. For my time.

Staff very unprofessional. No discipline and not customer service oriented at all. No system of appointment or sequence on first come first serve basis. Staff simply outsource the task to each other.

Geetanjali salon malviya nagar.the cheap non professional lady spoiled my whole look by overdoing my eyebrows. I strictly adviced her twice that I want to keep it thick but that lady did it intentionally and 100% she wanted to spoil my look.basturts

The salon is very badly managed. There is never enough staff to attend to you and you are kept waiting. If you want a mani-pedi, you have to get a pedi and then a mani, despite being told that it would be quick and done together. If you go in for a facial and tell them you want a pedi after, you come out after your facial to find no one available to help you. The staff managing the entrance seem to only be interested in taking people in without having any idea of the staff at hand.
Service is decent but the wait is always terrible. Extremely unprofessional attitude for the front of house staff.

Nice and quite place have been a regular for more than 6 years. The place offers many services and the staff is well trained in the same. Hasan is my personal favourite hair cutter.

A little costly as against the service. It's your normal go to salon for haircut and general trimming. My feedback is for guys only. We took a facial but it was not that effective. The workers seem dull as against the requests. But in general I have no major issue.

I have been coming here since 1999, when I was a kid. I have never been disappointed. The services here are really good.

My sister got GK KERATIN treatment done on 12th Dec 2019 from Rahul. In two weeks it has gone back to the original form, no lustre and frizziness is back.
When we went to show to Rahul on 5th Jan 2020, he said keratin treatment has no result or guarantees and can come off anytime for any reason. Didn’t offer an explanation or any corrective measure. During initial consultation prior to getting the treatment he had told us it will last minimum of 5 months, and will require no blow dry or ironing.
GK keratin has very good result and performance online and actual cases that we have experienced and seen. Due to this bad service we are suffering for the effort and the money invested. We have had much better result when we had got it done earlier.
REALLY PATHETIC SERVICES AND ATTITUDE. REQUEST PEOPLE TO NOT GET TREATMENTS DONE AT GEETANJALI, GREEN PARK.

I got Kerastase shampoo and conditioning done from Geetanjali Green Park. And I noticed today that they have added some different shampoo and conditioner in the bottle instead of the genuine one. After complaining, the manager was not ready to accept the mistake but the person who washed my hair also noticed that the products were not genuine there was smell and texture difference. I visit salon due to some nice staff there but now i wont.
Highly disappointing. You charge genuine but deliver fake service CUSTOMERS ARE NOT STUPID.

I always get my haircut done there for years now. Rahul knows exactly what kind of haircut will suit what kind of hair and face cut. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable about all d hair services like colouring, keratin treatment etc. Take prior appointment and u will not regret.

The historic salon chain is now a brand not only because they are age old but because of their excellent salon services. Spreading all over India this chain is not only serving but making salon experts at their academy run by the famous Sumit Israni, Co founder and celebrity hair expert.

I visited Geentanjali Salon last year for hair cut. There was an offer going on for hair coloring flat 50% discount. I asked about the scheme they told me you can pay now and can take the services later. I paid the amount for RS. 4130 for global hair color and was asked you can come anytime. Now, when I visited the Salon they denied as we can't provide you the service as we are not sure if you have already avail this. I spoke to Mohit, later on he was agreed and now Ankur Verma owner of Sector 22A Geetanjali Salon is saying we can't provide you the service provide me the bill. I have snapshot of the bill. Neither they are providing the service nor returning back the amount. One more thing they have done that they made entry as service has been provided. They are such a fraud. Why would I do so? Now I would never visit Geentanajli neither I would recommend anyone.

Worse Service. They make black money only. They do not raise bill. I asked, then they replied that they work like this only. Also, they do not apply your membership so discount cannot be availed here. I went for threading service and they asked to wait 5 mins only. I waited for 30 mins in the evening. Then the beautician who came for me, was smelling bad (sorry for this) and she was probably having food as her hands were also smelling a lot. I had to hold my breathe. Do not help them to make black money.

They are overpriced but they also have a name to justify that, they provide awesome service. Most of their hair stylist are great, for those who wants to experiment a new look can visit this place. Massage manicure pedicure, rebonding all services are also provided but i swear by the hairstyle as i visit for hair cuts.

Some of the staff is super talented. It would be nice if the ladies beauty services were not so high up. Great prices.

Good and experienced staff, some are even having 20-25years experience. Could be a bit pricey for some.
