This is my 2nd visit to Geetanjali Salon today for a haircut. Old hairstylist had left for good. So the hairstylist alotted for me was an amateur, did not understand correctly what I needed and did just what I told him not to do.

I have been having my haircut in Geetanjali Salon and Studio for last 4 years now. I met this guy named Nitin in one of the branch 2 years ago and since then he has been my go to man for haircut. He takes all the time and ensures to give a perfect look. Now he has very well understood how I like my haircut and that’s the best thing. He is very warm, courteous and always offers all the services with a smile on his face. This is what brings you back to a particular salon. I am sure hé must be having many more clients and would be as happy as I am.i would love to thank Nitin and geetanjali salon for having faith in their employees and keeping them happy.

Went to Geetanjali Khan Market for occasion make up and had the best experience with Uzma! Not only are her make up skills amazing and got me many compliments, she was also very warm and sweet. Also got my hair blow dried by Deepak and looked amazing throughout the day and night events!

I love Geetanjali salon because of my favorite haircut person, Salman. Salman is a really affable guy who knows how to give a neat and stylish haircut. Visited Khan Market salon last two times and both times was awfully disappointed with the hair cut. Have been a long term customer and it seems like while charges have gone up skills of hair stylists have gone down. Even after patiently explaining to the hair stylist what kind of cut i did NOT want, he went ahead and did just that. Dont think i will ever visit the Khan Market salon again.

Bad experience. Got hair styling done yesterday evening for a night party they just had to straight and do half way curls which was done perfectly at that moment and was charging very highly. I even asked the hair stylist how long will this style stay and he says it will stay for a day. My style didn’t even stay for an hour. It was back to square one all frizzy. Highly highly disappointed.

They put you on appointment you reach few minutes but yet they do not provide services, they have staff to do the service yet they say staff can’t work coz getting a beard trim is a rocket science and their staff start to forget their skills as the evening sets in, a very poor state of services, yet they will sweet talk you for taking the membership.

I didn't like the way they attended the call they were rude and ignorant, enquiring is a process of becoming a consumer maybe they need to be taught that

First hair treatment since COVID. Impressed with their safety protocols. This was my second perm at Geetanjali Khan and was disappointed with the end result this time. There were not enough medium 'rollers' of the same type so different ones were used, and despite my preference for the Loreal treatment they recommended some Velocity products because apparently it was more strong. At the end of 5 hours, I was disappointed with the loose curls that came out, some were loser than the others because of the different type of rollers used, and the curls started at different points of the hair length at different places because different people were involved in the twisting. I was hoping things would look better after the first wash, but having done that and even without using any products, the curls are already looking very loose 3 days in, like they should be in a few months. This was a waste of money and time, and I am glad that I did not waste more on buying the recommended products they were trying to push on me. Keratase is a good range of products, I'm sure, but I don't think anything can fix a shoddy job, although I was shamed by the manager for refusing the products because they were "out of my budget". Overall, in service and style, I am disappointed with my experience this time.
But as a regular, I would recommend the salon for other services, and even for perming but perhaps a different stylist for the job. I had a much better experience when Deepak had permed my straight hair - the same length - 1.5 yrs back. The medium curls were tighter and lasted longer, he was also consistent in the rollers he used, so there was uniformity in shape of the curls, and although he pressed the curls close to the scalp, the binding did not hurt at all during the process. He used the Loreal range, and I maintained those perms for a good 10 months with the Loreal contour products. I have straight and moderately thick hair, but the job was so well done that the hair looked voluminous and bouncy for the first 4 months until the top was covered with my natural straight hair. As the perms grew out, they framed my face with a new look in each phase because the curls never spoiled, only my straight hair grew out. I only treated it at the salon once with a hair spa before COVID, and had since used the Loreal products at home through the first year of pandemic. That was a job really well done, I appreciate it more now.

Got my hair and beard cut by the exceptionally skilful staff out here. For all the men, i suggest you get your fresh cuts from a man named JD at this salon. He knows exactly what to do as per the face structure.

As I came here for the very first time and I was really looking for some good change in my Hair.and I would love to write about Jecy.he's super amazing.and I was so happy to see my new look.really appreciate this place and Jecy you're my fav now. I'll always gonna come to this place only.

Visited here for a haircut, okay service, stylist was not an expert though. The barber was always after me to buy their products throughout which was disappointing and irritating. Also, they didn’t seem to follow what I wanted, rather used their own preferences for styling even after being told specifically what I wanted. I’ve had much better experience at other Geetanjali salons in South Delhi area.

My experience at Geetanjali has been very bad. It was my wedding and me along with my sister and mother had fixed an appointment a month earlier. On the wedding day.instead of getting us ready for the wedding, the entire staff was busy attending their regular customers. What is the point of making an appointment then? The staff is very negligent. Half of the staff was busy roaming like they had no work.and the rest were busy with their regular customers.we reached the salon before time so that we do not get late fr d wedding and even then we could not reach the venue on time.we really had a very bad experience.

Worst services provided at high cost. Went for permanent hair smoothening and it didn't stay even for 10 days. Very bad experience.

I have been a regular customer at the Khan Market salon and have watched service really go down. The salon is dirty, the bathrooms especially, the walls have termite. The towels used for customers are often used as a mop! A lot of the staff are indifferent. Today the hair dresser mixed the colour for my touch up and even as I waited, he went off to eat lunch! However there are some therapists who are highly appreciated. Babita, Hemant and Ishwar really make your day.

Located in the Sector 22 market. Provides good schemes, packages, deals and membership benefits. Provides good service and comfort. Appointment is not a must but recommended as weekends are packed.

No hairstylist, don't go for any bridal or engagement makeover they dont have specialist in any field.

Rachit is a wonderful hairdresser! He gave reverse blunt cut for my hair, which suited me perfectly and earned me lots of compliments! He also gives very useful advice on haircare and has answers for all the questions. The salon is also spacious and comfortable with courteous staff.

The salon is quite good with warm and experienced staff. I would recommend this place especially for short hair styling which I got done by Deepak. So definitely give it a try.

@Rachit is fabulous for ANYTHING to do with hair, cut, colour, hair spas - all of it, he knows everything about everything about hair! Used him multiple times and had always been consistently good every time!

@Areeb is great for head massages, manicures and even just a really good scalp cleaning hair wash. He is really good with his work. Went in with a sinus headache, his head massage helped fixing that!

Deepak dyed my hair a wonderful dark red. The process was very comfortable, the cost was affordable, he answered all my questions, and the end result was beautiful. This has been one of the best experiences I've had in a salon and I'm sure to be back!
