I loved the service Geetanjali provides. Had my first experience with garvit. He’s amazing and very sweet. Love his work.

They have burnt my scalp while doing balayage and the management was not accepting it at all! Very bad customer experience and the receptionist was very rude!

Highly recommend Vaibhav. First stylist I’ve met who really knows how to work with volume while cutting hair short. Plus, he gave me simple advice on how to maintain my hair on the daily without much hassle, which really helped. Also appreciate how he just focused on styling instead of making unnecessary comments on quality of hair etc or trying to push a product on me. Excellent experience

Bad experience of membership rewards/ points. Anyone can use your points by giving your phone number. Atleast we should get message about the points being used, payments and membership. Priya at reception should be polite. No message received today too about the payment.
Though service by Shivam, Vishal, Vikram and Sushma was good.

I recently got the haircut done from Vaibhav. And he genuinely knows what he’s doing. He gave me the exact look i wanted and didn’t even cut my length much. If you go there i would recommend you to specifically ask for Vaibhav.

The staff is really polity and nice. Mudassir did a great job on my hair and Priya was very sweet too. All in all the place is great.

Had a wonderful experience with my hairstyling! Vaibhav’s styling was exquisite! He understood my needs within seconds and styled my hair beautifully! Must visit!

Very sad … the managers are so rude and incompetent… if given a chance will give zero… staff is ready to work but the managers rather make the staff wait rather than work for us… the owners shud look into it… last 15 years a client wth Geetanjali never saw this kind of v behaviour……I think you guyz are in hospitality business… courtesy is required….

I am very impressed with Vaibhav’s service and his patience and understanding of my exact needs of hair colour. I got exactly what I asked for which was ashy brown streaks, as I was bored of my balayage look since pretty long. I have always been a regular at Geentanjali M block but now I would always come for Vaibhav for any of my hair needs.

Went to the salon. Got hair colored and keratin treated by Mr Rajesh Sharma. Had a wonderful experience. Beautiful and expected results I got. Wonderful staff, soothing ambience. Took thaagos clean up, perfectly done by Ms Sushma.

We loved the experience the staff the ambience and the stylist especially Shaan he's great at work ️

My wife used to love the place and they provided me with a coffee and small bottles of water as I waited for her. Now it is a changed situation. Namrata has left the place and so her facials are not as good. Moreover, you have to ask for tea or coffee and that too black (no milk). The place, which used to be buzzing with customers, looks like s deserted building, especially 2nd and 1st floors.

Amazing services. Keratin done by Manjeet he is the best. Ashish did the pedicure it was very relaxing and manicure was done by Ashish he knows his job really well. Love all the services here. Peace the manager is super sweet and warm.

I have been visiting this salon for the last 3 months and am very impressed by the staff and particularly by Viabhav for his professional and expert work on my hair. He's done a great job at trimming and styling my hair and has given some useful tips on treatments to improve the overall health of my hair. Happy with the expertise and professionalism by him!

However, overall the salon can do better in terms of cleanliness, especially keeping the Covid situation in mind. I had to remind the person at the reception to take my temperature at entry twice. They need to be more careful and sanitise the space after every 30 minutes.

My first time for a hair cut at this salon and I highly recommend Vaibhav for all future haircuts and hairstyles. He has great knowledge on hair science and is not pushy at all.

The staff at Geetanjali was rude and abrasive. There seemed to be no coordination between the receptionists and the hairdressers. I explained the haircut I wanted and even showed photos. The hairdresser insisted on handling my phone to see the images, when I said I wasn't comfortable with that he said "Madam Corona nahi hai"
He proceeded to When explain the same thing to me so, I asked if he'd understood what I wanted and he rudely walked off sending someone else.
I didn't have the desire to explain the same thing all over again.

Santosh is patient and meticulous. Never in a hurry and listens to your requirements.

The front desk is not very welcoming but Santosh's service makes up for it.

I visited this salon for a haircut. So before haircuts the hair stylist advised me to take a shot of hair strengthening. Doesn't actually remember the name of product. After which I m having a drastic hairfall which I have never had. It's really bad and seems like almost half hairs r gone.

Offers a wide variety of treatments and has very courteous staff. In case you do, Santosh offers a really decent haircut and is very polite.

Terrible services. Unprofessional, terrible attitude And they don’t care about the customer time and needs. I requested for a hair colour and a pedicure. I was told a wait time of 15 min. The receptionist told me that it’s better to free t hair Color and then during the wait time get pedicure.
After 15 min they assign me an artist who was not actually a hair stylist. That’s ok. After the hair colour I had to literally follow up with the staff who will be doing the pedicure. They kept ignoring and kept following up wishing the team as to who will do the service. After 20 min of hair colour they could not decide who will provide the service and didn’t bother to follow up.
Please refund my money and value of time.

If you walk in, you'll never get services immediately. This is just not the case with other Gitanjali salons. The Def. Col.one is very accomodating and professional in that sense.

Love the work of Rishi Dutt. He can give you the best advice if it comes to your hair. I was so skeptical about the hair colour as it was my first time but i went on Rishi’s advice and now i really adore my hair colour. Keep up the good work

Always have a great experience at other geetanjalis but i went here on Friday, 24th Jan. I got threading done and i got bruises on my upper lip which i ignored but it's monday today and it is still hurting so much. It was done so brutally and if it was due to sensitivity then it would have subsided but work was done brutally and not even cared to put some cream or something to sooth it.

The hair technician there was very polite and explained what he was going to do and why before going forward with my hair cut.

It's pretty posh and they use keraste range, the only thing is i went for hair wash and they only washed it without conditioning my hair
