Husain sir is an excellent stylist. My first cut with Geetanjali salon and he did a great job. Excellent Service and great haircut and treatment. He completely changed my look.

I have been visiting this place for more than 2 years and getting all my services from here only and have had a wonderful experience

Been a loyal client to other geetanjali outlets. This one has worst customer service and front desk, poor management skills, writing this today, totally a big NO for those who booked an appointment. I wish I could give minus rating. The lady at the front desk too despicably undertrained Harnet. Geetanjali, Please train them on how to take calls and stop reacting when we are late for 5-10 minutes. The world will not stop revolving because of this. Very bad experience.

Recommended by a friend, turned out to be one of the best hair saloon I've been to around here. Great service and if you get Dilip, he's very passionate about his work and you can tell by the incredible job he did.

Each time I go here the service is worse than the time before. Today the nail artist SCRAPED the gel nail polish off my nails, damaging and scratching my nails and hurting me gravely in the process. He would not listen when I requested him to use acetone to remove. Disgusted by the lack of professionalism and empathy from the staff and management alike.

Have been coming to Geetanjali Salon for the past 3 years only because of Mr Farhan (Rahul) and his barber skills. He is very skilled and very talented. Never had any problem with his barber skills or anything else. The place is hygienic and has been following the Covid-19 protocols as well. Worth all the services they offer.

I have been coming to Geetanjali gk 2 for the last 3 years. Amazing hair stylist in particular Mohit. He has been a one stop person for all my hair requirements from hair styling, haircut and coloring.though there are many salons in Gk 21 have been the most comfortable because the staff is so warm and welcoming always Abha the manger makes sure that I get my services done on time

Terrible experience both the times I visited. Spent 2.5 hours for a root touch up and left with nearly dropping wet hair coz there was nobody to dry my hair. Their most sought after hair dresser Rizwan is all pomp with little results. His blow dry’s don’t hold for more than a few hours. And he’ll leave your services midway for any styling jobs that come his way.

I got the highlights done by some guy name starting with M. The colour that he gave was not the one I choose and it was not visible at all. Complete waste of money. Pathetic service by this Salon. Mall of India is much better place. Even the hair cut was horrible. I don't understand who does curling starting from scalp. They did it just to cover their damage

The worst experience i will say, i trust their brand name and went to this branch where first of all so crowded in pandemic.i went to get a haircut.the shampoo and conditioning was not done effectively, the haircut on the other hand was done as if some task just needs to be finished, and next set of people have to be done as fast as possible too. The focus was on quantity and not quality.the simple haircut which was mostly a trimming job is not done neatly, i can notice the edges of the hair undone after a day.the hair dresser was not focused on the client but was more attracted by what is going all around the salon.if i am investing good sum for a haircut in a brand name, i aspect full attention to my haircut also.please work on your customer needs with full attention to detail, before it is too late. Thanks.never coming back:)

Very poor customer service at Geetanjali GK2. I had pre-booked a haircut for 2pm, and was asked to wait for 5 mins when I reached. I patiently waited for 15 mins. No one bothered to update me. I had to recheck at their reception, and was told another 5 mins. At 2.30 there was still no sign of anything happening and I was told that the hairdresser is finishing someone's hair color! If they already had a hair coloring appointment, why was I confirmed an appointment at 2? I walked out.
This is not my first bad experience here. Some time ago, I was sold an expired bottle of shampoo and had to go back to get it replaced. Very disappointing!

Very pleasant atmosphere, especially considering the difficult times we are all facing the current pandemic.

I travel 15 kms just to come to this place coz they’re very nice with their services. If you’re looking to get a good service for your bridal look come to Varsha who does amazing facials. She not only did a good job but also advised me what suits well for my skin. This customisation you cannot find everywhere.

When I came out of my facial cubicle I thought why not try mani-pedicure and that too was done wonderfully and dedicatedly by Dinesh. These two are and will always be my favourite.

I got my bridal makeup done for engagement and wedding. The makeup was up to the mark but they were super unprofessional when it comes to punctuality. The management is poor and they have inhouse politics going on among the hair dressers because of which my relative got her hair done in 3 long hours and yet they didn't give her the look she asked for. The draping of saree was also not good. I didn't have a smooth experience.

I have been going to Gitanjali Salon at GK2 MBlock market for the past three years.
During the pandemic, the salon has taken exceptional measures to not only workplace hygiene, and sanitization but also the health and care of their employees. The staff is professional, well trained. Their senior staff, Naaz, Azaad and Mohit have been incredible. They are thorough professionals, extremely efficient at their work, and well aware of their individual client needs. The managerial staff, including Harneet, are professional, courteous and efficient. I wish luck and continued success to each and everyone working at this salon

Aazad did Manicure and Pedicure for me and I cannot stop stargazing my hands and feet. Quite a smooth and relaxing experience. Varsh is their another star employee. She did the basic yet most critical job of threading for me and I feel good:)

I am a regular at Geetanjali Salon GK 2 and love the work of the hair stylist Rizwan. He is a magician with hair coloring and understand well what color suits your hair type and face!
