Member of this branch since last five years, never have I ever complained about anything.
Excellent customer service as you get heard and your comfort is looked upon.
Brilliant services, extremely professional and polite staff. Beautiful and hygienic atmosphere.

I had done pedicure service here. The result is amazing and the price is definitely worth it. The management is so cooperative

The most horrible series of experiences I have had at Geetanjali Paschim Vihar.
1. The pedicurist literally cut half of my nail and it started to bleed. The pedicurist, the owner and the two women at the counter were least bothered. I immediately rushed out to see a doctor and they asked me to pay for service in which they damaged my nails. I could have sued them and they were still pestering me to pay them. RIDICULOUS!
2. Once I got a hair cut and the guy Nisar messed it up big time.
3. Got a facial done once for which I paid a good amount and had a devastating experience. The girl Manisha was non stop chattering and there was so much of noise from the staff talking, gossiping, etc that I had to ask the Manager Nisha to quieten the noise outside. A facial landed up more like a headache.
Please don't try the Paschim Vihar branch of Geetanjali Salon at all. They are good at messing up and they care least for their customers.
There are some great Geetanjali Salons but Paschim Vihar Geetanajli is a SURE SHOT DISASTER.

Excellent service.specially by Raj Yadav and good management makes the experience worthwhile

Visited it 3-4 times! The worst geetanjali franchise of the town! I was here for hair color ans no one was ready to do this! And i have the same experience while i was there for haircut experience the same!

The staff is too sweet and loved the service! I reached a little but they were sweet enough to keep the salon open for me!

I got my hair colour done by prabhakar and the results are amazing.now it's like new me and everybody around me has become spellbound.i must recommend prabhakar for the hair makeover.

Parlour doesn't honour the commitment for appointments. It's the day of karwachauth and inspite of booking an appointment a day before, i was not given a hair stylist as it's a "busy day". Managers Nisha and Urvashi booked my appointment, confirmed twice the previous day, but on the festival day, the manager tells me that it's a busy day, that there is no hair stylist that can make a bun (as i had requested on booking the appointment) except the one that I had already booked (Prabhakar) but he wasn't free as he had taken another client as it's a "busy day". It's understandable that for a business it's a busy day, but for a girl fasting for her husband, it's the most important day for which a prior appointment was taken but alas, it wasn't honoured by the parlour managers and staff. Extremely disappointed as such casual approach isn't expected from a brand like Geetanjali. Please don't trust the brand for your special days.

Yadav did a great job with my balayage/global. I had red box dye and he was able to remove it to get the colour I wished for. Super proud of the service. Highly recommend!

Visited the salon today for Menicure and pedicure. The staff tending to me was not at all professional and was eager to finish the service. Charging high price with poor service is what I found it to be. Untrained staff shouldn’t be allowed to tend to customers. Very poor service! I would recommend to make sure the staff tending to you has experience. Highly Disappointing.

Not the brand with same quality services. The staff doesn't have the same customer centricity. Standards have detoraited and prices have shot up, Geetanjali is loosing it's brand value, services and image

Like any other salon covers most of the treatments and basics. The staff is friendly and helpful and the prices are average as to be expected. Ambience is nice and they have a very good playlist
